Do not use this location’s photo department. Staff are unprofessional and don’t appear to know what they’re doing. Orders aren’t finished when promised and, when your order does finally come in, it will just sit there as they don’t notify you!
Even tho we live in Erin we use this particular Walgreens because the location is near our doctors offices and job, however in the last week weve had to make 2 special 90-minute round-trip excursions to be told that meds werent in stock (they were but the tech was new and couldnt find them) and now to be told after a diff tech said today we could get them- now we must wait 30 entire days between pick up per the dr- but the dr didnt say that. Like, ever.It seems this location looks for reasons to not serve their customers. If you like being told one thing and not seeing it materialize at all- nor in a timely fashion once it does appear- this place wont disappoint you.Avoid. Were pulling outta there after 5+ yrs and since one of us is diabetic, well probably save a plethora of money to boot.
My family and I needed pre travel testing..most importantly the documentation. We all went to this specific Walgreens for the approved rapid COVID test...results available in 24 hours, great if this was true. 24 hours later..guess what there is no result documentation available. My husband asked to have the pharmacist call him at the time of his test to clarify the process..no phone call. Then I called..the pharmacist was rude and lacked the knowledge to answer basic questions of the resulting process of the test being ordered. I contacted PWN health (who actual sends the results) the next day apparently Walgreens is totally misrepresenting the results within 24 hours of the rapid ID NOW test yes..your test is resulted but to be privy to the results and get the documentation is at least 1 to 2 days AFTER the test is preformed. I read the small print on the website cant guarantee results for travel but if it is known by Walgreens the documentation takes 1-2 day AFTER the test is resulted..why not just say that, honesty does go a long way. It is kinda a big deal if you are working within a 72 hour timeframe of your last leg of your flight. Now I have to pay 200 dollars a piece for 4 people at an airport to ensure I am able to continue on my vacation.
Seemed understaffed and the photo department was super unprofessional
Went July 24 for first time this summer. Felt safe because I read that masks required. Its not true; apparently only suggested. There was a loud mouth guy in there, no mask, talking so loud could be heard all over the store; no mask. I did my shopping quickly, asked cashier about it on the way out. She said they cant ask shoppers to wear mask. Wont be going back to this location. It is clean, and I found what I was looking for.
Due to the virus, my husband is SO ANXIOUS to go to stores yet his prescription required signature and identification. The manager, “Matt,” helped me, over the phone, ready the prescription for pick up including taking care of payment so there would not have to be direct exchange etc. Just really impressive!

I believe that whoever filled my script should be fired. I dont know if the person was tired or just incompetent. They incorrectly filled my medication by such a long shot Im worried for other people. This is playing with peoples LIVES for god sake!This is so dangerous. If you value your health do not go to this Walgreens. I refuse to go there ever again. They could care less about their patients. If you dont have a choice because of transportation issues, PLEASE check and make sure they give you the correct medication, the correct dosage, and the correct amount. Im putting this out there because Im afraid for others in this community.
It appears all long term pharmacy staff was recently removed. The new crew is very poorly trained, rude and recently made very huge Rx mistake in my recent Rx. They also mixed up my rewards account as well. Bring back the old staff that were well trained.
The pharmacist was fantastic and very helpful, I think Im in love !!! Seriously, she was just great and look forward to seeing her again.
Went to get a prescription filled and not only was the pharmacist knowledgeable and helpful but very kind and empathetic as well. We need more people like this in the world
The pharmacist spent less than 30 seconds explaining a new drug I have to take, then went back to the computer and phone calls, and ignored me. Had to resort to another resource to learn more. I dont know if they were busier than usual or it was just a bad day, but this profession cant afford this kind of behavior.And, the instructions on the bottle do not match the instructions printed out. Too many mistakes, stay away.
Rude techs. They are to call me when script ready and this has never happened. Reordered test strips. After 4 days i had to call to see if ready. Told not sure if in stock. When she checked it was. If i had not called for followup, would have waited. Saying sorry but never correcting their problems is not acceptable.
I dont normally give out bad review but when I do I have to be pretty unhappy....went in at about 10 am to pick up medication that my doctor had called in a little before 9. thinking they would check the voicemails and get it filled...well i waited in line for 10 minutes, the girl then told me that they hadnt gotten around to it obviously fluster by some other customers before me I told her I would just come back in a couple hours as I had other errands to run..its now quarter to 1 when I get back 3 people in line whatever get up to the counter the gentleman informs me they dont have any records for me in the system, so I sit down thinking okay 20 maybe 30 minutes and they have it done, I was sitting there for almost and hour and a half and they tell me they will just call when its filled, because they are a little backed up...they couldnt tell me this an hour and a half ago are you kidding me.
They sell liqueur and beer now. Never busy either.
