If you stood outside this place for a day and interviewed the customers you would have some fascinating footage. Interesting characters to say the least.You can tell the staff has been beaten down by the lunacy, but, most of them have been there for 3+ years so they keep things moving which I appreciate.

My home away from home. Although I am no longer in the courier game. Kwik Trip has always been a friendly place...even a preferred place for a stop. Friendly people, great coffee and a quick bite. Plus clean restrooms, almost too clean...hated that restrooms get closed down during cleaning. They need to find a work around...but they REALLY clean their restrooms.

This is a very busy place especially during rush hour. They do a great job of keeping things moving. You rarely wait long to check out and things are kept well stocked. It is a great, convenient place and offer far more than a gas station.

Kwik Trip is a Wisconsin staple, and for good reason. They have wide selection, great prices, and clean and well-staffed stores. This particular store is no exception. They provide great service.

Food is good and prices are average, but the staff is terrible. I have not met a more rude group of people. I get hung up for telling them to hold on a sec. And once I got a car wash and the machine stole my code and all that piece of crap manager did was yell at me. I finally gave their car wash another chance, and it scratched up the front of my car, manger basically said it was my fault for not being exactly in the middle (but machine said I was fine so that didnt add up. But what did add up was the repairs of $500) If the management changed and removed some of the arrogant staff that gas station would be my go to for gas, car wash, and the occasional food pickup. I recommend you spend your hard earned money somewhere else, rather than risking it at this pathetic gas station.

I love Kwik Trip stations and this is a good one. The staff is friendly and the store is always clean. This used to be a little store years ago and they did right when they built the new building.

Just visited this store... wanted to get a smoothie. The machine malfunctioned and said looking for a cup when there was a cup in the slot. I asked someone for help and was told not now I have something else to do. Maybe a lesson in customer service is needed

Every time I go in at night 9pm, there is always 3-4 employees standing around doing nothing, The condiment station is never full, always missing something! Tonight there was a cashier just standing there staring into space doing nothing! I probably will not be stopping at this one anymore, and its unfortunate kwik trip just took it over! Maybe the day shift workers are better IDK?

Was in there about 9:10 tonight and the clerk(male) decided to take care of a fellow employee first.(female) the clerk and her even joked about all the ppl in line. She thought it was hilarious. Im not laughing. Apparently we dont matter. 4/24/18

Clerks are always kind and smiling. Its nice knowing there is a safe place to go to get gas in the middle of the night and not worry.

Absolutely love this place. If your a coffee drinker this is the place to go! The coffee selection is great I save so much money coming here instead of Starbucks. You can even get fresh Expresso drinks for $1 on Mondays and they now have whip cream Carmel and Chocolate topping which I love! The food selection is great and fresh. The selection of goods is really nice when u dont have time to go to the store. They have had gallon milk in milk bags and can get a free pitcher for it for about $1 which is much fresher then the gallon u buy at the store. I tested the bottled and gallon water which is well above standard and reasonably priced for a gas station. Most of all most of the staff is very inviting and usually remembers you. There about two people that do seem to discriminate and sort of profile you but to rate them based on that would be unfair considering how nice this place is. They have great bakery items and really good sales all the time. The bagels are awesome and the cinnamon crunch bagel is so good u dont even need to toast it. The drinks are a bit more then speedway but the cups and lids are good quality and they dont charge u extra if u just need a cup. If you want healthy choices they have 4 peices of fruit apples oranges for $1 and are typically pretty fresh. They have a lotto machine as well and a no fee ATM.

Inconsistent quality at every one of these stores lately. No two stores are the same. I dont have time to ask you to make basic food items. Im not going to bother. Especially when everyone else in town is cheaper now.

I called once to ask what their gas prices were for the day and they dont answer. I call the next day they dont answer and they continue to not answer my calls 5 days later. Get new staff!
