Its a basic kwik how the brief customer service was very good.

Staff are extremely friendly and helpful. They have food for every meal, great coffee, drinks, and a beer cave with low prices. They have a car wash, and tons of other stuff!

Debbie was just very rude. Stood about 10ft back while ringing up our order because we didnt have masks on. I had cans of soda and a few hot items I purchased and she just threw the 16oz drinks on both of my burgers squishing them. Typically we dont have these issues, but apparently Karen, I mean Debbie was upset we didnt have masks on. Typically Id go elsewhere due to this mask fear garbage, but Im just going to return to hopefully bring her fear down to a reasonable level.

Awesome service.....people are always friendly, fast to open register, and very personable. More businesses need to echo Kwik trips approach to treating employees and customers.

I want to say I appreciate the third shift crew at this location. Super friendly and I always enjoy them. I’m thankful for them because one time awhile back an aux cord dropped out of my backpack when putting the munchies I got in it and they held onto it. Sarah specifically returned it to me when I came by to get some late night munchies after work. (which I usually do) Jeff, Megan and Sarah are all great employees and are definitely keepers at this location.

I only let myself get a waffle breakfast sandwich from Kwik Trip once a week, but thats going to change after picking up a soggy waffle, and uncooked sausage one today.

Recently moved around the corner, and subsequently I visit this Kwik Trip quite often. Great selection of snack foods, and everyone behind the register has been nothing but warm and friendly, even when I am wearing my Cubs sweatshirt! They also do a good job of getting customers through the line quickly during peak hours. I love seeing the hard working employees open up registers to make sure everyone gets through quickly.My only complaint is the parking / pump area. It gets really crowded at times, and can be frustrating / stressful to navigate. The entry onto Grandview is in total disarray, watch your speed or you might damage your car!

Kwik Trip is hands-down the best gas station around. They have amiable service, a wide variety of convenience items and food, and delicious coffee. I also appreciate their tire pressure gauges: they have an automatic sensor that reads your tire pressure, its easy to use, and its free!

Hardly any hot food in the warmers whenever we go. Around 6:30-7 pm. Sometimes very crabby people working here, other times not. Not my favorite location. Karuba coffee is centrally absolutely awful. The espresso is the only good coffee product they serve. Weve wondered for years how you can manage to fresh grind beans yet still come out with watered down coffee bevery..... Why not put enough actual grounds in your coffee pot instead of a quarter of what you need. The coffee brews incredibly thin, giving it no taste. Also, this is Kwik trip centrally, your baked goods from four days ago are very not fresh. With your volume you should easily be able to fresh bake your goods. Also, it would make your stores smell nice and entice people to buy them!

Been living around the corner 5 years from here their are a selective favs here that I would give a 5 star on an individual note for their friendly customer service friendly persona as well as their awesome customer service however complaint of the day the dark haired middle aged lady with the mustache was rude as ever this am. Im browsing sandwiches to possibly buy my kid for his half day before he gets in from school so I go to ask by any chance will their be an egg sandwich she goes HUH? Face in shock, I then reiterate Are you making any egg sandwiches any time soon? She goes loudly pointing Here is a sausage and cheese, chicken Im like nevermind by the way I said Egg sandwich she then act like she wanted to be friendly all of a sudden like damn I know its early but you arent bringing your best self in your role that attitude was unbelievably horrid. She prob wanted to go on break or was tired of being there of course you didnt want to add extra work. I love that sweet sample lady that is so happy and friendly she is Amazing she never let me leave there without a smile.

Super friendly customer service and they seem to always be cleaning the store so that was very impressive. They carry an old style potato chip called Old Dutch not many places will carry this so its a quick easy stop to get what you like

I just love the coffees that Kwick Trip has to offer. If youre like me, one who enjoys to add a little extra flavour to my cup of java, Kwick Trip has so many that it sometimes its hard to choose. I always get their 100% Columbian Coffee then go wild by adding XXL drops of salted caramel, a bit white chocolate caramel cappuccino, topped off with french vanilla creamer. Mix it all together then ..Ummm...I savior that first sip of heaven. The best part is it never costs me $9.00+ like Star Bucks.

Another nice quick trip but it is always busy and kind of hard to get a good parking spot and maneuver your car without being super careful of all the traffic of other cars moving around

When you turn left from the front entrance of this Kwik Trip, there is a (40 degree angle)VERY STEEP hill. Watch out if you go that way. Since the gas station salts their parking lot and the plows shove snow into the exit, there is ALWAYS a mound of slush that accumulates! The combination of the accumulation of slush on your tires, and accelerating across the street just to stop within 60 feet at the end of the hill is not a good situation. Avoid using this exit if possible when its snowing out (ESPECIALLY if it is 10 or below) It is a slow anti-lock brakey skid all the way to the bottom of the hill just to slam the person in front of you into oncoming traffic. DONT GET ME WRONG, its a great gas station with a good layout and GREAT prices, its just the damn hill. PLEASE BE CAREFUL!!!

Who knew you could love a convenience store!?I stop at this location at least 5 times a week for home life and at least twice a week for work life. Not only are gas and car wash prices competitive, but some of the in-store products (dairy, pop, etc) are as well.Their food selection is actually delicious! Cold sandwiches are actually surprisingly tasty and filling. The hot food section has a great variety.I also love that the ATM here is a no fee machine.And I am always amazed at how clean and tidy this store is. Sometimes it is literally packed when I come here, but the staff does not let that heavy foot traffic show. They keep up with not only cleaning but also keeping shelves and products stocked.Best of all, the staff here is great! They work quickly and efficiently. I never feel like I am waiting in line, even when they are super busy. They are always chipper and helpful; they go above and beyond to get me what I need and to answer any questions I have.Keep up the great teamwork and atmosphere, guys!
