Friendly staff but waaaay to expensive for car services here. And the wait to have the service done is ridiculous. I waited 1 hour and 20 minutes for a simple oil change and tire rotation plus I was charged $211!!! $143 of it was for labor only. Better to take your business elsewhere- especially in these times.

Highly recommended this place. Though being and Audi dealer they charge a bit more. But they figured out all the problems of my cars. Had to wait mo0re than 4 hours. A little bit refreshment would be nice to have.... for the people who do not realize the long wait time.

The Service Department at Kocourek Imports is second to none. Stephen, Chen, and Andrew are some of the best service advisors I have even had the pleasure of working with. They are so helpful and do their very best to inform you up front and without surprises. They are straight forward and honest. We had an issue with our Audi two days before we were leaving on a trip. Stephen was able to fit us in and have our issue taken care of in time for us to leave. His genuine concern and effort towards making sure we were good to go was very much appreciated. I will buy a car here again simply because of the Service Department and the fantastic care and treatment we will receive from these guys.

This was my fourth and most expensive time purchasing from Kocourek…but definitely my last time. I was mislead, lied to, not listened to and taken advantage of. I was told that they had the vehicle I wanted with all the features I wanted coming in on trade. I was told I had to put a down payment on it to hold it, even though I only had two minutes to look at it. Then after several very significant delays, I was pushed into completing the paperwork but not even getting my vehicle because they failed to detail or inspect it. Once I actually received the vehicle, the keys were handed to me and they were gone. No instruction on technology, subscription information or how to use the features. Now that I have had more than 2 minutes with it, it’s missing a majority of the features I requested. All this, and it ended up costing ~$2,700 more than I specifically advised my cap was! What does Kocourek have to say about this??? Crickets!!

Service to my 2014 A6 TDI 3.0 was excellent. All my issues were resolved to complete satisfaction beyond the routine maintenance. I drove 2,000 miles over the next 4 days without incident; great fuel economy. I love this vehicle!

Everything about my purchase experience was great. The sales staff was knowledgeable and friendly. The technology in my SQ5 is unreal and Adam was able to get me dialed in. Took my car in for a broken break light and an oil change. I used the early bird drop off, I recommend bringing a pen, while a pen is provided, the cold weather dries the ink out. The process was easy, just fill out the blanks and drop off the key. I called around midday and was given a clear and helpful update. I got off work and service was closed but they knew I would be coming later to get the car. The front desk was still open and was ready to help, I believe her name was Eden, she was very kind and informed me of all repairs conducted. This was stellar service and I was really impressed with the care my car got. I highly recommend this place for service.

We had stopped by a couple of dealerships and I didn’t really know what I wanted. Something smaller than my Durango and not a car. Blake helped us out and we wanted some time to think about it. Spent 215 just for oil change and engine light check. And they asked me giving them permission to take off bumper to check wires. It needs 2-3 hours. And labor costs 160 per hour. Just simply taking off bumper costs me almost 500. How about you guys give me money and I take off bumper for you?

Even though there was a mix up on when the appointment was, they took the car in serviced it and returned to me quickly. The service team is friendly and courteous.

We were on our way from FL to WAY upper WI when we developed problems with our Audi late on a Saturday in May. We desperately made phone calls to techs anywhere in the state of WI, seeking tips and/or help. We ended up with a Sales Consultant, Logen Doiel from Kocourek on the phone. He personally checked for any rental cars in the area, got ahold of their service tech on the phone for tech support until we could limp to the dealership and personally came out and helped us when we arrived. We were towing a large trailer and had two cats with us on our two-day drive (in 90 * weather). The most interesting experience I have ever had with a Sales Professional. I came in looking for a specific Audi and was greeted by Blake. I expressed multiple times during the encounter of what I was really looking for and test drove something else out of curiosity but still did not meet what I wanted. He did the usual well why dont we talk numbers, which is fine, however when we couldnt agree on the price point and I was no longer interested he became belligerent and quite vexed. At which point (from my perspective) aggressively slid my keys back to me and asked why I even came here in the first place. I was definitely taken aback by his attitude and find it pretty perplexing.

I will never set foot on the lot again. They sold me an Audi Allroad 2013 with 44,000 miles on it. On the car fax it showed the oil being changed every 4,000 miles. They said they did not know why because it is good for 10,000. I assumed the guy had taken good care of it and that would be a good thing. The reason for the oil changes are because the 2.0 engines eat oil. Also the piston rings explode and ruin the engine. To make a long story short. I put 20,000 miles on this car. Owe $16,000 and they say it needs a $13,000. Engine. The car fax also said it had been in an accident so they called the owner on the phone and let me talk to him because I told them I would not by a car that had been wrecked. The previous owner said someone just tapped the back bumper and he could see the letter of the license plate so they had the bumper replaced at their dealership. Now I am stuck with a car that has been wrecked (on paper) and needs a new motor. Bottom line. They dont care. They said it is a piece of machinery and they just break. Sales manager told me it might have been the will of God. Can you believe that? Not the God I serve. Also corporate Audi said they will not help because the oil changes were not done at Audi but they were and all registered on the car report. I have owned an A6 wagon, A6 sedan, Porsche Cayenne, Passat 4motion wagon and now I own a broken down 2013 Audi Allroad that looks brand new! Beautiful car! All the options! Leather interior, Bang and Olufsen audio, panoramic sunroof... Garage kept! Just one problem it doesnt run. After some research I have found they they do not make their own piston rings. That part is sourced out. You would think an Audi would last more than 66,000 miles for what you pay for them.

Car was ready before time promised. Work appears to be done correctly. Instead of the car being washed, I was given a coupon for a car wash.

Took my car here to get my oil changed. My oil wasn’t topped off and I know my sensor isn’t bad. I also noticed when I took off my passenger side wheels to install new brakes and rotors that the lug nuts were extremely loose. Assuming you do a state certified multi point inspection you would have to take off the wheels during inspection. If torqued correctly I shouldn’t have to retorque my wheels even after the recommended 50 miles. So if you guys didn’t take off my wheels then one of the other auto shops I go to did, but then again if you didn’t remove my wheels during inspection then you didn’t properly inspect my vehicle. The whole point is, it’s extremely dangerous to drive with loose lug nuts. You’re playing with someone’s life and potential damage of property. Also, I was quoted almost $1000 to install new front brakes and rotors?? Why are parts and labor so expensive there? Because it’s an Audi? I literally spent $200 some odd bucks and did it myself at home.
