Probably the best Advanced parts Ive been to customer service wise! The female manager is incredible. Didnt end up finding the part I needed to take off the headlight on my Sportster but I had a great experience being helped.

I had called and they said that they had ordered my part and itd be there by 1:00pm, I hadnt received a phone call so I called at 2pm it hadnt arrived and said itd be there at 3pm. I call at 4pm and then they changed the story oh we cant get the part.. Instead of guaranteeing me that theyd have my part they should of called once they knew they couldnt get it instead of saying it will be here at this time. I am very disappointed since Ive been going through Advanced since I was 16yrs old.

Got in got a few things but, the older gentleman kept watching me didnt feel a good vibe with him I was taken care of with another employee who was nice and very helpful. Dont come to work with a chip on ya shoulder be helpful & dont make customers feel uncomfortable thx.

Love this advance is the best place to go for your car need and I mean this one because is the only one the I go went I need something for my car they have the best team of females like Chelsea and one of the smartest and managers Jennifer she is so good with everything about car she help with app is just amazing 👍🏼👍🏼Thanks you guys are the best

Excellent customer service. Everyone I spoke with was exceptionally knowledgeable and generous with their time. Moreover they never attempted to upsell me, and even went out of their way to pass on discounts when available and change wiper blades in the rain.Ive been to other parts stores in the area, but this advanced auto parts will have all my business going forward. Great store!

Very friendly staff, willing to help and Jennifer (not sure if she is the manager) suggested several options for finding a part that they are unable to get- with her help I was able to find the part I needed nearby in less than an hour- they also have a well stocked store and employees can often grab you a common part (bulbs, wiper blades, etc from memory.)

Ordered a battery online for pickup. An associate installed the battery; when I did a test start, the car dies right away until the 4th try. This means they are not maintaining the battery charge in storage. The associate said it is out of his control and walked away and didnt even offer a boost jump or any kind of help. I only came here for the online 20% discount. Im sticking with Oreilly auto parts, way better customer service.

The staffer we worked with was polite, helped me save money and kindly let my kiddo use the bathroom. They are always fantastic to deal with here and this keeps us shopping here.

Came here for a battery test. Guy at the counter says sure Ill send someone out as soon as I find someone if you just want to go wait outside. Well, no I didnt want to wait outside. It was cold and since I came in with a battery concern, I wasnt just going to sit in my car with it running. There was literally NO ONE else in the store so its not like I was bothering him but he continues to tell me to go outside. Guy who ended up helping me was super rude but he was at least helpful. He actually listened to the concern I was having with my car and didnt just dismiss everything I told him. Got the battery tested and it was fully charged and he states everything is fine. Tests the alternator after I told him Id been to a different location about 2 hours prior and says its fine. Looks under my hood, agrees with the concern I had but diagnoses it as something completely different than what I was thinking. He makes a big deal to say specifically everything is fine Today. Right now. Well my battery died the next day. At least the test was free.

I usually go to other auto parts stores in the area but they did not have the part I needed so I thought I would try out Advance. Associate behind the counter gave a strong impression that he did not want to be there and the sooner he could get me out the door the better. This was at 4pm on a Sunday. I did get the part I needed but generally unhelpful service

Staff is great and helpful, the store has stepped up their game in the last few months and it is now a welcoming atmosphere. They do carry some oddball parts and they carry lots of common parts as well. Not a speed shop yet but well on its way.

Asked for a MIRROR THAT POPS INTO THE SIDE MIRROR not that GETS TAPPED ON, multiple times I told Shelley, the cashier, that I did not want any adhesive, that I wanted the mirror with a back that pops in and she said THAT YOU GUYS HAD IT AND IT WOULD BE THERE ON THURSDAY 4/19, when I called Thursday to see if it arrived yet cause it was getting later in the day, I spoke with another person who said that it wasn’t this Thursday..it would be next Thursday..Thankfully she called me Friday and said it came in early, but when I went to pick up the mirror low and behold it was a stick on mirror! Thanks for wasting my time and money!! I’m glad I could buy a sticker here! *Update* called over to advanced and spoke with Nathan WHO VERIFIED that I ordered a mirror with a mount but they sent me a mirror with tape.. again do not go here, they will tell you they have something and then switch what it is you ordered

Great customer service, the two clerks went above and beyond to help me. Was there on 12-26-18 and the two people there helping me where great, didnt catch their names but i was not expecting such great service.

I came here to buy new bolts for my license plate frame. The employee was kind enough to come out to my car and make sure they actually fit the frame. He even screwed in the bolts for me (I could have done it, but I appreciate it!). Over the top service, very nice. Would visit again.

Came in for some sway bar links and went home to start working on my car. Come to find out the parts were different. I always use moog parts for my car. I went back to see if I could get an exchange or refund. And this lady with awful teeth started ranting about how they were the same part just made in different places. Dont care it wasnt the part I want. No way Im paying $35 for a sway bar link thats not the part I want. Orileys is better and has better customer service no wonder all the stuff in the front has dust all over them. 🤦‍♀️

I needed a rear wiper blade for my 2016 RAV4. Not only were they extremely helpful and friendly, but to my surprise, when I said “now I just need to figure out how to put it on”, Denise was on it in a flash and went out in 14 degree cold to install it in under two minutes! I’m a believer!!

I went here looking for a part that they did not have at Napa Auto parts. The woman behind the counter found it ridiculous that Napa didnt have this simple part and quickly found it for me. I have no need to return to Napa when I can get better service at advance Auto. I have been back several times for other parts relating to my medium duty truck.

The women staff there really know there stuff and great help.

Flat out lied to me. I went in to get a new battey, for a prius. They didnt have one in stock but told me they could have it tomorrow. I asked if they could replace it and they told me YES. Next day, we arent allowed to do that on a hybrid. LIARS
