I stopped into this Antonella by serendipity. Im leaving on a trip and just remembered I needed wipers. Didnt know my size or what brand to get. Chuck explained to me what wipers the co Peter said I needed but took the time to go out to my car and check. He steered me right on the type of wipers to get and he and Maurice just automatically walked out to my car to install. The service and personality were 1st rate. Most of the employees here are great. Very friendly or can offer thorough explanations to any questions asked. There is this one girl though, who is frequently terse with customers. I have watched it happen to others and happen to myself. I try to avoid her as much as possible.

First off, my man Samuel deserves a billion stars for helping me out.This place was closest to my house for simple repair part i needed, just a quick connect hose. Ordered online picked up, all great.Where the 5 stars was earned was the service. Their reps are ALWAYS friendly. I had gone to 3 different shops to help me with my CEL, Autozone delivered. Sam and I discovered my OBDII reader needed replacing and that’s exactly what solved my issue. There’s a couple competitors in the immediate area, skip them. This is where you want to be.

The place is so organized and clean. Service was amazing! I was greeted by Jose and Chuck right when I walked in. José spent 10 minutes helping me by put my windshield wiper on. Now that’s great customer service!

Chuck and Tim were so helpful, informative, and thorough. I loved my experience there. Chuck helped me look for certain things, and he even helped me put my windshield wipers on. Will definitely come back!

Great Experience! I worked with Sam after my car suffered a dead battery. He was extremely knowledgeable and went out of his way to explain not just what was wrong with my battery, but what I was likely to need to do to fix it and he made sure I was comfortable with what I needed to complete the fix, and also equipped me with all the ancillary items to do the job. He didn’t end up selling me a battery today, since he was able to recover mine, but I left with a nice smart charger and supplies to reinstall my existing battery...and I feel great about AutoZone and the people who work there!

I looked up this store because it was close to my job and I needed assistance quick. When I arrived, I work with a gentleman named Mark. Mark was so helpful, he assisted me with a bulb for my brake light. He replaced the bulb for me without hesitation. I also had a question about coolant, he looked it up on their computer and showed me where I need to fill it. Most places won’t go as far as he did! I really appreciated his help and kindness! Excellent..They came out to vehicle checked rear lights and changed both break and reverse lights in back rear. Now I feel safe ..

I needed a new headlight. Went in and asked if this was something they could replace. Mentioned depending on how easy of an access point it was. Samuel went out and looked, at first glance decided it was a difficult access point, however after looking more closely and getting his hand in there, he was able to do it real quick. Was in and out in under 10 minutes. Great experience.

If we could give it ten stars we would! Our car battery died in Lowes parking lot at night with our small children in the vehicle. My husband walked over to Auto Zone Wauwatosa and 2 amazing employees by the name of Sam and Nate let us use their tools and drove my husband in their car with the new battery back to ours. Then, if this wasnt enough he installed it for us too!! Definitely recommend them and we thank God for these wonderful people that saved my family tonight!

The best and most amazing service you will ever receive anywhere!! My car battery died this morning and even auto shops wouldn’t let me rent out a jump pack and AAA tried to charge me a crazy amount to come jump my car but this specific autozone not only let me rent out a jump- pack but Samuel W. took time out his day to drive me back to my apartment, so I wouldn’t have to walk in the cold, and made sure that my car got up and running. Later in the day I went back to have my battery tested and the entire staff was so understanding, knowledgeable, and kind! Best customer service I have received anywhere. If I could give more than 5 stars I would absolutely do so!!!

Came to autozone in Wauwatosa because of a question with battery charging or potential alternator issue. Worked with Cedric who was more than helpful with diagnosing our issue with the battery hook ups. He was very informative, helpful and curious. We were very pleased with the service Cedric provided. We just moved here from Alabama and our battery was dead. I just got the best Auto Zone service I’ve ever had in my entire life. Jessica was friendly, efficient, and would not give up until my new battery was installed, in 30 degree weather. I tried to buy her lunch and she told me I couldn’t so I hope this review helps. I’m so grateful to her and will only be returning to this Auto Zone, if I have the choice.

They were very nice and helpful. The very nice lady helped me with figuring out what was wrong with my van. I also pulled a dummy move and locked my keys in the van and without hesitation they helped me get the door open. I would HIGHLY recommend going there!

I came in told Jose R. exactly what I needed. He helped me as well and sent me on my way. Then I came nack then violet helped both was awesome 👌 Im from Minnesota Nice and they both must lived there.

I went to Auto Zone and was approached by Samuel. The engine light was on in my Jeep. Samuel did a diagnostic evaluation and determined it was a crank shaft position sensor. He sold me a new sensor and explained where it was located. I went home and replaced the sensor using the directions that Samuel gave me. It was a success! The engine light went out. Samuel went out of his way to help me. I am pleased to say that the Jeep runs like a champ! That was one of the best customer service experiences that I ever had! Amazing service all the time I love this location

I am completely impressed with every aspect of this location!. I am not a handy car person at all and I was having some issues with my car over heating. The moment I stepped in the door Brittany came over and took complete ownership of the issue. SHe spent time assessing the problem and discovered a broken hose way in the back of the engine. She instantly knew the correct part and then proceeded to put the part back on the car. The old part had bonded to the hose so it took significant work getting it removed and the store manager rolled up his sleeves and pitched in as well. I was really amazed and the kindness and the way they worked as a team on a very inexpensive part. I would never go anywhere else after the awesome customer service I received at this store! Brittany....thank you any employer that has you on their staff is very fortunate!

I went to a tire shop and they couldn’t find my lock key for my tires. I came to Autozone and Mark the Manager found my key without any problems and had patience, I recommend any and everyone to come they will more and likely help you.
