The estimated price was different from the price when I picked my vehicle up. $400 more I had to pay. And the gentleman could nit explain why the $400 difference. Also did not get a Receipt or a breakdown of the prices. As far as cost of parts and labor. Poor customer service!

Purchased a wheel and tire package off of tirerack.com and had them installed at this Firestone location. I had some aftermarket lugs that I had them put on and I couldnt be happier with the service

Even when they were fully booked they took my car in to replace the tires. They also gave a rebate for what tree was left on this tire and the other one.

Location is convenient but the prices are a bit higher than other places Ive gone.

Didnt end up using their services. Polite but not friendly.

Went in for a front wheel alignment and was told 2 hours later “ we can’t do anything unless you get new tire rods and ball joints, it’s not safe to drive, and leave it for a day” -$1100 as I sat there for 2 hours, that seemed to be the same story for everyone that came in.Okay fine.. in the midst of all this my back plates were stolen and replaced with a different stolen cars plates, some cash and our change dispenser is missing, and had to come back because they failed to screw on the oil cap that was flapping and making noise under my car (which I’m not sure why that was even touched). This was the only place my car had been other than home. I will be going elsewhere from now on. Too many discrepancies.

I took my truck to get a free brake inspection using a coupon. They were very thorough and accurate. I would definitely recommend this particular Firestone for repairs.

Cesar (spelling?) helped me with my car. He was very informative, leveled with me, and cut to the chase. Very friendly and easy to work with.

Really bad customer service from this Branch!1. Booked an online appointment and show off and the customer service/sales rep mentioned that there wasnt any appointment in their system, they didnt called me to tell they were fully booked.2. They were not able to find my contact information in their system, so i wasnt even able to book a new appointment for a future date.3. Was this a system issue???After this I booked another online appointment at the Brookfield branch. What a difference... they did the minimum expected and i felt like a was a VIP customer. They called me to confirm my online appointment for the following day at 7AM, they were able to find myself in their system.If possible, please try to avoid this branch and go to the Brookfield one, even with so little effort you will feel the difference in their service.

We went here when we lived in TOSA and they always took good care of us. Moved to Hartford and would still rather come to this location cause their staff is so friendly. ❤️

Had my car towed to fired stone because my car wouldn’t start they serviced the car gor 361.53 and said I had an ECU issue and should take my car to nissan to have the check engine light go off. Got home to change went back out to the car to take to Nissan and the car wouldnt start again. Had car towed to Nissan stated the throttle body that caused the car to not start. Im really need a refund because Nissan said if a diagnostic service was done they definitely would have saw this code. Do not go to firestone instead of them telling you they dont know whats wrong they do unnecessary work and charge you

I had to have my tire repaired, they helped me out and the cost was reasonable and they did it quickly. I have been going to them for years.

Had new struts and other work done 14 months ago. Front end started making noise again. Took car back in to get it inspected and was told that the struts were bad. New struts only lasted a little over a year. That should have never happened!! Had to pay an additional 495 dollars to have new struts put in. Very dissatisfied with quality of parts used. I will never go back again. New struts should not need replacing in 14 months time.

Employees seemed to know their stuff and were friendly. They overestimated the time to complete repairs, which was a nice surprise.

The only reason this place received one star is because I could not give it a zero. Unfortunately after buying tires in April of 2018, I am being forced to purchase new tires in December of 2019. I purchased tires from the Browndeer location and visit this location whenever it was time to get my oil changed and I was on top of it. I was told that my back tires treads were at 0 to 1 and I should invest in new tires at that exact moment because it is dangerous to ride on tires that low. I asked how many miles I had put on my tires and I was informed 15,000. I then asked were my tires being rotated and I was informed that I would need to request this to have it done. I had no idea and assumed it was being done when I came in for my oil changes. Another question I have is, why would this not be recommended to me? I can not afford to purchase tires every year and if I knew this was the case, I could’ve just took my car to any place for the oil changes. Way to take advantage of a black woman.

I walked in with low tire after trying to put air in. I was able to walk in and was helped right away and found out I had 2 nails in my tire. I didnt have to wait long for my tire to be fixed. Thank you.

Customer service was alright. Felt like they just recommend any maintenance that pops up on the computer instead of actually looking at the car. Even with an appointment you’re waiting an hour and a half to two hours.

I don’t have a ton of knowledge on cars but Chris helped me understand what was going on so I could choose the right tires for my vehicle. Also all the guys were friendly and welcoming which made it an overall great experience.

What used to be a 5 star rating was recently decreased to a 2 star...I recently had something looked at and agreed to the $99.99 diagnostic service, but decided not to proceed with the work. When I went to pick up my vehicle, I was charged $111 and some change. When asked how it went from $99.99 to $111, I was told sales tax. As we all know, sales tax in WI is 5.6% ($5.60 in this case), so I explained my quick math saying $11 is equal to 11%, not 5.6%. Then I was told, oh yeah, it includes $6 of shop materials which was a plastic seat protector and window washer fluid. I know its only $6, but in my mind it was deceptive. Youd think the $0.05 plastic bag seat protector would be covered in the $99.99 fee and I didnt ask for window washer fluid, so not sure why I was forced to pay for it. Anyway, seems like a minor thing, but just left a bad taste in my mouth.The good news from previous service work....The replacement of my wheel bearing was taking longer than expected so the manager proactively setup a rental car for me before he called with the bad news. Thankfully they were able to get it all fixed up before I even needed the rental, but I appreciated the effort of the Firestone Team.

Great experience. Ethan was very knowledgeable & great at explaining exactly what was wrong with my car and how the shop would go about fixing it. Prices are reasonable and they send me coupons frequently. 10/10 recommend!

The experience I had at Firestone made me feel feel like I was well informed and that my opinions and needs were valued.

Do not go here!!!! I’ve been here several times until I realized that they are scam artists!!! As you sit in the waiting room, they will call customers and tell every person that they have a nail in their tire and that it must be replaced. They have made me purchase tires when I didn’t think necessary. After one season of use all of a sudden I had a mystery nail in my tire that just so was noticed when swapping winter tires with all seasons. They are incompetent and lie to customers to make their tire sales go up. I wish I would’ve recorded the same conversation they have had with customers. I mean is the county covered in nails that everyone has one on their tire?! That location needs an investigation. I’m calling corporate and letting EVERYONE know their business practices. Be aware.

Went in for an oil change and was quickly called while at work to notify me of the tie rods breaking. Big deal. They fixed it after I said it was okay. They quoted me on some less crucial parts such as new Sway Bar Links and new Spark Plugs. I was quoted for about 3 times as much as the sway bar links and spark plugs are worth on top of the labor cost already in place. Definitely will not be returning knowing the up charge on some simple fixes.

I have never had a bad experience at this location. Very friendly and always have my car ready when they say its gonna be ready. Keep up the great work.

Stopped in to get a tire repaired which I had purchased there previously- I had noticed a nail. I did not have an appointment, and it was late on a Saturday. I was told it would be a couple hours, but it would be done before the end of the day- I could drop off the car. Got a call about an hour and a half later- there were two nails, but they were able to patch. The charge was average for a single patch. Thanks Firestone.

Amazing service and very professional on my first three visits, but after I got an alignment it immediately went out of alignment and makes a loud noise when it turns, as if the bolts werent tightened correctly and now theyre sliding in the control arm when I turn. There was an aftermarket subframe and bolts, but that shouldnt make any difference. I think it was just a fluke and Id still recommend going here as the job will be quality and most likely get done very quickly.

Did not latch my hood and not calling me back. Do not go to any Firestone

Been taking our cars here for years. I love the fact that they will call and ask if we want something fixed that day if they find something else wrong. Sometimes we will just leave the car over night if the appointment is first thing in the morning.

Horrible service! They are scammers. My boyfriend drove in with a muffler that was rusty but intact. When he left, the muffler was dragging on the ground to the point where it just fell off when my boyfriend got out to look at it. The manager tried to say it had been that way and that it would cost $1800 to fix. He refused to admit to the damage or try to rectify the situation. This shop is dishonest and will damage your vehicle, lie, and try to rip you off. I DO NOT recommend this shop for even the simplest of jobs. My boyfriend went in for an oil change and tire rotation and it turned into a mess.

They even refused to fix tire at the same day... But I was able to fix everything in Wallmart Supercenter - it took less than 3 hours...

Have done a fair bit of business here before. Agree that maybe there is new management. Today I was treated rudely despite spending $1000 on brake service. One employee completely ignored me despite and empty showroom. Employee who did check me out was short with me and did not explain the bill. No conversation, just one word answers like - sign . . . swipe . . . initial, etc. When I picked up what I thought were my papers the person checking me out just said - those are mine and grabbed them from me. Handed me my copy These are yours. When I mentioned that the price was not exactly what I was quoted, his answer have a good evening with no offer to explain. Ill be taking my business elsewhere.

Made an appointment for today at 11am a week ago. Dropped off the car and upon returning 5 hours later, they hadnt even looked at it. Was told they were really busy and didnt get a chance to check out my car. So what is the purpose of making an appointment if they service other people instead? Will never come back here and Ill make sure to tell everyone I know about the bad service.

If you want to overpay for repairs you dont need, this is the place for you. I brought my car in with a muffler issue since it was in the neighborhood. Firestone quoted a new muffler and all the piping and fittings up to the cadilitic converter for $700 which sounded high so I got a second opinion. The next shop I called from a friends reference quoted this job for $400 which sounded much more reasonalbe, so I brought my car there to find out that I only needed a new muffler, there was no need to replace the pipping or fittings so this repair only cost my $250 - almost one third of the firestone cost.

I was charged 99 dollars for a diagnostic and was told my motor was over and that I needed a new one or to rebuild with when it turns out when I went to another shop all I needed was a catalytic converter and a tune up which was all.
