Cassi was awesome in helping me get a new phone & transfer everything over quickly! She helped me pick out the additional products that came with my upgrade, which I really appreciated. Another Verizon member (blanking on his name right now) helped me in figuring out total payment & how services will be billed throughout the next 30 months. I will definitely be going back to this Verizon for future upgrades!
Cassi was super helpful, super understanding, and super informative. She helped me get the best bargain and even handled multiple transactions at one time! Additionally, she called customer support herself to resolve my Apple Watch issue and eventually got me out the door with a names watch!
I needed a sim card for my phone. Chris was knowledgeable and quick. He has a great personality and a quick smile. A very pleasant experience and the phone transferred accurately.
Horrible experience I’ve ever experienced at any phone company. I do not recommend I worked with Landon and I got approved for 1,000 for the iPhone 12pro max which is only 1,110. However he was telling me I would have to pay $650 plus there franchise price which is $278 plus the $35 activation fee. I understand the activation fee but where is all the other fees coming from I’ll be over paying for the iPhone 12pro max if I paid all of these fees; he couldn’t explain it. He firmly said he doesn’t know and had to keep calling his manager to help him with servicing me which was not a good look for business. So I decided to cancel and Landon told me he cancelled. I went to a different Verizon store outside of the mall who informed me I have an active account with a phone in my name that I never purchased. I had to go through a lot just because of Landon not knowing what he’s doing very upset and not happy with you’ll services at Mayfair mall Verizon! You guys need a new team who knows how to assist there customers not screw them over! Pathetic! Very distasteful - Do Not go here!

And on top of that because we did transfer our service from a different carrier they’re giving us $300 additional per line so we are definitely very happy thanks again Chris

My Verizon experience is 100 per cent attributable to Landon at the Mayfair Mall store.He personally made my purchase of a new phone happen when there were several reasons why it almost fell through, from circumstances beyond his control.He kept the sale on track and went the extra mile in keeping me educated and totally satisfied with the experience.Without his guidance I definitely would not have made this phone purchase.Nice work Landon.
I was lied to about my purchase. Sales rep stated the iPad was half off and I would pay only half of the iPad stretched over 24 month period. I was given a receipt only for my card I was not handed an itemized receipt or a purchase contract through Verizon hmm I wonder why. I went back questioning what I purchased the same day. Guess what the iPad was on there for full retail price. I just bought the phone and iPad yesterday I will be going back for a full refund today. Buyers Beware to check what you’re purchasing. When looking at the estimated bill online through Verizon is when I found out what the actual bill was they will lie straight to your face have you get protection on the devices. Say to keep it on for 2 weeks, why so I can be charged a cycle. All to make an extra commission. I’ve been in sales for over 15 years rule number one of sales never lie to your customers you lose all credibility. They have a set up and go activation which is supposedly waived. When Verizon charges $35.00 for every new device. Verizon also doesn’t charge for SIM cards and that’s supposedly a $15.00 cost which is also waived. I rarely write reviews but I hate being lied to it’s bad business! Good thing I caught it the first day and not the first month. I won’t name the sale consultant but I sure will get my refund back! Guess what I bet my phone I traded in is no longer there. After one night. Reviews can always be edited so let’s make things right.

LaRontae is awesome idk what he makes but he may need a raise he stayed so calm and worked so professional and got the store unpacked when he came off of his break because it was crowdy but he worked fast and knocked stuff out.

Went in to get prepaid service and to transfer my number from Boost mobile. While Boost did everything to make the transfer miserable, Eric did a great job of helping me deal with them and got my phone working and I was able to keep my number which was important. Service is great so far too!

I went in & I tell you what, he can sell ice to an Eskimo! He was super knowledgeable & helpful. I only went in to get a prepaid account but ended up getting another phone & service. Its more expensive but I basically got a computer for a phone with all the bells & whistles with the option to pay off my phone after 30days & then be able to switch to prepay. He was awesome& he didnt pressure me.

William is the person to go to, I currently had t mobile with bad service almost no type of connection, when i made phone calls signal would drop badly. Anyways i made the switch and William was the one that helped us he did the best of the best he hooked us up all the way, the way he treated us and explained how everything worked was fantastic. I wanted to make the switch for the phones only, tell me why i ended up walking out with an iPad, speakers, chargers, phone cases, screen protectors, i even left with an apple watch slapped on my wrist! I got immediate service. I asked the rep if a certain model was available, and he informed me that it was not, but a comparable item was in stock and cost a bit less than the one I asked about. The rep took the time to look into every discount that might be available to me. A promotional offer was explained to me and it was too good to pass up so I got it. A very good customer service experience!

I came into Verizon to get a new phone, and was skeptical because I haven’t had the best customer service from other Verizon locations in the past, but the Mayfair store and specifically Jesus provided me the best experience. Jesus helped me get my new phone, answered all my questions, and gave me all my phone options.The whole store atmosphere here was great, the other gentleman working (I didn’t catch his name) was also very friendly. It was just the two of them working, and they multi-tasked great, in a way I didn’t feel rushed or neglected! I will definitely be back with all future assistance.

After visiting the store, I was pleased with the knowledge, help and friendliness of the associate that assisted me. When I got home, the receipts said (read the fine print) that I had renewed my contract for two years, with an early termination penalty. I completed an unfavorable online review and was promptly contacted by the store manager, “Chris”. He reviewed my account and helped me to understand that I had NOT renewed my contract, that the receipt had contained standard disclaimer language. I was pleased and taken aback by the contact and the resolution of my issue. I would definitely recommend this store to anyone with a Verizon issue.

Andrew and Will both had a positive attitude, were very personable, and did not come across as pushy in any way. Andrew especially went above and beyond. He was very knowledgeable and thought outside the box to resolve matters that didn’t fit the standard mold. They both had extreme patience for the customer before me as well, who seemed to have had many issues that needed a lot of attention. She too was extremely grateful for the guidance she was given. There are other Verizon locations closer to me, but I would choose to go out of my way to Mayfair Mall. I have not seen such a high level of respect in a long time, it was refreshing to see it still exists. In my opinion, the Verizon at Mayfair Mall should be the model for other locations. Keep up the fantastic work!

I have quite a few good things to say about Andy, an awesome rep of Verizon all around. We got there about 20 minutes before close, and he had 4 other customers he was helping all by himself and he was able to multitask and keep everyone happily satisfied. Andy did stay with us an hour and a half after close to make sure we were highly satisfied, as we needed a new phone for someone going out of town. I would highly highly recommend him for going above and beyond.
This store is a kiosk in the Mayfair mall. They still had everything I needed when I broke my old phone and was looking to upgrade. Justin was very helpful! He explained all the fees simply and answered all my questions well. This store should be a first stop if you are having any phone issues. Excellent customer service here.
