I was gonna be wrong information on a special phone deal, and then told that sometimes the customer doesnt understand our deals. I asked all the right questions and I understood the deals, so when I was told different information by an ATT employee I was thrilled and surprised by the great deal. Come to find out you cannot stack a promo and trade in deal (which was not what I was originally told). This is my first bad experience with ATT, and it was disappointing that I could not get what was offered to me

We had a billing issue that we were concerned about and Dan (the manager I believe) helped us out and cleared everything up for us. We need to wait for our actual bill to know if it is resolved and correct, but Dan assured us if it is not to come back and he will help - and I am confident he will if necessary. Great service.

Excellent experience. Had a cracked screen, went in ready to get a new phone - and they encouraged a repair (based on my plan) that was only 29 bucks. It took two hours and Im back at it. Thanks for not upselling. Will be back when I need a phone for sure.

Great looking store! Unable to exchange remote for remote. Informed that I have to call AT&T and request one, then, wait for one to be delivered. Sorry, but the Bucks are in the playoffs!!! Very disappointing, however, I recognize theyre trying to sell Direct TV, but I have service with AT&T already and do not want to change. God is good and after placing order, we realized that grandkids had switched the remotes, i.e., incompatible with the TVs. We switched and watched a thrilling game anyway! Just in case something does go haywire, well alert AT&T about the snafu and keep it for security 😉. Any suggestions on what to do with it would be appreciated.

I clearly went in on a bad day all these good reviews my experience was very different spent 40 mins in the store for nothing placed an order for pick up online received an email stating order is ready for pick up got there and could get my phones no explanation called customer service they re order my phones says the reps wasn’t doing her job they called the store on my behalf and was told they don’t have time to explain anything over the phone told the rep to tell me come back up there for status update .. like really very disappointing I was treated like my time doesn’t matter..Updated went back in the store received service from jasmine and Casey I was able to get my phones but nothing for my time wasted..

DO NOT SHOP HERE. Do not buy a phone here. Do not even attempt an exchange here. The rep didnt tell me that if you do an exchange thats it. You are stuck with your phone even within the 14 day period. I did an exchange with Shawntel L. who didnt tell me this when exchanging a phone. I spent an inordinately long time chatting with an AT&T online rep who said they would allow me to exchange the phone and even made the appointment for me at another store to exchange or return the device. At this other store they told me that the system wouldnt allow it. Another half an hour wasted with AT&Ts social media team informed me that only this store could accept a return. The social media rep Ben offered to contact management at this store who then denied the return despite the first online rep assuring me I could (I have the transcript). Long story short Im considering legal action and possibly some billboard advertising. Take the short drive across the street to Verizon or look into Project Fi at Google if you like Android. Dont give this company your business.

I had a wonderful experience at this store. I went in to speak with someone after having extremely poor customer service over the phone (not this location) with att. In my case my needs were concerning my internet service. Anyway Quinn took care of me explaining things throughly. He was excellent! I wasn’t sure that I was going to stay with att but after Quinn’s assistance I decided to keep att as my provider. Dan, the store Manager, assisted me with an additional need over the phone a few days later. He runs a good team, very professional and friendly. Overall I couldn’t have asked for better service.

Came into this store today and the customer service was lacking. The representatives were not very friendly at all and were more engaged in their own conversations and answering calls than helping customers. I was shopping and there was very minimal help just a point in the direction and that’s it.

It took over two hours just to switch from sprint to at&t and buy a new phone. When I received my new phone it did not work properly until the next day. I spoke to 4 different representatives and did not get the problem solved until I kept going into different settings on my phone and figured it out myself. This whole experience stressed me out. I will be keeping this phone for a few years and hopefully they come up with a faster and more efficient process.

Took my husband flip phone in as we were told it had a defective chip. They changed chip. Went to make a call 20 mins later and his entire contact list was gone. Went back to the store and they looked fir the old sim card. Turns out fed ex picked them up to be shredded while we were there the 2nd time. No one is able to recover his contacts nor is able to reload the ones he actually remembered...I know its only a $60 flip phone but thats all he needs and it was only 1 month old....so frustrating

Stephen was extremely helpful in resetting my phone when I dropped in during my lunch break. I came in extremely frustrated and he was able to calm me down about the situation and fix my issue! I just want to say that I have been extremely disappointed with the assistance of trying to get a new phone. I currently had a iPhone 8 and I have had more problems with it in the past year that I had it. I have tried to resolve this by speaking with several people, none of which seemed to care until I had Jason help me. He really took the time to listen and answer all my concerns. He resolved everything and has restored my faith in AT&T. He should be recognized for being the excellent employee he is.Thank you, Susan

HORRIBLE. HORRIBLE. HORRIBLE SERVICE! My fiancé was told he can return the boxes there for tv service. Was given the run around. Literally went there last Sunday. The same worker was there tonight and acted like he didn’t know what was going on. Safe to say I will be in there because he can’t figure out how to tell the workers what is correct and right. Very very mad right now :)

Vaughn misled us on multiple accounts and its taken 4 months of recurring customer service calls to get our bill even close to what he said, in store, it would be. Multiple customer service agents have verified that what we were promised was inaccurate. I originally posted a 5 star review (which of course, Vaughn pressured us to complete in-store before we left) but I edited it to 2 stars to reflect the actuality of the experience weve had, and am posting it fresh under a different account to make sure management is made aware (of course they replied to the original review, but I dont know if theyll be notified that it changes). Save your time, save your money, for a company that requires integrity of its sales associates. Or if you work with Vaughn - get it in writing. Id go back to U.S. Cellular if I were to do it again - they have great customer service.

OMG, BEST EXPERIENCE EVER!!! Matt (associate) and Dan (manager) were more than a pleasure to work with! Both were super knowledgeable, friendly, extremely helpful, and the customer service was second to none! Matt was efficient, and excited to help, but not overbearing. He made sure everything was taken care of before we left the store, and made sure to provide his business card for any further questions. Dan kept kept the store running smoothly, and personally greeted each guest upon arrival. The stores aesthetics were great and well kept. Good job Matt and Dan . . . Well be back!

Jazz could not have made the fix to our problems easier! She immediately understood what needed to be done to resolve a couple different issues with our wireless accounts and took care of them quickly. One of the problems was going to require a follow-up call to AT&T after the weekend and Jazz left notes on the account so that the next person we talked to would know exactly what the problem was and what steps had already been taken. I was honestly dreading going into the store based on some previous experiences (at other locations) and walked out much quicker and much more calm than I expected.

Check in process was a little unorganized. Didnt know which way to go. You walk in the store and you see ppl standing and no service counter.. The manager was upset i interrupted him because I didnt know how to check in at the store that had no customer service counter and everyone was busy. They need a customer service counter like they had on 124th and Capitol. Casey was pretty awesome and knowledgeable. He also remembered me on my next visit as well. Casey gets 5 stars Att gets 1 star.

I purchased an apple watch and needed to have it linked to our account. I anticipated a long wait and I was pleasantly surprised and impressed with the service. I was barely in the door and Tyler was standing there greeting me as though he was awaiting my arrival. I was impressed with his grace, tone and articulation in the service rendered. The customer engagement was professional and not overbearing. He was consistent with his demeanor and approach in completing my service request. I am an Assistant Professor in the College of Business and Management at Cardinal Stritch University and teach customer employee and engagement in my upper level courses; this was experiential learning and engagement at its best. I was utterly stunned with his ability to keep a pulse on customer entry/exit while continuing to complete my service as though I was the only one in the store. He has the gift to navigate both service dimensions.

My husband and I went to this AT&T location in May and worked with Matt. After being there for awhile we walked out with new phones and were feeling happy. However, our first bill came and what we thought, and were told by Matt, to be a phone bill of around $180 a month plus tax was nearly $500. We knew our first month would be higher with the activation fees and the timing of signing up but this was ridiculously high. After over an hour on the phone with the AT&T billing office, we learned that in store associates work on commission based on the services they sign you up for. Matt signed us up for double insurance, the NextUp plan and other things that we never discussed. It’s on us for not looking closer at what we were signing but you’re trusting the person working with you is giving you good information. The billing associate we called and spoke to today said after everything Matt signed us up for, our bill would be over $220 plus tax per month, not the $180 Matt quoted us. This person was super helpful and was able to remove the things we didn’t want and get our bill down to the $180 we had planned. In the end, we like AT&T but if you are working with Matt certainly go over each service you are signing up for and look closely at your bills to make sure you were not signed up for services you do not need. We were caught with his charismatic personality too, which is why we think we didn’t pay as close of attention as we should have.

AMAZING experience with this team. Without hesitation, these guys (Tyler and Jeremy) went above and beyond to help me with my very complicated cell phone issue. After an unforeseen issue arose with my brand new phone, they made sure that I was 100% happy and that the issue was completely resolved. They were my third stop that day to try and resolve this, and they should’ve been my first. They did not turn me away as the other places had done, and were so professional and knowledgeable. 10/10 would highly recommend. They could have shipped it but since I need it to contact people as I am in healthcare, I decided to go to the store to get it. Was told no stores In WI keep them in stock! I had the best experience here with Ezekiel! I was currently with US cellular but will be moving to Los Angeles so I needed to switch providers. He listened to my needs and pointed me in the right direction which was to prepaid plans. Since I was bringing my phone with me It was the most economical option. I set up a second line from my work phone which I had already got a Google Voice phone number And changed it on all of my social media platforms so would have been kind of a pain to get a new number. He went above and beyond and figured out how to buy my Google Voice phone number and transfer it to that phone! Not to mention he set me up with AT&T business Internet Which was something I would have had to do and it was a great price! He was so nice and helpful, Normally doing things like this is a bummer and inconvenience, Stop in and see him! He will not only make it painless he will make it fun as well!
