Had a pretty good experience. First time inside T-Mobile in years. Chaw and Nick were great with helping me choose a plan and a phone. I love my phone. GREAT JOB!!! GOOD customer service is RARE nowadays so if the line is long, it might be worth the wait.

The tmobile on south 27th was not helpful but the tmobile on 108th street was

Upon arriving to store greeting was lack luster. I felt as though I was an inconvenience. The gentleman that eventually assisted my family and I was very friendly. Jean was very helpful. It did take about 2 hours to finally get our services updated. Please allow yourself plenty of time to get help.

A representative named Nat was very polite and willing to help me purchase a pre-paid 180$ phone for my niece. When she went back to get the product her manager Nick told her not to give me the phone & send me to Best Buy. He never came from the back office to talk with me face to face. Rather rude of him. I do not recommend this location as the service was unprofessional and I will ve contacting corporate.

I’m truly satisfied and amazed with the personable customer service I received at this store. Just wanted to give a BIIIG shout out to Amanda and Abbey, for being super awesome and even empathizing with me, on my current situation. Long story short… upgraded my phone to get out of a lease that I didn’t even know I was in…meaning I would never actually be able to “own” my phone. Hated to let my XR go, but I really am loving and enjoying my new iPhone 11. So anyways, THANK YOU SO MUCH again Amanda and Abbey, for making me feel like I mattered, and I wasn’t alone in what I was going through. Keep up the GREAT WORK, Ladies!! It’s the difference in the way you genuinely take care of your customers, that sets you apart and it sure shines bright, because I could’ve have chosen to go to another T-Mobile store to return my XR but I went back to the one that originally serviced me instead! 🙌🏼😎💜

I have been paying $18 per month to T-Mobile for Protection 360 mobile device protection plan. Device had hardware failure (touchscreen quit working). I called them multiple times, after hours spent on phone with them they refused to provide service I was paying for. According to agreement wit T-Mobile, Hardware service was covered with $0 deductible and $5 fee for device exchange through T-Mobile. They refused to provide service I was paying for.

Amanda was extremely helpful, friendly and meticulous.I just made another visit to T-mobil in Wauwatosa. Amanda once again was extremely kind, patient, helpful and knowledgeable. 10 stars March 19, 2021

My Mom (who is 74) was having trouble sending text messages and at least once a day her phone wouldnt accept calls and she would have to restart it. David immediately said that it must be a bad SIM card. He replaced it and her phone worked perfectly! Thank you David for being so patient and kind to my Mom!

Dave (the store manager) was amazing! He really helped me out and I appreciate his service! Top notch employee!

Unprofessional employee!!! Be aware with a white skinny guy with a huge attitude, not even rendered the proper greeting to my wife who was the one getting in the store to pay our bill. His first interaction was...What do you need?? Then moments later he started to make fun of her and trying to talk to her in Spanish in a derogatory way. Very disrespectful, never tried to help her out, he kept smiling and laughing at her, then walked away when she was asking him to remove an invalid charge. He said: Im here to collect your money not to solve your problem. He even continued when my wife had to call customer service 611 from the store. The T-Mobile representative on the phone witnessed the whole issue and suggested my wife to go to other store to make the payment. When she returned crying to the car, I went inside and cursed him out. He gave the same attitude and got the nerves to call the police when I told him I was in the US Army. This employee didnt look normal; when we just got there, he was hanging outside alone, making faces, laughing, then smiling, and looking around to the parking lot...by himself. You make the math. It if wasnt for the T-Mobile t-shirt Id say this guy was under the influence or something.

Dave the manager was nothing but kind and sweet to me. He is now my go to person. I had lost numerous photos and videos and he was simply amazing. God bless him and his family. Also, Amanda was super kind to me as I was just heartbroken. I gave a bad review, but now retracted. 17 years with T Mobile. Theres a reason why I stay. Also, I need to add Carmen and Derrick as they are equally exceptional.

Came into T Mobile and was shocked that not a soul was in there. Was looking around for any assistance and after five minutes someone finally came out of the back room. Both employees didn’t seem like they wanted to help. I ended up going to Spectrum.

How refreshing to have an employee (Amanda at Wauwatosa store) not only follow up, but go way above the call of duty when your inconvenienced with technical difficulties. After 10 years with Verizon, I’m extremely impressed with the customer service at T-Mobile in Wauwatosa. I no longer dread walking into a mobile store with a question or issue. Her new manager, Dave, appeared equally impressive.

The folk here do go out of their way to help you.

I was at T-Mobile on Mayfair Road and Center Street and why would host Wisconsin came in contact with a sales representative by the name of Garrett he was very knowledgeable about product he helped me with my concern of my old phone where was having issues its customer service was just outstanding I am very big customer service and if it was up to me I will put him in line for a promotion to run my company thanks T-Mobile

Great service. I walked in not a T-Mobile customer and walked out within 30 minutes with a brand new iPhone 11. The representive who helped me was patient, respectful and knowledgable.

Have only had unfortunate experiences at this location. Have been in several times to have my screen protector changed, which is a complaint in itself, and havent had to be the head of our account. All of the sudden now, I am unable to do anything (even just switching screen protectors) because I am not the head of the account. Had my husband take my cracked screen protector in to get changed and he (the head of the account) was told he cant get a new screen protector that is cracked, it has to be shattered to justify a new one. Keep in mind I have insurance on my phone and should be able to have a new one at any point, even if its just dirty. Have yet to have an experience with a friendly employee and when I asked if I could speak to a manager the employee said Im not a manager but I have been here for three years. If you dont have to use this location, that would be best.

Went there to help a friend with their phone to fix something

Worst experience, the guy was inside the store he talked to me on phone. But didn’t open the store. I wanted to trade in the device, and he said it will be done via phone to customer care. He didn’t made any logic. Better going to Mayfair T-Mobile outlet.

Dont go to this store they will tell you everything they CANT do to help you. Poor poor customer service.

This T-Mobile is good, the reps here are always looking to help customers out.

This location opened its doors on 2/23/18. I was there on that Friday and the employees were friendly and eager to assist.
