The server was very polite and patient. My son wasnt sure what flavor he wanted so she offered him a sample. Which made his day. LolOverall, very tasty, professional, clean, friendly service.

My daughter and I are really fussy about French Macarons. These are the Best French macaroons anywhere in the area! Only found one place in Chicago (Tonis -french cafe, but I think they closed this location in COVID ☹️) that can beat the macarons made by just company. The pink rose macarons or mango are our favorite.

I did not get s picture but my 7 year old grandaughter loves this place.

Good gelato, but often not open.

On December 30th I was informed that my father whom I lived with had covid 19, I was a full time worker at this location and was pretty sick at the time. I informed my boss not only of my sickness but the moment there was a confirmed case in my house hold. My boss told me not to get tested, and as long as I was ok enough work I had to do so. I was later fired after missing a single day from being deathly sick in which I was hospitalized. They dont care if employees are sick, they make them work no matter what, so be careful shopping their.

Hair in the icecream 😡 Ive also had a friend previously buy macarons with beard hairs in them. I will not be returning to this location very disappointed

The staff here is very ghetto and unprofessional. Every time I come up to the kiosk no one is there, I always sit and wait for them to return but I end up waiting for 30 minutes. The gelato and other products are very delicious but the staff needs some major work.

Good gelato, horrible macaroons. They were literally hard and honestly, the worst Ive ever had in my life. I feel bad for every one whos never had a decent macaroon because these are terrible.

Customer service was poor and Macaroons were stale would not Recommend 👎👎

Excellent staff! Love that they serve Colectivo Coffee, there gelato is super tasty and they have the new CBD infused gelato which I love! I have never been disappointed when visiting this location. Thank you for great service!
