The Starbucks on Mayfair just north of the Mayfair Mall presents a real traffic hazard. I have only patronized this Starbucks a single time and will never go back. They have persistent traffic issues, with customers lined up blocking the parking lot for people wanting to go to other businesses. Sometimes, the traffic goes into Mayfair and creates a traffic hazard for this busy city arterial. The landlord really should do something to help the other business owners in this complex. I hesitate to shop there because of the problems that the Starbucks creates.

Here for a friend. She loves this spot. I dint drink coffee but the Vanilla bean shake is delicious.

Friendly staff. Quite a pleasant surprise. So many Starbucks locations have become unfriendly, kind of like fast food, they seem to hate their jobs, etc. This one was VERY nice.

My family and I stop by this Starbucks weekly. Just had an awesome experience with Rachel in the drive-thru. Said she’s only been working there for a month, but seems like a seasoned pro barista. Very kind, very pleasant, thankful for excellent customer service.

Cant wait till they all get all of their ingredient bank. Im missing my Carmel Apple Spice.

A-1 Service at the crack of dawn. Outstanding.

Good drinks as usual, just got one of them wrong, had to turn around and wait again to get it fixed. Not a bad thing, just didnt have the time for a normal human goof up at that moment. BUT we all have them!

This place is horrible i went here and the service here was the worst there was only one employe and gave us a little cup of water how disrecpecfull my poor dog was dehydrating and my 30 yearld old self was not happy

Excellent coffee good customer service

The store was closed in the middle of the day, but there were NO SIGNS ANYWHERE to say so. We waited in line for 20 minutes before someone finally told us they thought the store was closed and we were able to navigate out of the line. When we drove by later, there was a line out to the street and the place was STILL closed. Maybe out of respect to your customers, you could put a sign on the drive thru or even on the windows that tell customers the store is closed. Super frustrating.

Flys everywhere landed on my bagel, I got angry

The staff and location are nice, however I’ve had bad experiences with them. Sometimes my drinks get messed up or my pastry have been a little crispy; human error is common. But overall this store is my favorite and I appreciate them. Also remember that these are people and not robots so things happen.

I swear it’s one of the busiest in the Milwaukee area. I don’t think I’ve ever not seen a line in the drive thru. They always make the drinks correctly and quickly. They seem to have a great hardworking, friendly team at this location. The only thing I wish was different is that they had a better process/system for all the mobile pick up orders. They sit behind the counter and I feel bad asking the busy employees for my order. It would be nice if they just had a shelf or designated area for the pickup orders. I know other Starbucks have an area like this. There has been times I can see my order sitting there but I feel bad intervening.

I love this place. The drinks are usually consistent/exactly how I want them and good.I loveeee Dominic too. He’s specifically what makes my time here 5 stars by being so amicable, helpful and so bright that it could last me the whole day.

Personally, I am a big opponent of Starbucks and would love to see many of their story. The unsophisticated consumers dont really know how to tell the difference between McDonalds brown swill. Jusy because yoy put a frothy head on it, doesnt make it special. Starbucks has also forced the great Ma & Pa coffee out of love for what they doing. Even ylu8small

I came in for a sandwich and a drink. It was late and much to my surprise, they had way more sandwiches than I expected in stock. I had a chicken sandwich and I enjoyed it. (Stunned by the nearly $8.00 price for the sandwich.) The location seems nice, with a decent amount of room to work in, although they could use more. The staff seemed friendly and professional. Some of the customers were loud (which is rude), but thankfully they left fast. The drink was made to order. All in all, an overall positive experience. Ill be back.

On Saturday I placed a mobile order while in the strip center, stopped at two other stores and proceeded to Starbucks after ny 5 -8 minute wait as the app stated. I waited several minutes, finally a girl with red dyed pigtails asked if I was there for a mobile. She told me next time i needed ti give them more time, there are other people who.place orders too. Seriously, rude. I stop there a few times a week and have never experienced an associate like this.

Waited over 30 minutes for my drinks and one of the lattes tasted weird, like sour milk was in it.

This is the friendliest Starbucks in town. Always too crowded for work or to relax but superb baristas nonetheless! Hint: stay out of the drive through line and go in its much faster!

Its been my coffee shop since 1999 or 2000 ... ever since it opened.Wish they would fix the fireplace. Wouldve been nice today especially on this cold winter morning.

This Starbucks is my go to in the morning. I order the same drink every morning about 4x a week. This morning I stood waiting for my mobile order for about 15 min that was placed at 7:06am. I could tell they were down a worker so I finally went and asked if my drink was in the lineup. The gentleman said no I dont see your name so I ran to my car to check my order which was placed correctly and come back in and they hand me my drink and smile. No one said anything no Im sorry for the wait or can I get a bakery item for waiting. This Starbucks is fast but the morning crew lacks customer service.

Always consistent, always friendly, always fast, never pretentious. Its become the place to go for your basic cappuccino with no frills. If youre a coffee snob who likes to wait 30 minutes for your hand-made, single origin organic fair trade authentic genuine seasonal ethically sourced individual lot farm to cup session coffee pour over, you should try Colectivo.

I love the way it smells and in one starbucks which was in a grocery store they always remembered me and what kind of cream I wanted for my coffee.

It was a nice place. Quite busy when I first got there and was no place to sit since it is a little smaller than some other ones. All in all except for size it was clean and very pleasant.

A pathetic service very slow and they didnt even provided me a stopper for the drink which spilled in the car later on also they messed up with my drink which I had ordered and turned out to be too sweet drink which I was not expecting really unhappy with the service.A regular customer of starbucks but really disappointed with this branches service.

Starbucks needs to bring back French roast. I am told that they have run out of the stock. It is their best dark brew and I miss it. The pour over takes too long to brew and depends on the baristas skills and patience. I have visited too many Starbucks in search of this and only Italian or other dark brew is currently available. This Starbucks was EXTREMELY slow! I ordered 2 drinks from the app which said they would be ready in 5-7 mins. I go to pick them up (took me about 12-15 mins to get there)and they havent even began to make them yet. I wait and finally get my drinks after another 6 mins. I will not be going back to this Starbucks.

Ive always loved coming to this Starbucks but lately in the past week including today they have messed up on my order. I order the new toasted white chocolate mocha frapp. Every time time it does not look like the picture. No chocolate or whip cream at the bottom. How can you have pictures promoting new drinks and mess up on making it. I politely tell them this looks nothing like the picture they look at me like Im crazy. Dont promote a new drink if you cant even remember how to make it. Starbucks cost to much to be messing up drinks EVERY TIME I COME TO THIS LOCATION. That is just crazy to me. Then they try to tell me oh its all mixed together.....🤦‍♀️🤦‍♀️🤦‍♀️ if its mixed together why have a picture promoting it, that looks totally different. I get they are busy and alot of drinks to know. Everytime I come my drink should not be messed up. Just saying......🤷‍♀️🤷‍♀️

Rude service. Don’t back their products. Avoid buying merchandise. Breaks quickly and they don’t have any type of warranty.

Whenever patronizing this Starbucks location, it really is a toss up what your experience will be like. Some employees are very nice and professional, while others are just plain rude. Also they changed their hours to close earlier which is inconvenient but I’m sure the employees like it. However, I don’t think it fiscally makes sense that this location stays open later Friday nights and not Saturdays...but that’s just my 2 cents.

Went to this Starbucks with my daughter while we waited for her phone to be repaired next door. We order our beverages which were fine. I started to order a pastry to go with my coffee but I noticed several flies and fruit flies inside the case with the pastries. The flies were just buzzing around landing on the chocolate croissants then on to the cake pop and anywhere they could land and feast. What bothered me is that there were 3 ladies working the counter -- one at the drive thru, one making beverage orders and one working the cashier and warming food items. I saw two of them look in the case and one appeared to sway a fly away but still proceed to open the case and grab a chocolate croissant for a drive thru customer she warm it in the microwave, place it in a bag and hand it to them. This turned me off because if they would sale customers pastries from a fly infested case, what might be lurking in my coffee beverage.

Staff is extremely friendly - WiFi works great, and the environment is overall really nice. Would advise avoiding the store at around 3-4 M/Tu/Th/F and 2-3 W as the nearby High School and Middle School quickly will populate the store for the immediate time following the dismissal of school.

Efficient, clean, and friendly location. Finding a seat was a little challenging but the timing appeared to coincide with high school students release from school. I would come to this location again!

Conveniently located across the street from the northern end of hustle and bustle of Mayfair Mall is this quiet place to enjoy a coffee and some conversation.

Visited here on a weekday, late afternoon. Staff was way too busy to be pleasant, or keep anything clean. There were unattended children occupying the majority of the seats foing homework. While I was waiting... and waiting... for my coffee I realized that the kids were waiting at the location and getting picked up by their parents. I know Starbucks wants to be open to anyone, even if they arent a customer, but unattended children put everyone at unease. I would think that would be liability for them eventually. As the cars in the drive thru got priority over my single grande, I decided I had made a terrible mistake when I bypassed Colectivo and went to the McDonalds of coffee. My bad.

The staff is friendly and helpful and seem to know their regulars. They work great as a team and despite the heavy volume common at Starbucks, seem to handle rushes seamlessly.
