I remember when this place was shoved into a little closet size store and now its huge! The selection is great and they have so many products that are super healthy and good for the environment. The soap that is like clay is the best. The workers are also always super helpful and kind

Great store, great products, but don’t waste your time driving across town to go here because they most likely ALL will be on break…why do 3 people need to take their break at the same time? This has happened to me multiple times and it’s incredibly frustrating. Make purchases online.

Stopped in to grab some bath bombs was pleasantly surprised to be greeted by a masked worker with gloves who encouraged me to wash my hands and pointed me in the direction of the bath bombs and exact products I was looking for with sanitized hands I got to smell and put bath bombs and massage oil bars in brown paper bags and great cleanly earth friendly products minimal packaging and a free serum trial chunk which is still going frm weeks ago. Great job even in the pandemic lush awesome job raising the bar yet again✌💗💗💗❤🌌

First & last time walking in here. Wasnt even welcomed into the store, instead was scolded to use hand sanitizer. A hello welcome, if you plan to pick up products please use sanitizer would have went over much smoothly. And instead of me leaving right after I sanitized my hands, I probably would have stayed and purchased some items. Smelled good in there, too bad the feeling of being scolded doesnt make me want to spend my money.

I wouldn’t know where to begin! The staff is always so helpful and really go above and beyond. I have been a retail manager for about a decade with a focus on luxury goods and cosmetics so it’s not easy to impress me and they always seem to surprise and delight especially the store manager Diane. If you are looking for an actual experience that will amaze visit this store!

Wouldn’t allow me in the store without a mask and failed to offer to accommodate me. I explained that I am medically exempt and even have a letter from my physician. Treating people like they don’t belong is flat out discrimination. I understand stores have rights but allowing them to discriminate is still wrong. If they only allowed people in blue shirts or wheelchairs not allowed there would be an outcry but because you have a heart and lung condition and they want to put you in danger with a mask is not a problem? I guess this isn’t America

I’ve been very nervous to go out to the mall with COVID going around but luckily was finally fully vaccinated and felt comfortable. I was so impressed to see the safety measures they were taking, I very likely could have gone earlier. I never even had to enter the store, just told the fully and appropriately masked associate out front what shampoo bar I needed and she got it and rang me up right at the entrance. She set the credit card reader on a stool and stood back so I had space to pay. They also had hand sanitizer right there on the stool to use after. Really nice to see the dedication they are taking to keeping their employees and customers safe.

As I walked around the store, many associates came up and talked to me & asked if I needed help.I live in Madison, WI and would travel to this one over my local one because of how awesome the staff was with me today

Ive been to plenty of Lush stores around the country and this is the worst one. It wasnt very clean when walking in and the staff was so rude. I tried asking them questions about the product and they basically just shrugged me off and didnt answer my questions. You would be better off going to literally any other store or just ordering online.

Man what can I not say?first of you’ll smell some of the best scents you’ve ever smelled in your life. Me and my girlfriend came in today and was helped by Morgan when I say she went above and beyond explaining EVERYTHING within the store, and even gave free samples for soaps we were interested in, because of that I decided to buy a couple products even though I have had no plan too on this short mall trip. Will be back for the holidays for gifts for the family.

The absolute worst! I ordered product from them at the first of November and I did not receive it until December 27th. All the while they ASSURED me that my order would arrive before Christmas.And the product itself is mediocre at best. Etsy is full of retailers selling better products, vegan, cheaper with faster delivery and your helping the little guy!

I love Lush, but I was horribly disappointed with the service at the Lush in Mayfair Mall. The staff was rude and did not offer help. The products should come with some sort of seal because I purchased products that had clear finger marks in them. When I tried to exchange, the staff was condescending and did not care. Not to mention the health hazard amid the pandemic.

I just started using natural soaps and have limited knowledge. The ladies at the Mayfair location have been spot on in their recommendations and the service there is super friendly. I went in tonight to buy a gift for my bathroom remodel customers and some shampoo for me. Well the young lady that attended me was knowledgeable and the rub rub rub shack scrub and charity pot body lotion made my skin look and feel amazing. Thanks again to the crew at lush mayfair im looking forward to seeing what masculines they have next.

Great store! The staff is super nice and helpful with answering questions, but theyre not aggressively trying to sell you stuff which I believe honestly brings more people in because it makes them feel safe and comfortable to absorb the large variety of products in a chill environment. I have found that I purchase more from this store because they allow me to explore on my own!

This rating should be a 10/5. What is not to LOVE about this store?...LOCATION.I would give location alone negative stars. Every year I make the trip out here because I love the products, the experience in the store and interacting with the knowledgeable staff. Everything here is incredible and it is far better to experience the products up front verses online.I have always wondered why LUSH has this location. There are shootings at this mall, gangs, robberies, and so much dangerous activity. Please relocate and you may see an increase in your sales.

This was my first time here. The staff was so friendly helpful. You could tell they enjoyed their jobs. Knowledge. Very helpful. We didnt stay long as I couldnt take the scents.... It was allot to take in. Very clean and well organized store too. Well staffed as well.

Havent been here since they moved to a bigger store in the mall.. love the new location much better.. they have tons of sinks which is good when your trying all different things n need to always wash your hands.. they have more items for sale also..

Amazing staff, always helpful and knowledgeable. Products are not the cheapest, but reasonable for the fresh handmade quality of the cosmetics, and bath and body products. Store is bright, fun and smells great. My daughter loves to stop and browse, loved her birthday party there and hopes to work there when shes old enough to work. I dropped a bath bomb while shopping and before I even had a minute to bend down to pick up the piece that dropped, an employee walked over to me and said,“excuse me, did you drop this? You will smell like the Lush store for at least four hours after leaving, and you will continue to find glitter on your person for days, but overall a great experience. Buy all their bath bombs.

I ended up not liking any of the products I bought-namely, the shampoo bar. It turned my hair to sticky straw in 3 days and took over a week to wash out with clarifying shampoo. That wasted extra plastic and money--no thanks!But the staff people were so wonderful and the causes Lush supports seem great, so full stars! Again, wonderful people!!

I stopped by today to buy the Dirty hair styling cream for my husband. The store was a little busy so the staff were all talking to the customers and didn’t seem to notice me walk in. That’s totally ok cause I knew what I was looking for. I looked around a little bit and then went to checkout. Sally is the person who was helping me checkout, she was very kind and helpful. I asked if she could give me a few samples because I used to exclusively use lush but it’s been a while and I feel there’s all new products.She got me samples of the sleepy lotion and said she puts it on her chest before bed. That is perfect advice for me, I’m always looking for new ways to sleep better.I will always come back to lush, lush is always 5 stars for me. But sally specifically made my experience today 5 stars.

I do really love Lush!! The only thing I have a huge issue with is, the staff from time to time, will say things like oh, I used that product last night and just loved it and that will go on and on with almost every item I pick up to look at and read. I would like to go into Lush, just one time and not have an employee tell me those things. Maybe they did use the items I am looking at, but I like to read without a voice chiming in in the background. I spend on average 500$ each time Im there and I promise I will ask questions if I need to.

I appreciate that this store uses all natural ingredients. Their products smell amazing and they do wonders for my skin and hair. I use the R and B hair moisturizer and it helps me keep my curls in place. I also love their coffee scrub and their selection of bath bombs. Next, I will try out their hair dye!

Great organic products, made my skin look and feel so good. The employees are amazing, I was recommended the shower bombs and it makes every shower so much more relaxing! It just gets busy here, once you get something from this store, youll see why.

Great store with lots of helpful friendly people. They will help you find anything you need and have demos of products on the regular. Products are also world conscious. So theres also that cruelty free vegetarian fuzzy feeling when buying.

Its always a great place to shop for NATURAL products that do not have a lot of the fake garbage in beauty products all the way from Masks down to bath bombs. A little expensive but all natural and well worth the cost.

I dont do boutiques or anything, but my god the service here is outstanding. We were helped by Amber; the sweetest, nicest young lady in the world. She gave us the low-down on face masks and talked with us as we tried some of them on. I loved my time here.

I love Lush, but oh my goodness! Get rid of some of your employees!! Because Lush products are really good, the store is always very crowded. Now, youd think that having more customers means you need more employees, but really thats not a good idea here. It just adds to the congestion! I could not walk 2ft without bumping into another employee! Thankfully theyre all very helpful, but yikes! Also, employees at this location tend to be a little... overly helpful? And push the products on you... Just because I have a question about a product doesnt mean I want to buy it; please stop asking if you can take it up to the register for me lol. Otherwise, like I said, the selection is really great, and Lush products are always really high quality. Wish some of the old products would cycle back in though! I want Yoga Bomb back!!

I LOVE this place! The staff here are always so friendly and helpful. Ive never gotten the impression that theyre pushy, more enthusiastic about their products (which are great, so I understand the hype). Last Christmas, my mom came in here with a list of the products that I like and one of the staff members helped her find everything within minutes. She was so impressed with them.

I go here every once in a while and the employees here are super helpful and friendly! They ask if you need help and if you don’t, they just let you find what you are looking for. I appreciate that because in some stores the attendants keep bothering you and it can be annoying. If you have questions, they answer them and give you product suggestions. They sometimes even give you a sample of something! When I went a couple days ago, Megan and Morgan were super helpful :)

I cant help myself every time I go in the mall I end up in lush. Their body products are amazing! Especially the massage bars. Their body soaps have some great scents. And the bath bombs are high quality.

The employees and service are excellent at this store. Thay have just moved to a larger store in the mall. I like that they have samples and will demonstrate the use of the products. I bring my daughter, who is 5, into the store with me ( loves the bath bombs) and the employees are extremely nice to her.

Brendan was amazing!!!!! I was having a stressful day. Second time at the mall in a few hours because of phone troubles. I decided to stop into lush because I thought it’d ease the stress a bit. As soon as I walked in Brendan made me feel so welcome. His uplifting spirit and good energy brought my mood up 100%! His enthusiasm and energy brightened my day and made the trip in the store well worth it. He helped me navigate through the different products and showed me how to use the shower bombs. So glad I stopped in!

I came in asking for a last minute Christmas gift. I had seen gift sets on the Lush website. They were out of the one I wanted, but were really helpful in helping me build a gift set. They even worked with my budget. Merry Christmas, Lush staff!

I cannot explain how much I love Lush. Their products are amazing and their staff is incredible. I had just been in the other day and gotten a jelly bath bomb by mistake and no one had told me. I thought it was a lemon bath bomb and contacted them right away seeing if there was anything they could do for me and they said they were super sorry and offered to send me a gift card to compensate for the amount spent. Honestly amazing customer service.

It’s been a while since I was in the store because of how small and cramped it was so when I found out they moved their store to a bigger location in the mall I had to check it out and was not let down. Jenny greeted me and took the time to get to know me and what products I was looking for. I was just going to look at the bath bombs but she talked me into looking at their skin care items. I ended up purchasing some of the products we sampled because I loved the way my skin felt and smelled! She was incredibly sweet, very knowledgeable and really funny! Careful....addiction ahead. Ive always avoided the store because I thought it was just bath bombs. Its so much more and it goes with my plan to be more responsible and respectful to the earth. Very helpful staff, you can get samples of almost everything. Pricey but well worth it. I took my mom and now she has a list! I have to thank my friend Sara, she dragged me in there and then had to wait for me to leave!

All natural products, smells fantastic, very helpful staff. What more can you ask for? They let you try pretty much anything in the store and offer a great selection of gift boxes with multiple items in them. Returning used pots will get you a free face mask, even better perk for the ladies. All in all a really good store especially for those who care about what they put on their skin.

Really love their skincare! It naturally isnt for everyone, but their Full Of Grace bar, Coalface bar, and Let The Good Times Roll scrub have done wonders for my skin. My nephews love their bath bombs, and I would too if I had a bathtub big enough for an adult! Their shower gels and lotions also often have amazing scents, but are definitely priced for people who can afford luxury items.The attendants at this store have always been kind and friendly, helpful if I have questions, but I have never experienced them being too overbearing or pushy (which I know is a frequent complaint about Lushs general countrywide corporate policy!) Very much appreciated from a quiet individual whos shopped there for years and usually goes in knowing precisely what I want.Tons of options to choose from and they are often willing to give out samples of some items if you ask! If youre looking for fancy bath items or skincare, its definitely worth treating yourself.

Tiny store that is very busy.I had a scent sensory overload just after walking into the mall and the store. Still wasnt for another two hundred and fifty feet and around the corner!Though, Ill put up with it for my partners love for the quality of their products.I do like the lip scrubs myself but can only put up with the cramping and upbeat team members for so long.They do seem to offer quality products and goods, but some items I felt were a bit too overpriced.

Great products, but the staff is too overbearing. They don’t give you time to look on your own. There’s good customer service, and then there’s overbearing customer service. There is no reason to stand directly behind people and wait until they lay eyes on something to strike numerous conversations with them. I will not be going back, because I have no time to think through what I want to buy.

All the products sold here are natural. Everything Ive tried has never irritated my skin and I have very sensitive skin. There is something in this store for everyone of all ages. It is a bit expensive but I think it is worth it. AND!!! All of the products are handmade!!!!

Small store, and very crowded when busy. Even with the hustle and bustle, the staff was still able to navigate the crowd and assist me. For a product I wanted in a smaller size, they were quick to accommodate.
