The inventory at this store is great. It’s a shame that they have a major issue with their employees opening the store. Don’t go unless you call to make sure they are open. This is my second time in a row waiting outside of the store along with other customers very confused. Maybe they should consider signage if they can’t staff their location.
Stopped in to pickup a supplement, one customer shopping, the clerk, a young girl was busy flirting and leaning allover the racks with a male friend, took off her mask too. Never said hello. The only time she spoke, other than to the guy she was flirting with, was to the customer who went to make a purchase. She said yo, whats up. Really?
WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!! WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!! I went to this store on a Sunday and got my usual supplements and they asked me if I wanted to do the auto send out for supplements and told me it would come out the following month when the order is sent, well, they did not honor that. They send me the same supplements I just bought 2 days later.Tried calling there corporate office and the automated system is completely a mess. It hung up on me 3 times and it took 2 hours just to get in contact with someone. And when I did, they were extremely rude and told me I gave them permission to take out of my account, which I did not give them permission to take out of my account until October 16th. Then they told me it would take 5-7 business days for them to refund my money. And when I advised them I would over draft because thats my bill account, they told me they would give me $10 in credits. Totally unacceptable. My fees for over drafting are $35. I thought I would be saving money and it ended up costing me more. I would not recommend this service, especially if you have scheduled payments because they do not honor the dates that you confirm in person. They were totally dismissive and just did not care that they made a mistake and kept telling me it was pretty much my fault for setting up the auto service. That experience definitely has me looking for another supplement store. Everyday people should not be treated like this when its not an error on their end.
