I came here for an estimate to install a spoiler but unfortunately it would not align properly and need to return it. Although installation was not done due to this, their customer service was amazing. Honest and explained things! Kept me updated in a timely manner and even afterwards sent me photos so I can process the return of the spoiler! I would definitely recommend Black Oak body shop!

We have brought different vehicles for repair to them over the years, and their work is just perfect. They explain in detail what needs to be done, and complete the work on time as promised. Recently they went out of their way to deliver the vehicle to our home when the work was completed to minimize exposure to COVID-19 due to our high risk profile.

Amazing work, amazing service!

Never had a problem until now. Went in for a rear end incident and left with a broken mirror switche. And a torn steering wheel cover. When I questioned them they said they never touched the door. But the truck was on there property and it wasnt broken when I dropped it off. Long story short. This is my last visit to Black oak autobody. A $35.00 switch made them lose a customer for life. Great work and great people

Brought my car here to get a new front end after hitting a deer. They did such a great job in a reasonable amount of time. My car looks like new and the man I dealt with at the front desk made the process a breeze. I’d definitely return should I need repairs again.

I didnt think my car would be repairable following an accident, but they did such beautiful work that it looked as good as the day I drove it off the dealers lot. The guys at Black Oak Auto Body are professional, obviously experienced, and great at what they do. They made an otherwise-stressful situation much easier to manage. I would happily use them again, and would highly recommend them.

Artie and his team are absolute professionals. They go above & beyond in doing each and every job. He has great pride in his work and it clearly shows. He makes sure we are beyond satisfied whether hes replacing parts and painting or replacing broken lights. Hes a perfectionist at what he does.
