This is a very professional and customer friendly facility. The manager and assistant manager were courteous and answered all my questions. The facility is also very clean and welcoming. Their discounted pricing on tires is also commendable.

I was a little anxious having to pick somewhere new to get work done on my car. I had a long time family mechanic who was the best who recently closed down his shop. These guys are great. Came to this place with a ton of wheel issues on my brand new Subaru. They were able to diagnose and fix it immediately. All the work that was done was phenomenal: Balancing, mounting, wheel alignment, and more. I highly recommend them and they know what they are doing. They will be my go to place from now on!Also, the worker named Steve and Andy were very friendly and explained everything to me in the best possible way. He made sure I was taken care of and had me out as soon as possible. Definitely come when they are working!!

I have been coming here for about a year now & i am never disappointed with the service or friendliness of the workers here. They take me in right away and is done super quickly. The waiting room is very comfortable & the staff makes you always feel welcomed. I came in for a flat today & they told me it was about a two hour wait. Within 5 minutes, he came back outside and said he would be able to take me in right away. They never pressure me into buying other parts for my vehicle like most places do. I highly, highly recommend this place & this location.

Top notch service. I had ETD in Wayne perform an alignment on my Porsche Boxster following one done by a less than capable repair shop. Porsche vehicles are VERY finicky when it comes to alignment and can be tough to dial in correctly. The techs at ETD did a spot on job! My car’s suspension now tracks, steers and performs as it should. A+ and highly recommended.

ETD is not only an excellent tire center but it is a superb automotive repair center. My Honda Accord could not start. Another diagnostic team could not pinpoint the issue and could not start my car. It took a long time for for them to tell me we cannot do anything with this car. They recommended to take the car to another garage near by. I had taken my car to ETD for a battery so I knew about them. ETD diagnosed the problem quickly, called me to discuss and my car was up and running in no time better than before. The ETD mechanics team is an expert team that can diagnose any issue even one as difficult as mine was. This team of experts really knows your car- any year make or model!!!. I will not go anywhere else for my car needs from now on- maintenance, battery, tires etc. They are the very best!!!! My thanks to the experts at ETD!!! Kudos!!!!

Just a Warning… I have gone here often and like it for the nice staff and the convenience of getting my car done quickly. “However”, they will try very hard to up-sell you on “every” repair/maintenance. Example: I hit a curb last winter. After that, I felt that the alignment was off. I took it in to ETD. They explained how many things were bent and how a considerable amount of parts and labor were required; to the tune of over $800. I felt that they were not correct and that since I had been a loyal customer, they could try to take advantage. I got a recommendation from some friends on a different place. This “new” place said all it needed is an alignment for around $100. Car has been fine since. I have other examples like this. I still take it there for things that i know the price on and generally the cost. Dont get taken by the nice guy behind the counter.

Just called for an alignment and a tire.I was told that they need to match the brand to the existing tires...Now I promise you, I have been driving a long time and not once... NOT ONCE...did the vehicle ever complain about wearing different brands.Not once did I ever notice a difference in performance... I have lent my truck many times … No one has ever come back and return it saying “I can tell by driving you have a missed matched tire. “Can ANYBODY tell the difference? Perhaps on a sports car but not on a Ford ranger driving NJ roads.And I’m sure the owner will say it’s for my safety... but if my safety was really important they wouldn’t want me driving on the badly worn tire I’m using now instead of refusing to do just one tire.Note: Save the hard sale until the customer is in the store.

Awesome!!! Courtesy air is unbelievable. Their team of highly qualified mechanics seviced the vehicle with precise engineering and dedication. Using the most modern certified air pressure gauges, the cleanest air, and air hose, the team verified the specific amount needed and filled the tire to the exact manufactures specifications. I didnt have the heart to tell them they filled the wrong tire, but the point is- they were there when I needed them, and that says it all.

I have used ETD of Wayne for 6 years. I love the convenient location, the clean waiting area, and the overall facility. One of the things I have always liked about this shop is how friendly the people are. They greet you by name and explain what is being done. They give you options and advice and I feel confident that they are doing their best work on my car.Update: 2 years later, Im still using ETD. Now I bring my kids cars, too. They are honest, I trust them, and I know they wont do any unnecessary work just to make a buck.

I understand all the rave reviews. I felt that way too. They ARE very nice. However, I had them replace the driver side ball joint. On the way home I had no brakes! Scary. I turned around and brought it back. They said the part must have been defective so they had my car a second day. I figured it could happen. Then a month later I brought it in because there was a rattle and a knock in my front end which I was concerned about. Jorge checked it out and said it was dangerous because I needed a new upper strut mount. $355 later I drive home and there has been absolutely no change in the sound that I brought it in for. I am on a fixed income. When I called upset about this situation, Jorge offered to put in a new strut - another $350 but they wouldn’t charge me labor. I asked what if that doesn’t fix it and he said they would then tell me they didn’t know what was wrong with it. I am cutting my losses and have an appt with Happy 2 in Bloomingdale. Hopefully they know what they are doing.

Moved to Wayne recently, and when I needed new tired, I wanted to find a local place. After speaking with multiple different places and getting quotes for tires, I called ETD, and found that they are a family owned business, and not only were the prices comparable if not better than the other places, but also, they found that the tires I thought I wanted would not fit on my car, when all the other tire places did not tell me. They did great service on my car, and even did an oil change for me (for the same price as the Honda dealership I previously went to). When I went today for a follow-up question, the guys at the front desk remembered me, even after going once. I would definitely recommend to anyone in the area. They are awesome. I went to the place around 2 pm hoping to get my car done same day. They told me it might be tight but guess what, they call around 6:30 pm (mind you they close at 6pm) to say my car is done. So to sum it up they stayed late just so that i can get my cars tires replaced. The guys are awesome go check them out.

The manufacturer left out the lug nut key from my new vehicle so they were unable to install my 4 new Continental Tires. From the beginning, I was reluctant from switching to Continental from Goodyear, the original tire that came with the truck for a number of reasons. I had one full size spare and only had to purchase 3 tires. Not giving me the ride and handling of the Goodyear as the manufacturer intended. About 3 weeks later the dealer returned my vehicle and Andy, Manny and the crew installed the new Continentals. By my home there is a stretch of road where I used to ride over holding my kidneys as the truck rode so rough. Turns out that the new Continentals ride over that stretch of road much smoother than I would have surmised. With all that, they held the tires for me until the dealer returned my vehicle a few weeks later. No problems! No pushing! Very professional!

Best place in the area. Professional from the moment you walk in. Dont try to sell you services you dont need, just take care of what is necessary. Have been having all my autos serviced there for years and wont even consider trying somewhere else. Highly recommend it!

This my familys go to place for the last 5 years in Wayne NJ for oil changes, battery replacement and tires. The Manager Manny is the best and his workers are wonderful to work with. They are professional,honest and knowledgeable about what they are selling. The place got a remodel and its very clean and even have a charging station while you wait.

I walked into ETD thinking I needed 3 new tires. (This is what I was told from a different shop.) I cannot thank Andy enough for his honesty!!! Turns out I did NOT need any new tires. I walked out of there without spending a dime!!They have gained a customer for life!!! Thank you Andy!

ETD Wayne is my familys place to go for everything tires and more. They treat you like family. They are experts at what they do and offer great service and prices. ETD Wayne is a quality auto repair shop. They have great prices on tires but also provide the same great prices, quality and knowledgeable service on all other car repairs.The ENTIRE STAFF goes above and beyond to provide great customer service each and every visit. We love going to ETD. I trust the guys there. Everyone is super nice and courteous. They explain what is really needed for the car, and what can wait, without making me feel like a woman who knows very little about cars! The waiting area is very clean and has super amenities - charging station, nice seating area, beverage station, nice TV, etc. Easy to schedule an appointment. They know what they are doing when it comes to your car. Reasonable prices too. I have never had a problem after coming here for several years. I wish they would change the name, because they do so much more than just tires!

After having bad experiences at other places, I was so glad to find ETD! Everyone there has always been polite, helpful, and they take great care of my car. The waiting room is nice, and makes waiting for service painless. Id recommend ETD to anyone!
