I’m a woman who isn’t very familiar with car parts, so going to an auto shop can be uncomfortable to say the least. I didn’t catch his name, but a guy with an Isabella tattoo was incredibly helpful. He was able to find me the correct windshield wipers, answered all of my questions and offered to install them. It was a quick and easy experience; will definitely go here again.
I had to get a new battery, and the young man behind the counter was kind enough to put it in for me. They never disappoint me with their customer service!

I dont even want to give one star for this location. This isnt the first time we have had the exact same issue with this store but its so frustrating that I am sick of it happening. We placed an order online and prepaid. It said it was in store and would be ready in 30 mins. We showed up about 2 hrs later to pick up order and I was told they didnt have it. The gentleman offered no apology or accepted fault for it not being there. He said he had to order them and they would be there the next day by 12pm. We desperately needed the part and since we had paid already, I said sure. My husband showed up at 12:30pm to pick it up as we were told to do, to he told again they didnt have them!! We were furious and told him to cancel the order and give us paperwork to show our canceled order. He refused to do that and said he couldnt print anything out. He then said I can have them here by 3:30pm today if you want your part we told him absolutely not. We live in a surrounding county about 45 mins away from this store! We dont have time nor gas to waste making 2 or 3 trips for nothing! As I said this isnt the first time its happened but It will definitely be the last time we purchase anything from here.

The white female manager at this advance auto location deceived my husband greatly today. My husband called in this afternoon, and asked her specifically if he could bring his old brakes back in, will he be able to receive a full refund due to the lifetime warranty, she said yes. Later on this evening, when he arrived she completely changed her story, and told him that she could only put the refund on a store credit gift card. She’s not only a liar, but she’s extremely rude and my husband will never do business again with advance auto parts because clearly, they don’t value their customers!

Is there is minus or no star review? This is a very outdated company. Very out of touch with the customers. Still trying to serve the country boys. This is a company from good to bad . I dont see how company like this would even make it in this intense competitive environment. losing from CEO and all the way down to the wage employees. how do they make it? no wonder why Amazon make it to such a big retail giant. Thats because there are companies like Advance Auto Parts in this world. I dont buy anything from them if I can help it.

They need to be a little less expensive. They have about anything to fix your vehicle, but are getting abit pricey compared to some of their competitors. The staff here is always friendly and very knowledgeable about their work. If you ask, they will even install basic parts for you, free of charge!

I visited to get a second opinion on the health of my battery and alternator. I was told by Auto Zone in Waynesboro that my alternator was bad and my battery was drained, so my dad suggested getting a second opinion before replacing anything...Advance Auto Parts tested both my battery and alternator immediately afterwards—and the results were normal. The AAP employee who tested them shared that I likely have up to 1 1/2 years left on my battery, and suggested I simply clean off the little bit of corrosion it has. He said I can have them test it occasionally over the next year, in order to anticipate when Ill need to replace the battery. Be wary of Auto Zone - he also mentioned that AZ 🤥 just wants your money. 🤷🏼♀️It seems pretty obvious to me that the honest and best choice is Advance Auto Parts. Im grateful for their opinion and help.

I had a dead battery and the guy changed it for me in the dark. My battery was difficult to get to, and I appreciated his honesty with me (he wasnt sure he would be able to change it because of where the battery is positioned in my car, and said it could have required professional installation) but he was able to do so, and he was very kind throughout the entire process

NO!!!. STOCK person HE does not know.If i had not already installed there products on my car and had the time and money i spent to do this i would rip everything off my car and give it back to them for free.I think i will go to Orielys or fisher to get what i need .PARTS AND SERVICE THAT A SELECTIVE FEW IN THE WAYNESBORO, VIRGINIA STORE RECIEVE.
