Tara at this location is an amazing customer service representative! After fighting for several days and getting nowhere with my xfinity internet service provided through them, she took it upon herself to go above and beyond! She handled the situation quickly and swiftly to make sure all our issues were resolved. We will definitely be back to this location for other needs all thanks to her wonderful service!

The two men working in boost Mobile on broad St are gentle and sweet. I went in and got immpecimpe service. While I was in the there an older woman was in with her phone, these two gentleman treated her with such warm and respect going over each app on her phone and getting rid of things she didnt need or want. It was so tender. At one point one of the men was looking at her messenger for her and he noticed a name and ask how she knew this contact, she said it was her granddaughter and he was so warm and friendly and sSai he had gone to school with her and flashed a big smile. You know we grannies be eating that up. If you want nice people in charge of your phone service go there.

Worst experience I have ever had!

The representative sales man told me and my aunt to get out of the store because I called 611 about him. He was very rude and he kept earphones in while talking to me. He is refusing to give my aunts money back to her. He let her leave the store without a working phone. Now she is out of $75.00 and a phone.

Boost Has Hotspot Boost is Awesome

Crappy store filled with lazy employees that are too busy with their girlfriend and kids to wait on a customer. Instead they tell you call customer service and ask them. Thats why I am the store to begin with. Thank God another store is taking this one over soon!
