Keith was extremely helpful & VERY knowledgeable! He helped my son & I both get the right phones for us & helped us through every set set from start to finish from picking the phones, setting them up, transferring all of our info from one phone to the other & even putting our screen protectors on for us. If you need a little extra help with the latest smart phones and watches, this is the place to shop. Tiara Rodgers-Smelser helped us with two new iPhones a couple of years ago. When we decided to buy each other new Apple watches, we contacted Tiara again. She took time to make sure we got the right products for our individual needs. She helped us get them set up and taught us the basics. We love our new watches and we will see Tiara again when it is time to upgrade our phones.

I needed a new phone. I went To Waynesboro Verizon and ask about some phones. The lady who sold me the the phone was not pushy. I like that🙂

The store was very welcoming. All staff members were kind, and the store was also very clean under the conditions our world is in now. My wife and I met with Dara and were introduced to two new phones and an upgrade to our existing plan. Dara not only gave us the specs for all the phones, she also helped explain the plan in detail and discussed savings on the plan which were applicable to our lives. Must say, out of all the stores in the area, this was the best, and that is saying a lot because we have been loyal customers for nearly five years.

Last week my wife and I went to this store and spoke with Tiara about switching over to Verizon. She was very polite, professional and knowledgeable. We told her what we wanted and she made it happen. Even with the current pandemic she was able to accomplish everything in a very timely manner. I currently serve in the United States military and she set me up with a very generous discount and at the time Verizon was running a special with iPhones. She applied every discount that she could and her support for the military was evident. Since our transaction we have had questions about billing and she was able to explain everything and sum everything up, and she has even reached out to make sure that everything was working okay and has asked to call if we have any issues. I normally don’t leave reviews but she deserved one! Well done Tiara! I will be back. Thanks again.

Very impressed with this store and in particular Dara. Dara Treated us with such respect and we would recommend her to all. Promising to, and then Communicating with us the day before we came in that she had everything ready for us. When we arrived the next day, Dara helped us by expertly putting on perfectly applied screen protectors on our new iPhone 11pros - she also helped us transfer everything onto the new phones! This was amazing to us and saved us an incredible amount of time of figuring out how to do it let alone the difficult time we would have with our slow internet.

From here on out, I’m calling the store to make sure Tessa Rodgers is there when I come in. An absolute ray of sunshine, she helped me twice this week and turned a stressful situation into a fun experience. I might just stop into kick it sometimes.

Our visit to this Verizon location was not a great one. In fact, they had the phone we wanted and we left without it. The sales person that was assisting us came across pushy. He wasnt really listening to what we were saying and was offering products we never mentioned. I gave a two star because we were greeted as we came through the door and the store was clean and organized.

I called in because my mom had gotten a new phone from there and right away it was having connection problems when I called her, for some reason the guy who answered couldnt answer my questions and said someone else would call me back, well over an hour later no one had called me back so I decided to call in and ask a few questions later the person that was supposed to call me finally did call but she called my moms phone not mine like she was supposed to, funny thing I had moms phone at that time which it didnt seem she was to happy to get ahold of me, she started ranting acting like I was a control freak, she says I know you told you mom to get this kind of phone but I showed her this one and she said she wants it,, news flash lady I recommended the phone I did because the last time some version worker recommended a phone she got a junk phone, she says you called in saying we sold her a junk phone, well hours of not being able to call would lead anyone to think the phone is junk🤦‍♀️ then she said if I was going to be calling in all day to just bring the phone in an exchange it, how does twice count as calling in all day? She was ranting so much I had to interrupt her to be able to say anything if she had been trying for hours to call someone but kept getting cut off she would be getting tired of it as well, I think the service she gives is disgraceful.Update so after having the phone a little over a month it is already having issues several times, and when mom bought the phone the lady asked if she wanted insurance on it mom said NO, well what did we find on her bill??? Yea insurance,🤦‍♀️ come on Verizon do better then her, she needs to be fired.

I decided to get a new iPhone and Tiara was very helpful in helping me understand my current plan and the best deal for me. She saved me money on the plan, so I told my Significant Other and he switched from Sprint to Verizon and advanced from an Android to an iPhone. We saw the add on Tiaras desk about the HUM and we purchased one for each of our cars. We are very pleased with the attention and professional service from Tiara and will be back. Next on my list - Apple Watch and an iPad so I can keep up with my granddaughter. :)

She was super friendly and answered all of the questions we had and worked to get us what we wanted at a price we could afford. So I went in and had the half hearted greeting like your here. Then didn’t ask any questions about what I needed. Just messed up and said dial a number.If I wanted to dial a number and sit for 3 hrs I wouldn’t have came in. Duh! Terrible customer service. Maybe if I was old and white or both I wouldn’t have been dismissed so easily. Gonna send the up the chain!

We recently switched from Verizon to AT&T (BAD IDEA!) so we ran back to Verizon and worked with Tiara to get our phones and plan moved back over. She was so very helpful; it was nice to have a good customer experience with a sales rep who knew what they were talking about! My husband also lost his phone (weeks after getting this new phone....) and Tiara told us how to Google track the location so we could find it! If we need help again we will call ahead to see if Tiara is working, she is the best!

Brian was very helpful and knowledgeable. He walked us through phone options and gave us a quick tutorial on the new iPhone features, found us phone case options and even helped with our screen protectors! All in all a pleasant transaction. I’d recommend calling ahead and setting an appointment with Brian.

Upgraded to the latest Google phone on a day when the Verizon service was experiencing a wave of technical difficulties. Luckily the sales person we worked with (Tiara) went above and beyond to diagnose the issue, stuck it out for what became an almost 3 hour process to get the new phone activated. Bad luck on my end picking the worst day for an upgrade, but genuinely impressed by Tiaras hard work in getting things resolved as smoothly as possible and straightforward on my end.

I highly recommend this store and its associates. Even though I got a lemon phone, my sales associate Keith did everything he could to fix it. In the end, after a few weeks of issues, Keith was able to have a new phone overnighted to me to replace the lemon phone and then put everything on the replacement phone. Mr. Forbes worked with verizon tech by phone for approximately 1 1/2 hours trying to work out a fix for my phone. He was able to successfully fix the phone but at the expense of making possible sales to others. I am so grateful for his support, time and acdvoccy.

They help you whether prepaid or not. They will explain different options and try to find the best deal. I know that much of what I can is online. It is reassuring to have a face to face conversation in case one is needed. Sadly for Waynesboro, data speed is less than att for prepaid.

I took my husband and dad to Verizon in Waynesboro Sunday morning. Both my guys are very intimidating men, especially with it comes to dealing with phone companies, theyre not exactly the most patient people. There was no pushing for upselling me a more expensive one like I’ve had people at other stores try to do - she knew exactly what I wanted and worked with me to tell me all of the benefits of each options.

I had a fantastic visit today at this particular location. The sales associate was very knowledgeable and helpful! She even jazzed up the experience with her personal touch! I came in thinking the worst and left with a smile on my face. As always, Verizon is the best.

My sales person seemed to be in a hurry. She didnt take much time explaining offers, options, etc. She explained that there would be a $30 upgrade fee for one of the phones on the first bill, which I understood. After signing all the disclosures, etc, she told me the total due. It included a $40 charge for each of 2 phones, as well as the expected taxes. I questioned the huge amount of extra fees and asked if I had just agreed to them in the numerous things I had signed. She said I had not. She finally agreed to reduce the fees by $20 per phone. Also, before I realized it, she had put a $40 screen protector on my sons phone! She had heard us talking about his need for a screen protector but I didnt ask her to put one on. It was all a whirlwind. When I left, I realized I had questions that I had not even had time to think about. I regret trusting that she would tell us what we needed to know. I should have stepped back and taken more time. Lesson learned.
