Indeed, it’s unlikely that “Yuri Petrov” is merely a customer. In-person confrontation on such a number of issues can be tricky and overwhelming, and you are smart for remaining confidential. It was said you should “nut up” and bring your concerns to the manager. This sounds suspiciously like “come say that to my face”— a threat, and an attempt to intimidate. Perhaps this is precisely the kind of bullying to which you’re referring in your review? I sincerely hope you find better work. Waynesboro Starbucks is absolutely a dysfunctional store.

I love Starbucks but I ordered a decaf caramel macchiato and ended up with that but with a lot of cinnamon in it. I would have returned it but we drove off before I tried it. I ended up throwing it out.

I had great service today at this store 7/19/21. Very efficient man at the window named Alexander has great customer service techniques. I see a lot of turn over at this store and hope he will be staying! Great service and drinks!

Every time I visit this Starbucks, everyone is so friendly. Drinks are made to perfection, and the service speedy.

My girlfriend and I really enjoyed it.Considering it has been a long time since Ive been in a Starbucks.I really loved the mocha crumbles frappuccino.

A dysfunctional store. Either overstaffed or understaffed. Endless drive-thru lines. Never stocked up. Milks left out for hours on end. Brown bar rags lying all over the place. Sanitizer trays under espresso machines filled with old milk. Filthy, blackened floors with grey puddles. Endless headset chatter. Lobby doors locked before closing time. Lobby lights turned off early to deter potential nighttime customers. Gross bathrooms with paper towels littering the floors. Unchecked bar spills and clutter. Americanos passed off as Pike Place. Front register left unattended. Cold brew tap never working. No name tags. Rotten attitude from the younger employees. Overflowing trash cans. Drive-thru orders prioritized over lobby orders. Bullying evident amongst staff. And to top it all off, a manager in denial. Enjoy.

Typical Starbucks experience. Polite staff, good coffee.

Bathroom had very little toilet paper and no where to get more. The cold brew was good and received in a timely manner in the store. The sugar/cream station was clean.

This Starbucks has a drive thru that is a little tricky to get to in the morning. Instead of waiting in a long line of cars it was super fast and easy to order by phone on the app and run in to get our coffees.

Delicious as usual. Chocolate Mocha. The server was very friendly, up beat and super efficient.

Clean and the service is fast and friendly. The parking lot is small and sometimes it’s extremely full so definitely try to find a time that isn’t busy af.

You cant beat the Waynesboro drive thru Starbucks. Whether you are just getting ready to get on 81, or off 81, you need to re-group, and have a cup. If nature calls, the bathroom is a double seater. (2 stalls..and clean at Starbucks) Also gas up next door while you are at it. its a well planned stop.

Please dont give us a cup for a Frappuccino with a hot cup lid with a side straw holder that u can barely get in and cant drink out of. Im paying over 6 dollars for a drink bring back the right lids. Thanks

We’ve gone there many times and they have a slow line, today we went and we order a “tiktok” drink. The women at the window was very rude telling us no more tiktok, and we weren’t told the amount of our purchase and never asked if we wanted a receipt. My mothers drink, that we’ve got many times, looks undrinkable. In her words it looks as if someone threw up in the drink.

Had a Java Chip Frappuccino. Wonderful. Drive thur a little slow, but worth the wait. Also had a Grilled Cheese sandwich, which was crunchy, cheesy and very filling.

Long drive thru line but service was still quick. Store personnel very polite and friendly

I was on a road trip when I stopped at this location...it was early and of course they were busy on the inside and had a long line on the outside. Everyone was still friendly and I got my order in a timely fashion with a have a great day added on to it. Great customer service.

Ive never had a problem with getting my coffee in a timely manner until this morning. I place mobile orders all the time with this Starbucks. This morning, I waited 20 minutes for my mobile order. Usually if Ive been standing around for 5 minutes or so, someone asks what Im waiting on. This morning no one asked anything or even acknowledged that I had been standing there for at least 15 minutes.

Quick and efficient! The staff at this location are great at their jobs. This is also one of the best pumpkin cream cold brews I have had made for me!

One of the fastest Starbucks I go to. Always able to get through the drive through quickly for my pick-me-ups on my way to work. Staff rotate frequently, but theyre always friendly, even late at night before close.

Friendly, fast service. The cashier was explaining some menu items to the person ahead of me and was very friendly and helpful for her. The restroom was clean and so was the seating area. We were traveling and glad to find this on our path. There were very few parking spaces so be prepared to drive through for your order or wait for someone to leave. It didnt really seem like people were lingering and a space opened up for us rather quickly.

They give drive thru and online orders prioriry before the people walking in the store. I had a simple Americano (water and espresso- thats it!) Took 10 mins to get and there was only 1 drink ahead of me. Literally 10 drinks later (all piled up on the counter - not a single one there to pick up) and countless drive thru orders I finally ask about mine. Who knows how long it would have been if I didnt ask. When I ordered, nobody said a word I was behind 20 drink orders. And nobody said a word or even looked at me as 10+ drinks pile around me and Im still standing there. Finally get my drink and the lid fits so poor I kept spilling it. What a waste!

They were busy in the drive-thru and had some business inside but the wait time was excessive and they still forgot to put classic in my iced coffee so I still had to come inside. I use to work for Starbucks so I understand being in the weeds but this one seemed very disorganized as if they didnt have a manager or just lacking in speed or training.

Every hot coffee, iced coffee, or frap that we get is bitter, too bitter to even drink. Dont have any trouble at any of the others.

You can be covid compliant AND have open restrooms.

Thank you for making me walk across the street to 7-11 to use the bathroom because it’s safe enough for you to take my money but somehow not safe enough to let me use the bathroom. Logic need not apply apparently.

Starbucks is always a good go to for coffee. This location is okay. They tend to skimp on the coffee at this location. Your latte may taste more like a steamer. Youre better going to the Target Starbucks (only 2 minutes away)...customer service is way better and drinks are almost always great!

The bathrooms were disgusting! One had blood all over the seat, and one had poop on the seat. There was toilet paper all over the floor and one stall had no toilet paper. When I was going in an associate was coming out and did not wash her hands or do anything about the mess. Lost my appetite fast!

A very nice and convenient Starbucks. The interior is not super large, but they do have a small patio. This one is a drive in so service can be spotty inside when lines are forming of cars. Baristas and servers are friendly and do the best to serve you quickly and engage you in nice general conversation. The parking lot can be tricky, so be careful.

Women’s bathroom was broken. One star gone. There was a sign telling customers to use the men’s so there was a line, but the men’s has a changing table which I dig! This is the third Starbucks I’ve been to that doesn’t have the cranberry bliss bars, which I’ve been waiting for. Two stars gone. There is a huge sign greeting you at the door that says “buy our boxes of cranberry bliss bars”. Cashier was indifferent. Not mean but not nice. My husband ordered a chestnut praline latte and the flavor wasn’t there. Was very bland. Third star gone. I ordered a caramel frappe which was good. Kinda hard to mess that up. Will go back as it’s our go to when traveling from Roanoke to Orange.

Starbucks Is AMAZING

Probably the BEST starbucks we have ever been to. Best white chocolate mocha and caramel frappe we have ever had. We asked for 3 vanilla scones and they only had one left so gave us 2 slices of lemon pound cake for no extra charge! Awesome service and even better coffee!

Really busy this particular afternoon (Black Friday 2018). The drive-thru was hardly moving. I went in and was cheerfully and accurately served after a reasonable wait.

Cashier dude was really nice and they made my drink super fast so I wasnt late for work.

Easier to see menu sign after you order and have to wait another 5 minutes in line to add to the order. Cappuccino was good as a always but the wrap was just more fast food. I thought I would give it a try since it was Starbucks, but it was disappointing. Now I know why the cappuccino cost as much as the wrap, it tasted better!

Just ordered a large drink. They didn’t secure the lid so when I went to drink it spilled all over my car. For a $6 drink that’s not ok. I always tip a dollar which I feel is customary but I set wanted to ask for it back after this experience. Wasted my drink went and asked for napkins. Protocol says they should give a $4 free item thing and they didn’t. Not impressed. Now I have Carmel and coffee all over my freshly cleaned car. I get to spend another $40 getting it cleaned. Way to go! Pay for a drink, it gets wasted and now my car needs another good scrubbing bc of the stains setting in the seats. I also get to go through my day with a huge stain on my shirt.

I was camping at Shenandoah Acres and wanted coffee so I went to this Starbucks this morning. I ordered a blonde vanilla latte and it was good. I also ordered a sausage and cheddar, which was warm feeling through the bag. Everything was warm except the egg. The egg was sooo cold, I guess not thawed all of the way. It can’t be that hard to touch the different layers of the sandwich to make sure it’s not freezing cold. This is supposed to be Starbucks, not Hardee’s..
