Ordered piece in January with a ten to twelve week delivery window. After twelve weeks still no delivery. After several calls over time I was provided with a proposed delivery week. That has now passed. I am now close to six months from the date of order with no delivery in sight. The store staffs response was “ read your contract, orders may not be cancelled.” That is the level of customer service provided.

We have worked with Jonathan at Ann Arden Waynesboro for many years. As we update the furnishings for our home we always reach out to him. He is a joy and inspiration to work with. We always find him extremely helpful, knowledgeable and able to steer us to exactly what we want.The inventory in this store is like nowhere else.Highly recommend Ann Arden and Jonathan in particular!
