Horrible customer service, tried to take a weed eater in for warranty and was told it was out of warranty when I knew it wasnt, then they figured out that it was still under warranty but was basically told to pound sand and take it to Ace because they werent ordering any weed eaters and didnt have any in stock. On the bright side, the manager at Ace was more than helpful. Will not be doing business with this store any more.

I went in to Weatherford sears and joyce was very helpful and smiling! I would recommend this sears to anyone cause she didnt have all that I needed but willing to go out of the way to get it at the store A plus in my book!!

Worst Sears I have ever been too. Customer service is horrible, has no stock. They cannot warranty Craftsman tools. Have taken several tools here over the past year, always get the same response, the warranty system is down. I will never go back
