Micheal helped me and even offered to help fix my issue...his customer service skills, knowledge and ingenuity is incredible. Everyones there had a great attitude and extremly helpful even to the common customers who are not in the plumbing profession.

Very unhelpful. The guy acted like he didnt know what part I needed. Then he walked into the back and came out with it almost instantly. The guy then kept repeating, Not cheap. Not cheap. When he finally did find the price, he quoted me $90 for a check valve. I told him he could keep it.

I needed a part for my bath and no one could tell me what is, or were any help. Micheal here took the time to search for it and called around to find it for me. He went out of his way to help me. I am new to the area and now have someone to help me in the future

These guys at the Weatherford location are the best... We use them for all of our hvac supplies and hvac equipment because their service is outstanding and 10x better than anyone else we can purchase from. Thank you John and Richard 👍

Very knowledgeable,they just did it hwve the parts I needed. They did however, tell me where to go to get the parts I need.

Folks are friendly and helpful, even for the novice with no account or license.Only reason I gave 4 stars is because the prices are very steep. I don’t expect to get contractor pricing, but they charge 110% full price. I understand that I’m paying for convenience, especially for not having to leave Weatherford.Give them a shot, support a local company and see if you find them to be as friendly and helpful as I do.

I CANT BELIEVE HOW AMAZING THIS PLACE IS THEYVE HELPED ME WITH ALL MY PLUMBING AND HVAC PROBLEMS EVERY TIME THAT IVE NEEDED THEM. MY DAD OWNS A COMPETITORS STORE AND I STILL PREFER TO GO TO MORRISON SUPPLY.
