The staff is excellent, friendly and helpful. They ask you what you need and get it for you whether it’s in the back or on the shelf in the store. They make it a pleasure to shop there. However, can’t say that paying $10 more for a gallon of Lucas Oil Stabilizer is worth the outstanding customer service. $39 at NAPA; $29 at Walmart. I can go find it myself for 10 bucks.
I went in for a hard to find brake bleeding kit, they had and I was out in a minute. Excellent knowledge and service from this team. Five stars!
Toxic management, toxic owners. I worked there, and while they do honest work they treat their employees like this. F u jerrod
Very helpful!! Nobody else could provide the service I needed, very professional!!
Great help. Over and aboveboard! The guy stayed late to help us with our fix. Good place, good selection.
Great service, wide selection of products
These guys are awesome. They opened the doors early and went out of their way to help me get air in my tire that was leaking badly,so I could make it to the tire shop a mile down the road. You dont find many places like this these days. Thanks again!!!
Everything I need this place is the best
Very unfriendly associate. Will not go back Even after the bad encounter he had clocked out immediately and went to his gold Chevrolet and almost hit me in the parking lot. Seemed like he wasn’t paying attention to his surroundings at all. Just seemed like he was in a rush to be done with his day.
Worst customer service, ordered 2 parts on Saturday. They said it would be in Monday morning. Show up Monday morning, we wont have it till around noon. Send someone to pick up the parts at 4pm. Theyve never heard of us and dont have the parts. Thanks yall ORiley had them both in stock. Waste of time!
Very friendly employees and knowledgeable to
My husbands favorite auto parts store in the area. Great, friendly, personal service. These guys know their vehicles.
Some guy with beard/goatee was rude and disrespectful and I got the impression he thought I was stupid but obviously If you see me holding a used inner tie rod and a brand new inner tie rod in my hands I probably know exactly what Im talking about and exactly what tool I need. not a simple wrench or tie rod end separator. so to that guy you need to learn some manners and professionalism. so if you go here dont talk to the guy with a longish goatee unless you want to be disrespected.
Always fast very helpful ppl
Great service as well auto parts and automotive paint supplies.
They ended up making it right! I took 2 batteries that were under warranty from Napa to be tested. I had them tested locally at oreilys before making the 30 mile trip 1 way- oreilys said both were bad. Napa tells me 1 is bad, 1 is good- the good one just needs charged more (why didnt it get charged all the way when it was tested). So I take it to Walmart and it tests bad there too after they took the time to fully charge it. Call weatherford Napa this morning and they were rude and only willing to test battery again despite 2 other places saying they are bad. I would steer clear of this independently owned store.
Product knowledge, installation knowledge, and customer service is always exceptional.
NAPA has always been known for being really expensive-- and not for a higher quality part I only go there for bolts. Otherwise I wouldnt go there at all.
Always good service and help
