Every Single Time I go in this store, I never get even an ounce of decent customer service. Even if I am the Only customer in there. Everyone is Always too busy on their phones.. Or Just completely disappear. (& Ive worked in customer service my entire life... That is Not a good work ethic when dealing in customer service.. Much less in Sales.) Especially after waiting 20+ minutes.So instead of spending $600+ on an upgrade. (3rd time trying.) I spent $20 in the Dollar Tree... & I will travel to Ft. Worth tomorrow.. Or literally Anywhere else to purchase my new phone.Multiple local residents told me Not to go there.. To travel elsewhere... But, I assumed they probably were the nit picking type.. So I tried anyways. Now I know better. & will inform others as well.**I hate that they even get the One star.

Nov 20 Zed was AWESOME. There is no females working here currently. If there is I have never seen one so some of these reviews need to be updated. The phone i originally purchased CRASHED but I didnt buy protection so I had to get a new phone. Out the door $200 less than 30 minutes phone, upgrade, activation, case & screen protectant.

Very bad customer service. I would never go here. The woman that was there was incompetent and hated her job.

Its pretty sad when a manager has to leave a five star review for his own store. I only checked the reviews to see if anyone was having as many issues as I am with my new phone brand. I should have known better. Though the rest of the staff is fantastic, the manager seemed to have no knowledge of what he was even doing. He was practically laying over the counter top.

Great customer service! I believe the person who helped me was named Rudy or Ruby? He was so kind and helped me get my new phone and screen protector all set up!

Zed is an awesome manager! Staff was super helpful and very attentive. Highly recommend this place!

Zed and Rudy were great in helping me deal with my issues with getting my phone number ported over and getting my new phone squared away.

This location is always great. Switched from AT&T to cricket. Was told the service was the same and they were right: went from $250 a month to $100!!!Albert was super friendly and helped me save a bunch!I would give the store more Stars for the customer service but 5 is the highest!!Thank you Albert for save us money!!!

These guys were so helpful and got us in and out. So worth the drive from Decatur. The Decatur store needs some customer service lessons from these guys.

Cricket is a great little store and have lots of good products but the service that you get from them is outstanding Ive been with him now for about 4 or 5 years and every year I get something new from them for free more data usually

Not sure how this location rates a 4 because my experience was horrible. My advice to anyone using this cricket location...GO TO A DIFFERENT LOCATION!!! Mgmt or staff does not disclose that when switching service your current phone may not work on cricket network and fail to honor cricket 7 day return policy!!! I would like this stores Regional Mgr to respond to this review since the staff refuse to provide their contact information!!

I went into the store to talk about cricket protection plan. Store sales representative Joe Rina was very rude and pretty much called me stupid because my deductible was more than the phone is worth. He said “you pay car insurance don’t you, there’s a deductible on a car as well”. like my cheap phone is a car. wish I hadn’t paid my bill this month. Going somewhere else.

Horrible. This cricket is terrible. A girl who worked there said we could return something if my brother didn’t want it and he didn’t, so we brought it back the next day, reciept, never been opened and they said they couldn’t return it. Save yourself some trouble and go to another cricket in fort worth. This one in Weatherford should get 0 starts!!! Ridiculous!

Opened late. Charges fees to buy phones outright. Unable to enjoy service as the customer service is not English speaking and makes it difficult to get problems taken care of.

Very sketchy said my bill would be 50 a month and lied it was coming out to over sixty they signed me up for some sweepstakes i didnt even want to. watch out they steal your personal info for there own gain!!

Service is hit or miss. You may wait 10 mins. You may wait an hour.

One of the female employees there lied to me twice about different situations I went in there for, even her co worker looked at me while the other girl lied to me with a face of disappointment. I will never be back.

Decent cheap phones, staff not so friendly.

Long story short the manager Albert is rude and tried to not only claim false store polices but also tried to charge my father $160 for a LG stylo 5 with a active # switch ... I was charged $60 at another store that did the free switch they promote!

I had my cell phone service through Cricket which is a branch of AT&T I guess theyre okay my phone gets out at my house its kinda in a dead zone for any other service so I only get AT&T and of course Cricket because they are AT&T use the same Towers
