This store is close to my house, I do 90 percent of my shopping for my house and for my mom and family. Im there at least five days a week. I know the employees by first name since the day it opened. The employees on the night shift are RUDE, they neglect the customers sit in the office and yell back and forth to each other about how to help a customer who has to drive home then back to the store because they didnt get what they paid for and I will drive to a different store to spend my money! The customers always right?? Where is that? When Im spending my money the least I expect is to get what I pay for. I didnt then got treated like I was an inconvenience. Sad lost a good customer.

I generally really like shopping at the Dollar General on Ranger Highway in Weatherford,Tx. But yesterday, which was Saturday, I went in and bought $52.48 worth of items. After the clerk rung up my items I told her I wanted to get my $5.00 discount. She told me that she couldn’t do that because I have to tell her before she rung it up. Well, it didn’t use to be that way. So basically I was screwed out of my $5.00 discount. I am VERY unhappy about it. If I was suppose to tell her before she rung my items up she should have asked me if I had any coupons. She did not. So anyone purchasing items at this store, better tell the checker before she rings up your items that you have coupons, if you want to get credit for them.

I prefer this store to the other ones in Weatherford. Its a little bigger and has a better selection and wider variety of products. Cashier always greets you when you walk in and the check out line is never long. Reasonable prices, friendly service and great one stop shop if you need a few in between (weekly shopping trips) items.

We are thrilled to finally have a Dollar General so close since we live out of the City Limits. This is an amazing Dollar store and seems to have almost anything your needing except if you want a big selection off clothing but they do have clothing basics which is nice. Huge selection on everything else. All the employees are super but I have to say Rachel is fantastic and super friendly and helpful. She actually goes beyond the call of duty. One day I walked up to the store instead of driving but did not mean to buy as much as I did because I would have to carry it home. Rachel actually offered to drive me home if I could wait until she got off duty.. She was so sweet to offer but I told her I would be fine but it was so sweet for her to offer, I probably would not be writing this review for any other reason except to let Dollar General know what a great choice they made when they hired Rachel. Rachel treats even the customers she has never met like friends. I hope Dollar General realizes what a valuable asset she is to the store. Great job Rachel! •••April Honeycutt

The lady at the Register is rude I was trying to use the digital coupons and it rebooted the register and she was like its not going to let you used the digital coupons if its going to keep resetting my register I asked if I can enter my number again to see if it would work and she said no I said is there another way I could do it to used my coupons and she said no with an attitude... she didnt even try to help or fix the problem

I love this place. Its close to home without going into town. The people there are really friendly. Almost everything I need.

The staff at this location is very helpful and courteous. I would give 5 stars if the shelves were better stocked.

I like that its different from the ones in town. It have super cute home decor for a okay price. Well be stopping more often.👍

Fast in and out during daytime and being close to.my work are the benefits of this store.
