I came here with my Egyptian husband and he told me that there was a good variety of Middle Eastern foodwith decent prices

The brothers at the checkout are always very kind and helpful. Store is well stocked and the butchers are competent.جزاك الله خيرا

Good Mediterranean to visit. Theyre very reasonable. Employees are helpful. Great prices too. Im new to eating Mediterranean, and really dont know what is what. Im learning that its mostly plant based. Thats a good thing 👍.

Many choices between Asian groceries and meat items( hand slaughtered as well). They are expanding their store so can carry more grocery varieties.Employees are really helpful and friendly.i do most of my Asian groceries here. 👍

September 2021– Dirty, usually has a low inventory. Not many options if they even have the item you want.

Wonderful update and expansion to the store. Very happy to shop here. Let me tell you, it’s so well-composed!The meat is fresh and the butchers are very accommodating. The customer service is really good; the uncles in there are always so respectful and helpful. WAY less put-offish than competitors. 👍🏼

I call in ahead of time, my order is always ready for pickup on my way home from work. Everyone is nice and courteous. Helpful if I cant find something. Store is clean and has a variety of foods from India and Pakistan, and different Arab spices, cheeses, yogurts and drinks.

The store is great but when it comes to halal meat its bad like really bad. Last Thursday i bought 5lb of lamb and they gave me ribs(with no meat) and fat(just fat). Since it was frozen in a plastic bag i couldnt see it when I purchased. And when i tried explaining the situation they are like “what should we do about it”. They are refusing to see the meat and they have no return policy. The kind of meat they serve is disgusting.-Wasted my $50.00-

I just went to the store to grab some bettle nuts and the package had price tag labeled 2.99 on all their packages. I asked the owner how much was it and he said 4.99 while all his bags were labeled 2.99. I told him you need to honor the price thats labeled since it wasnt just one package it was all the package labeled that price. He was rude and very disrespectful. What a scam shop!! Plus he is more expensive than any other grocers around!! Terrible customer service

My experience with Bismillah Meat Market was a horrible one! Owner is rude, meat is terrible no taste and tough, employees not documented, one of the employees was hurt on the job and made to pay for his injuries, I know this because I was there the day it happened and offered to take him to hospital. Place is full of bugs, coolers are not cool, meat area smells bad, city has been called out because of awful smells and customers treated rudely. Maybe because employees are unhappy and working overtime every week and not compensated ever. They don’t follow Texas laws and become nasty mean when confronted. Consider doing business elsewhere, there are too many other places to go unless you like being treated less than human. Horrible customer service!

Few Desi grocery stores are as clean as this one. Prices are pretty low too. I am not shopping anywhere else for meat at least thats for sure.

Terrible customer service. The new management has no idea how to deal with people and are very demeaning. Loved this place when I USED to come here a couple years ago. Sad.

I went to this store to buy Tadim sunflower.Tadim puts a price tag over their products. It is 2.49 for small bag, 3.99 for big bag.This store sells Tadim sunflower without a price tag! The suprise is, they are selling with 2.99 $. It is %20 percent expensive than the other stores and no price tag at over the product nor the shelve. You see the surprise in register.I will not go again, they loose my business for 50 cents.

Tiny Pakistani food shop selling inexpensive beef, chicken and goat meat, lots of spices, and plenty of grains (rice, bulghur, dals, lentils, peas etc.). You can go directly to the butcher and tell him where and how to cut the meat.

Not recommended, the owner does not treat you professional. They were supposed to be open until 10 pm i was there at 9:30 it was closed and even though he was still inside store he did not let me in .

Very bad place special the meat market and the people who work on meat inside, they will make fun at you, and they will start speaking spanish and calling you bad names and they loud no respect for no thing, i went there 3 times and the same thing happen, i spoke to the front guys on the 3 times about those people and i told them they curse at the customer in spanish and they think i dont understand and they dont care, i guarantee you no one will do any thing to fix this issue, there is a lot of places better than them, just few miles on.the same highway 3, Bad service,

I came here because my Indian/Pakistani friends recommended this place to me but when I was there there was weird white powder on the stuff (think it was cocaine) i don’t know but I asked where the butter chicken stuff was there was a weird rude grumpy midget that was yelling at the employees (the midget was the boss) so when I saw that I dashed out of there as fast as I could highly unprofessional and I highly do not recommend this place I’m pretty sure the midget was on that white powder if you get what I mean

This place is terrible I used to go but recently I stopped like 2 years ago they had very friendly and cooperative costumer service but recently they have gotten bad employees and the owner/manager is very rude and disrespectful I highly recommend to not go to this place 🙅🏽‍♂️
