Bland and uninspired grocery store. I have to hand it to them, theyre at least consistent in their lack of anything interesting. The produce looks like it was all rejected from a better grocery store and dont even think youre going to find a decent organic section. Any organic produce that they actually do have is wrapped in individual plastic, seemingly to make sure their underpaid staff doesnt make the unforgivable mistake of scanning something as conventional if its, in fact, organic.

Stopped in,to get flowers and a card for a friends birthday, the selection of flowers was amazing. There was so many to choose from, from the 3 bunches for $15.00, (huge selection) mix and match, beautiful colors everywhere. Then there was bouquets of pre-arranged that were as pretty as the others. They were also on sale w/ card, for $12.99 each. This isnt including all of the house plants, vases, bouquets in the coolers, the ballons, cards, decorations. They bouquets that i bought my friend absolutely loved, and there were more lilys than I thought, the roses were fresh, buds were nice and firm, (no drooping buds) and smelled beautiful. Would recommend the florist here for anything that you would want.

I go here all the time. Multiple times a week. Most everyone is helpful. The pharmacy really excels though. They pay attention to detail and have given me a heads up on a few things as well as gone the extra mile to help me out. They have that old, small town vibe and they really seem to care.

This is a very nice clean store. They have excellent prices on sale items. The deli can be quite pricey and items that are not on sale are a little overpriced as well. The quality of the produce, Bakery and meats make up for that. The bakery has excellent products. Some of the deli and seafood department employees can be a little snarky.

Visited to get some sushi—quite a decent number of options to be honest! Rest of store has the usual superamarket items. Grabbed myself some instant noodles.

Price chopper is a reasonably good grocery store. There is no more competition in Webster so if you don’t like their selection or prices you have to go to a neighboring town anyway. I am sometimes annoyed at their inventory which can be unreliable (specific example: baked Tostitos Scoops). Their produce also will wildly vary (grapes that are sour one week and sweet the next). That said they do a pretty good job on cleanliness and space management. Usually staff are helpful.

Great options late at night when every other store is closed. Hidden JEM is they make Sushi fresh daily.

Clean and full of fresh made food and pastry daily! The prices are great and plenty of registers open for fast friendly service too!

I like the setup of this PC and the fact that theres a Starbucks inside. Disappointed theres not more healthy/vegetarian/vegan options (theres some, but itd be nice for more since theres no other grocery store to get things at thats not farther away.) Also the amount of flies in the produce/Starbucks area was...excessive.

Worried Parents on a Budget:Our son attends Nichols College in Dudley, Ma and we live in Orlando Florida. We are on a very tight budget and couldnt afford to buy our son a car to get around. I can shop for his favorites online at an affordable price and have the groceries shipped directly to my sons dorm within 2 hours of purchase. I was able to track the order online up until the moment it was delivered. I cried when he received his first delivery from the relief of knowing he is well-stocked and fed. Thank you so much for your supberb service. Youre a life saver.

Extremely happy with the supervisor and staff in the seafood department. We requested 19 lobsters to be steamed for a surprise party. The lobsters were hot and ready upon pickup and delicious. Price Choppers seafood department definitley helped to make our party a success.

Great variety of products. A nice Starbucks with seating, a bathroom and wifi. Decent sushi. Okay bakery. Good fish section. Large bread section. Huge wine and liquor section. Good baking section Swerve sugar. In store pharmacy and flower shop. Good vegetable and fruit selection. Good cheese selection. It is not that busy at night for those bring most Covid conscious.

OMG I love the food and the sales at Pricechopper but Sunday Afternoon is C R A Z Y BusyIm going to start getting my newspaper and Cumberlands coffee after Church and go home.Ill drink my coffee and clip my coupons and match them with the flyer And Add my Ecoupons and shop on Monday because I just dont want to shop somewhere else.

Everytime I fax they pull it out so I have to refax my time sheet in a few days after and get paid later . Just leave it alone, what’s the rush

I Like price chopper and I work at the one in putnam ct

This is a very convenient place to restock items I forget to buy at Market Basket or Walmart. I prefer to drive a little xtra to save on cash. Sorry but you just cant beat out those other 2 stores for total savings on that final grocery bill. You do have excellent deals on your beer and wine selections. Mom taught me well on how to save cash.

This is my first choice for groceries. Im giving only 4 stars because of many basic needs not getting restocked even though it is probably due to corvid-19 issues. It still usually has what I need and has good weekly sales.

Ok but not enough staff

I have always had a good experience at PC in Webster, for over 10 years now. Ive recently started rating places through Google and PC came up on a notification tonight. I figured Id share one of those great experiences.While waiting for someone to pay, I began placing my groceries down and realized I had gotten the wrong type of mushrooms. I walked over to an employee who had helped me many times in the past and he kindly, without hesitation, took my incorrect batch and replaced it with the correct one. I was able to continue with my order without any interruption.After paying I asked another employee who was very close by if she wouldnt mind putting the heavier bags into my cart and, again, with no hesitation she helped and asked her fellow employee to help me out to my car for the heavier items. All employees were kind, generous, and unbiased 😊

They have a good selection of products but their prices are high. I thought they were a bit high before they were bought out by Market 32 but now theyre even higher, especially compared to Market Basket which is only a couple of miles up the road. I think their pharmacy is great.

I have done early morning shopping till this weekend as I wanted to get lobsters for my father for Fathers day. There is no way to get seafood in early morning shopping, so i went at 9 am. Was waiting in socially distanced line to find no one prepared and workers with mask over mouth but not covering nose. Finally got to register and cashier had mask over mouth not nose and was not wasting time to sanitize belt between customers. Could not get out of there quick enough will not go back soon.got to register and

Crowded and people just run right into you the workers are nice 🙂

Despite the Covid19 issues, this store remains open. It would be nice, however, to have the shelves better stocked, maybe limiting quantities. On the plus side, the pharmacy staff is great, very helpful.

I couldn’t love the fact that they are open 24 hours any more than I already do! They have never run out of my peanut butter filled pretzels by Snyder’s. The deals are amazing, most especially 10/10$ deals, that include 2x or 4x the points when you meet the deals criteria! Save me money on food & GAS?! & I’ll take it! I love saving money getting rewarded for things I was already buying and saving money on gas all at the same time! Who can complain. Lastly, the coupons I get are based off of what I normally buy on a regular basis so I can actually use them instead of getting the coupons that are more generalized. Keep up the clean beautiful layout and easily accessible array of items going!

I have gave a four because there is room for improvement.The staff is very polite and super nice, they are always happy to help you on your needs.In general for all Price Chopper I would say the paper bags should be bigger to fit more items, it could be the size of the ones with handles but without the handles, it could be fit more items and not be expensive

Very big. Very large selection. Clean and bright store. Lots of self check outs. Very congested store and the parking lot is a nightmare. Only one true exit for your in and out and off to a side road with no light just off of a major intersection with lights. Can be harrowing at times.

I like the store and they have a lot of variety, which I cant always find at other stores. They can be very pricey On Meats but then certain days of the weeks they have sales, Sunday being one of them. The staff is always friendly and helpful and since they have a card shop a pharmacy a florist a fish department a bakery you really have one stop shopping here. I only give it three stars because of some of the prices being hi but all in all I would not hesitate to go here to do my shopping and once you get a feel for the store you learn how to save the money.

Always friendly and helpful. Went around 1:30am tonight after work they were plowing so easy to drive. Little slippage but its winter. Prices are a tad high but if you know how to look for sales its great.

Professional and easy to find layout for store. Been shopping here since the original location was set up over 17 years ago.Downside is the small rows to get around carriages in the middle aisles. I shop at night to avoid traffic as a result. Real good service overall by staff. Great bakery items 😎

Price chopper is a really nice store. Prices are on the higher side, but I shop deals. Parking is rough here. Lot always seems to be full. Store is clean. They have a lot of freshly cooked foods.

This is seriously the nicest Price Chopper Ive ever been to. The store is huge and has a wide variety of items. Its bright and clean, everything in fresh departments looked amazing. The lady in the bakery was so sweet to my toddler and offered him a sugar cookie.

They always seem to be stocking shelves at the busiest times. I understand not wanting empty spots on the shelves but its hard enough to navigate the aisles with shopping carts in the way.That being said, the beer and wine section is very well stocked with a great variety.

This store is not enforcing the social distancing or mask mandate. It is like a zoo. The management has been notified, and next step reporting to DPH.

Staff was quick at register but I got home and realized they didnt give me one of the bags with my cereal 🤦

The BEST supermarket! I watch my little granddaughter in Webster every Thursday and I bring my shopping list with me. No supermarkets near my Norton, MA home even come close. And I’m vegan and they actually have vegan food selections at Price Chopper that I love. I will continue to do my shopping in Webster, MA until Price Chopper expands towards my neck of the woods. 👍🤜🤛👌✌️👏

Absolutely the worst during covid. No one wearing a mask properly, overcrowded. Starbucks employees were slow and apparently untrained. Also not wearing masks correctly.

I like the store but i dont like the fact that i live in Webster just 3 miles from the store and i dont get a flyer in the mail. I have and advantage card so the chain has my home address. I get flyers for Market Basket and Big Y. This store would get more of my business if i had a weekly flyer.

After shopping at Price Chopper for over 10 yrs today was the most shocking day there. I just picked up a couple of items that came to 2.99. I decided to pay by cash but I had only 3 twenties. I gave the cashier a twenty and she hands me back two dollars and a penny! I said excuse me but I gave you a twenty and she said no I had given her a five. I firmly told her that I knew I had given her a twenty because that was all I had. At this point I thought no big deal, just an accident. She fumbled around and finally got the register open. I was watching closely to see what she was doing and from inside her black sweater I saw her take a bill out and put it in the drawer then she said oh yeah you did give me a twenty! I usually pay with my card not with cash but you had best better believe if and when, and I doubt that I ever will, I ever return to Price Chopper again I will be very, very viligent when I check out. At this moment I dont ever want to return to Price Chopper, instead I just want to tell everyone to be very careful shopping there and watch everybody.
