I came here for an inspection, oil change, and tire rotation. The staff was very friendly and got my car finished fairly quickly. I didn’t see a public restroom, but I also didn’t ask if there was one. Will definitely go back!

Be careful when going here they will over-tighten your lug nuts to the point they seize and then they don’t make it right.After taking my car to another mechanic even his expert opinion they were cross threaded and over torqued. Just have to replace my rim and studs now. Stay far FAR away!!!

Do Not Recommend Anyone getting a U-Haul from here. Just gonna brief everyone I rented a U-Haul for 24 hours I got it at 12:46 p. m and it shouldve been due back at the same time the next day well I called and the man said its due back at 10 a. m and I said no that would only be 21 hours so I waited to pack the last load and called again and spoke with a woman and she said let me fix something she said I put you in for 11:30 like she was doing me a favor cause I said what time is it due back she said 10 a. m so I drop the U-Haul off at exactly 12:15 which wouldve made it 30 minutes early,, but to my surprise she charged me $133.00 for being late but my receipt from the day before said I took it at 12:45 so I asked her why I was charged and she said I changed the time to 11:30 from 10a.m and she shouldve have done that because I wouldve been early but she made it for 1 hour before I really took it so it made it like I was late and charged my credit card so when I said something she said it wasnt me it was the U-Haul company So dont rent a U-Haul from here or you will be charged over double for 24 hours Be Aware!!!!! Bad Business #PERIOD

Im definitely not the kind of person who gives 5 star ratings but in the case of Weirton Tire it is justified. They do great and reliable work. They also do it quick and dont jerk you around. The cost is very affordable especially with me living paycheck to paycheck right now. The lady who answers the phone and works the desk I believe her name is Kim. She is phenomenal super nice, super polite and willing to go above and beyond to take care of you. I was rushing there after work to get my car before they closed she waited 15 mins past close for me. If she hadnt I wouldnt have been able to get a ride to work the next day let alone get a ride to go pick up my Jeep. I will definitely be back anything my car needs that I cant do myself I will take to Weirton Tire & Auto.

What a terrible experience. I arrived 30 minutes early for my appointment. The lady who was to handle my account was out to lunch. So we waited 30 minutes for her to arrive. Once she arrived she started to eat her lunch while helping us(barely). There were 3 people in the main office during this hour. 2 customers arrived behind us and were not helped until after we left. Everything was done through an app anyway, and she really didnt need to make us wait that long. So glad we dont live around this area. Some of the worst people and businesses Ive seen. Wish there was something under 1 star.

Terrible service won’t be taking my car there to be serviced lady at the front counter won’t even realize you even exist until you say something. Wanted new tires on my car after 30-45 min of me being there all I got was what’s you’re phone number we will call you and never heard from the place again.

This is a top notch all service center. My truck was broke down out of town and they took great care of me and my vehicle, they are 45 minutes away from home, but I will definitely drive back to them for any future service my vehicle requires...

After telling me my vehicle was ready I pulled out of the lot and noticed a severe vibration. They changed tires but didnt tighten the wheel lug nuts. Word of caution-check their work.

Great place great prices, went out of their way to make us feel welcome and important. We were in a hurry due to an appointment and they got 4 new tires on and had us out the door in no time.

Friendly and HONEST staff. I went another shop, their name will not be mentioned. The shop told me that my brakes were the worst they’ve ever seen and I needed all new brakes and roters immediately. I decided to get a 2nd opinion before spending hundreds of dollars. I went to (WTA) Weirton Tire & Auto and they said that my roters are 100% fine and my front brakes have long life left on them and my rear brakes will probably need to be changed next month. I trust WTA to give me honest input on my vehicle.

They usually fixes vehicles within a day or two. Fair prices and knowledgeable crew. I would recommend if you need work done.

Consumer service is okay for basic items such as oil change and tire rotation. I took my truck in complaining about a bad squealing coming from the front end tires, they did the oil change and tire rotation and actually found a problem with the rear caliper that another shop had repaired but when I asked them about the front squealing they said they didnt find anything wrong and kind of acted like they didnt even look. I wasnt sure if anybody even did look and they had it for 5 days. My front end is still squealing badly because I have not had a chance to have if looked at again.
