The reps in the Weirton store are always so helpful. I’ve been dealing with Cindy for years. She never lets me down! I’ve also had business with Bill and Shauna and they’re great!

The Weirton AT&T Store is the reason why we choose to stay with this company. Everyone that works at this location has always been welcoming when we come in, they have always answered our questions and they have never given us bad advice. No one likes change and getting a new phone or signing up for another TV provider can sometimes be nerve wracking or unsettling, but the employees here make the experience and transition as easy as possible. The employees seem to truly care for their customers and each other. They always have a smile to share and a helping hand to give. We will only have AT&T and we will only shop at the Weirton Store.

I’ve been a customer for many years. I have never had someone like Cindy (Manager) actually just TALK to me. Everyone just wants to sell and be done with ya! I’ve been widowed for 2 years and it’s a lonely life. I came into the store with a dumb question about my phone and Cindy helped me. She didn’t make me feel dumb. She made me feel like I mattered just as much as everyone else in that store at the time. Then we just talked. I told her about my wife. I saw some tears. She’s a very compassionate and sweet young lady. No one wants to listen to an old man talk anymore. But Cindy did. She’ll never understand how much I appreciated her that day. Hold onto her, she’s a great one.

Wonderful Service. Tara was so kind and knew exactly what we needed to have done. Will always return to this location and Tara for services.

Tara, at the AT&T store on Three Springs dr in Weirton WV, is a great At&T Rep to deal with..Shes quick and knows everything about any phone.Multi tasking is not a problem for her and she is willing to help you in any way she can. I always feel comfortable when going in to see her.The entire store has very friendly representatives and for this I am glad to be with At&T

Great store. Sometimes I think they could use more inventory, bigger space, etc etc. But Ill go here before I go to Steubenville or Robinson.

Very pour customer service, went in to get new phones and couldn’t get any kind of information on what he was trying to sell us other than here what it will cost you a month after he spent 15 min in the back. A flat price and no real info on we were getting. No very friendly or helpful.

My sales associate found out our needs and did all he could to put us in the perfect plan/ phone to suit our needs.

The staff there was wonderful!! I could give 10 stars if I was permitted to do so!

Brandon was a great guy who helped us get what we needed. Wish all sales people were like that.

I went in with my sister in law to possibly up grade or phones and we was treated terribly. The salesperson acted as if he was going out of his way just to talk to us. And the manager wasnt much help either. We decided to go to a different att store the next day where we was treated with respect and that store made the sale.

My grandson gets phone service here and the employees are very good at what they do and professional. I recommend that you ask for Jimmy.

They are the best AT&T store in the Ohio Valley. I enjoy every interaction I have had with all of the reps in the Three Springs Store in Weirton.

Overall good experience, but they need to go into details about what to expect on your first bill. They didnt with me and when the bill arrived... I was furious about all of their one time charges!
