I called the Weirton Store for help because the Salesperson in the Steubenville location (North 7 Street) was extremely rude unprofessional and obnoxious... Janine the representatives at the Weirton Boost store was EXTREMELY PROFESSIONAL, Polite and apologized for the Steubenvilles Boost employee behavior.. Needed to renew my xfinity internet and the store closed at 7pm, the super nice girl stayed open til I got there at 730 so I could get it done. Fantastic customer service!! Will definitely be going back!!

New guy working there, I guess his name was Anil. He was really helpful and explained all the promotions that they were having. I was switching over from cricket to Boost but didnt had any account number. The guy made one call and easily got all the details and switched the service over. I was able to keep the same number with new Galaxy for free. Had a pleasant experience and would definitely recommend this location. Plus, his accessories prices are way cheaper than other stores too.

Went in to upgrade my sim card, and left with a new phone. Janine was amazeballz !!! She was super informative and upbeat. She really helped make an otherwise mundane errand fun. I look forward to having many phone problems in the future so I have an excuse to go back in.

I would give a 10 star if it were available, the sales rep. Janine i think is her name goes above and beyond to help with any issues Ive ever come across. Im not tech savvy and she is willing to help me with things that is not her responsibility to help me woth !

Janine at Boost Mobile was amazing! We were having problems using the app and website, even the automated machine to reload our Xfinity prepaid unlimited internet. They close at 7 and I called literally right before then, not knowing they closed at that time! She was closing up for the night when I called! She was SOOO KIND AND SWEET enough to stay open to wait for us to come there, which we live only 10 minutes away! She so did not have to do any of that. But she did and it really made our day!Thankyou so much Janine! You are amazing!!

The sales girl there....Janine is so helpful! If she cant figure something out she does everything in her power to make sure she figures it out ! Such a better experience with the new owner and her than the last owner

I was at this place few months ago and tried to shop for a phone, but the store had no phones and the lady behind the counter was very ignorant. i gave it another try on friday and found out it was under new management. The guy (Anil) working behind the counter was super friendly. he greeted me with a smile and met all my needs. he gave me an iphone on the price that was cheapest among few stores I did my research.Will definately return to this place for my future needs as well.

Visited this store to find a mobile WiFi plan. Talked with Amanda which should have been my first warning. She told me the Xfinity prepaid internet would work. I live in a RV and asked if she was sure. “Yes, all you do is plug it into the wall” was her reply. “Do you need cable outlet” my next question. “Nope, just a regular outlet. My boyfriend bought one and that’s all he did”. As this store is 30 minutes away from my home I bought it. Talked to Xfinity. Product will NOT work. Drove back to return. Was told that I needed to return directly to Xfinity. Talked to xfinity was was told to return to the store and they would give her a return authorization. Went back AGAIN. She called her supervisor and was told no. The box is unopened and I bought it 3 hours ago.In short horribly inept sales person. Was willing to get the other hotspot but she knew nothing of it. Boost, be aware that this location reflects poorly on you.

I could not believe I saw the same woman working here that was throw out of a Halloween Haunted House I was at. Absolutely pitiful. I was embarrassed for her daughters as she made a spectacle of herself. Screaming, cursing, at the staff, just a total shame. I cannot shop at a store with her working there. Just NO.

Had a problem with our plan, I cannot remember her name but she fixed it and was out under 20 mins. She was nice!

I am not sure what was wrong with the lady, but she looked like she was on meth, terrible skin and sweaty. I will not go back. Go over to the Sprint store.

I went into this store 4 times and was told by the junkie working there she was closing in 5 min what are the store hours seems like she makes up the hours her self. Wish management would fire her!!!!!!!
