Horrible experience buying two phones. Staff was not knowledgeable of phones and did not get the the price of the phone I traded in. Never again. My first time buying a phone at a Verizon store. Normally go to Best Buy. Which after this will always go to Best Buy.

Make sure they dont sneak hidden Bogus fees on your bill before you pay for it.

Baylee was very helpful and nice to work with and I believe Daryl was there as a backup resource and he was very conscious with making sure my data was backed up. I believe I had Kirsten or Kristen (sorry I think I’m messing up the name) but she was amazing. So informative and helpful. I honestly was so nervous things wouldn’t go well because I get stressed with phone stuff, but she helped so much and was amazing!

Kasey helped me pick out the perfect phone and plan. He also told me about the Hum which makes me feel a little better about the crazy drivers out there, so the peace of mind that the device gives me is a nice bonus. I came in later to add another line and Kasey helped me again, the rest of the team has also been helpful and I feel welcome whenever I come in. Sometimes its busy but they try to help everyone as quickly as possible without rushing me or making me feel like Im in the way.

Our recent experience at the TCC Verizon store on Three Springs Drive in Weirton, West Virginia was extremely positive. Everyone there was helpful and courteous. Garrett was the representative who assisted us with our purchase and he went out of his way to help us.A family member’s phone had failed and we needed a replacement ASAP. The phone we needed was out of stock at the Three Springs Drive TCC Store, so Garrett searched area stores to see if one was available elsewhere. He located one in Wintersville, Ohio and immediately drove the 22 mile round trip through rush-hour traffic to retrieve the phone so that we would have it in time. He returned within the hour, phone-in-hand, and began setting it up for us. Garrett continued to help us well past the end of his shift and demonstrated a personal commitment to his customers that far exceeded our expectations. This coupled with his great personality and knowledge of his profession made this a great experience.Verizon is to be commended for maintaining representatives of Garrett’s quality, and I highly recommend Garret and his store to anyone who is seeking to purchase a new phone.

Had a great experience. Reps were very knowledgeable and very friendly. I have always had terrible experiences at cell phones stores but they made it a pleasant experience. Had to wait a few minutes but its called patience and it is expected when going to get a new phone. If you are in the market for a new phone, I highly recommend this store.

Nice folks. Answered my questions regarding a potential new phone. I wish they carried a better selection of Motorola devices though. Not every one wants a piece of fruit,( apple-phone ) or an incendiary device ( samsung ) in their pocket.

In town for work and just wanted to price some of the newer phones at this location. I had the pleasure to meet Arysan. She was so knowledgeable about the products. Most of the time, youll find reps that are bit pushy or dont want to be bothered with. Not here at this store, the customer service was above and beyond. Not only did I purchase a phone and otterbox but I left knowing everything about my newest product. Arysan, keep up the great work, excellent customer service is hard to come by. She spent 2.5 hours transferring my accounts from Sprint and setting up 4 new I phones for my family. She is so knowledgeable and such an asset to your company and to that store!

I have to say I never commend a single individual from a Team. I worked in cellular sales so I understand Team. But one individual stood out so much and was so helpful to just not me EVERYONE. He excused himself, to Welcome customers (not everyone did that) He left no customers standing waiting. Both Steubenville and Weirton Emplyees were amazing ! I ended up finalizing business at the weirton facility since I was already in the area. The rep I worked with was great! Transferring my info ended up taking longer then usual which ran into her clock out time. Her co worker ended up finishing everything up for me which showed great team work ! Everyone Ive ever dealt with has been very friendly and helpful.

Charged me $30 per phone for lifetime screen protectors then said they no longer honor it. Gave me a website where I need to pay $5 for the shipping. Would not replace my defective new phone with another new one. Paying for a new phone that was replaced with a refurbished one.

Ridiculous. Waited FOREVER. Steer clear of this location because you will just wait and wait and wait. We ended up leaving. Its a shame too cuz we were gonna sign up and get a new contract with new iPhones. They def lost a sale. Heres an idea: HIRE MORE HELP.

This store has absolutely no phone cases for the Google pixel XL. If you sell the phone to your customers you should carry a selection of cases like you do for the iPhone. Highly dissatisfied with the staffs attitudes as well.
