Great experience, the staff was amazing, I go with my friends every few months to get a new bear and I have literally never had a bad experience here. awesome job guys

I love this Build A Bear store on the lower level at the Wellington Mall next to JC Penney. Its a popular store for all ages. The staff are definitely having fun helping children in choosing a stuffed toy. Very friendly.

My grand daughter had a fun time and the staff was great.

I came here to make a bear for the little boy I nanny for. It was going to be a Halloween surprise. Payton stepped up with all her magical energy and made this the best experience, ever! Her enthusiasm and love for her job showed and she went the extra mile. You have to keep this gem! She is purse magic and love rolled into one! Disney would hire her on the spot. My nanny charge loved his bear. We will be back again and again!! I’ll post a photo ASAP.

My daughter loves it there. And the staff was so super friendly highly recommend every child building at least one Build-A-Bear its an experience that they wont forget maybe if theyre young they wont know but if theyre like six or seven they wont forget you get a birth certificate you get to name it to get the buy clothes very fun

First time going to Build A Bear! I was greeted and helped by Donasia. Truly wonderful experience! She was very helpful and had a bubbly personality. Its great employees that make any experience magical and Donasia is one of those great employees! Absolutely recommend this branch of Build A Bear!

I took my 5 yr old grandson to Build A bear on march 31. The sales clerk, Travis, helped him build his bear. I have NEVER seen someone so filled with love of his job. he made it a magical beautiful experience that none of us will forget. He was filled with warmth, joy, fun. My grandson was FILLED with wonder and excitement and laughter, in large part because of Travis!!

Great service. Friendly staff who made a first time experience memorable. The selection was fully stocked. The assortment was nice with many different choices. Love the Disney themed and military themed outfits.

I had an amazing time here with my son! Nelly helped us make the cutest bear. She was very helpful and showed us how everything worked. My son can’t wait to go back. We will definitely go to this build a bear

Products are good but WAY over priced. I understand that the experience is part of what you’re paying for but I found myself being manipulated to spend more than I had planned. There wasn’t a question of “would you like this?” It was simply placed in my hands and added to my bill. $150 later, I made the decision to never go back! I can get a ticket to a theme park for what I spent on a stuffed animal. Not worth it.

The store speaks for its self kids love it but your paying way to much to end with just a stuffed animal its a stuffed animal why are we paying so much ?

Disappointing, I remember taking my daughters to BBW when they were younger, and they had an amazing time. I just took my grandson and it was not the same

It used to be bigger, now there is one person doing the bear stuffing and one at the register with a line where some people are getting more than one bear, so youre just waiting for forever, I actually put all my stuff back because it just takes way to long.
