Really poor & slow service. I wouldn’t recommend coming here to anyone. I had wanted to get something engraved as a gift, paid for it & all and we agreed she’d have it done by 6pm. About 30 minutes later she calls me and asks if I really need it by 6pm because she doesn’t think she’ll have it ready by then. I explained the situation to her and said yes I need it by 6pm today. I went back into the store about 2 hours later, the shop was empty except for one other shopper & she looked at me and said “I haven’t even started yet” with an attitude. At this point I was simply over it and politely asked for a refund. Unfortunately I can’t get a refund on the time that I wasted here.

Despite all the other negative comments I must say that it’s the Christmas holiday and everything seems crazy but there was this one employee Talysha she was amazing polite and she help me with no problem most important thing was it was 30 minutes before closing after searching and searching the store for what I wanted she came to assist me with something that was better then what I thought I wanted. She was phenomenal keep up the amazing job.....

We purchased a engraved globe for my grandma for Christmas on black friday and the staff seemed nice. When we ordered the lady working said they would be open on Saturday at 9. So we arrived and they didnt open and when we called just kept getting their fax machine. We cake bakc on Sunday and the same thing but she answered and said we open at 11 and still didnt open and gave us attitude on the phone and hung up. So then we went on monday and they finally opened and gave us our order with an attitude. The greeters are probably the best people working there and the main complaint is to not tell us your going to be open when you arent and to then give us an attitude because you kept lying to us. So mainly bad customer service

I purchased this pen (refer to picture) to be engraved with my boss initials for Christmas and they engraved the initials on the wrong location and upside down. FYI, I gave specific instructions to the employee on the day of purchase. I explained this to the manager (Charlene) and in return I got poor attitude and she told me its where they always put it. She then took the pen to the back and engraved this hideous feminine design on it without asking me my opinion. I suggest taking the trip to the surrounding locations for better service and competent employees who actually care about their customers.

Don’t waste your time guys, just don’t do it. Got my mother a GORGEOUS bracelet and it broke after three minutes. She was doing absolutely nothing and the engraved heart, and key fell off. The “Stainless Mirror” that held the bracelet has a whole bunch of finger prints on them.

Great gift items and very helpful staff

It’s the holiday season and I understand it’s a hectic time but that is no excuse for their lack of effort and the unpleasant attitude of many of the employees including the manager. I got two engraved pieces of jewelry, they young lady who helped me (skinny with curly hair) didn’t really help me just told me to fill out a paper and I had to figure it out for myself, had an annoyed look the entire time that made me feel very unwelcome (it was late so I ignored it and figure she had been working for long and was tired, we are all humans after all). They messaged me and I went to pick it up. One of the engraved bracelets had the one word I put on it off centered and it was so small it was ilegible, it just looked lazy and low effort. I pointed it out and ask if they could maybe make it bigger and the young man was polite enough to ask what I presume is the manager (Charline maybe?) she was rude and non apologetic and said it was the font I picked (basically my fault not hers) she said if I wanted it changed I had to get it buffered some place else. The young man was kind enough to apologize and I took it. Upon further inspection I realized they switched the bracelet and necklace and essentially put the wrong names on each one. At this point it felt like they just put no attention or care into the engraving. I go back and this lovely girl Riley I belive; helped me, apologized, took care of me and all with a smile on her face. Aside from Riley’s politeness my experience in this place was beyond disappointing and the manger’s lack of customer care is most certainly not setting a good example.

Very rude. I ordered a Christmas ornament. When I received it, it was poorly done. The girl in the store ( I assume the manager) proceeded to give me an attitude telling me she did it herself and she didnt see anything wrong. Please dont waste your time going there. Long story short, they fixed it but did it incorrectly the second time around. Im still waiting for my ornament to be completed. What a waste of time after paying 50dollars for an ornament. I am truly disappointed at their service.

Walked in store and representative was really knowledgeable and we were satisfied with our purchase cant wait until its and it comes in. Too bad that this is the only store in Palm Beach County.

Bought a watch for my husband that came with a wooden display box. When i went to pick it up the sales clerk all but ignored me after he gave me my bag... Didnt check to make sure that the person picking up the order was the one that paid for it. When I tried to tell them that the PLASTIC box that the watch was in was scratched I was then ignored. When I tried to point out that the inscription on the watch was upside down I was ignored again. I could have possibly understood should they have been busy. I was the only customer in the store.... This was a $135.00 purchase. Will not be going back.

Breann the district manger was extremely rude & short with me. Its the Christmas season & to be treated so nasty while trying to purchase Christmas items is unwelcoming & prompts customer like myself to seek competitors who attempt to make their customers feel welcome & valued. Breanna was rushing me to make a decision on engraving & tried to force me to pick Times & when I attempted to ask her about the other font options she went to another customer. Again rushing me to make a decision. Im making a rushed decision for an item Im purchasing. Them I asked to see an example of what the engrave meant would look like,like Ive done each time Ive made a purchase with this company and was told No. Excuse me? So I should spend one hundred dollars on an item that I psychically can not see a preview of. Brennan stated that should would not show me what the engravement looks like because she is busy. The customer services displayed to me today is disgusting & to receive this treatment from management is so displeasing.

Its ok a little over rated

Worse store I’ve ever been to. Very messy and disorganized. They lost my item and told me they couldn’t replace the item or reimburse me without management approval and management was off today and I was told to come back another day. Very poor customer service!
