Added my FLORIDA to my travel bracelet!Happy birthday to me!!

One of my wifes favorites place, makes it easy for me when I need to gift her a present.

Great service from all the team, even the manager on duty help. Came in clean my wife’s bracelet, also ended buying a cleaning kit and some pieces. Do to the outstanding service and knowledge.

If I could give this store 0 stars I would. Staff is rude and the store manager is incompetent. Terrible customer service.

Rude; low class employees, who kept laughing at my mom and I while purchasing our items, looking at us up and down, and talking bad about us to the other employee. Once we paid for my bracelet she puts it in the most awful box, which had looked like as if it has been stabbed multiple times... These girls deserved to be fired.

Purchased a bracelet and a charm for my 12 year old daughters best friend. Our family moved from Ling Island, NY to West Palm Beach, FL a couple of months ago and my daughter has made no friends as of yet due to Covid 19 and remote school. So her best friend in NY has been by her side and an amazing support for her. We wanted to do something extra special for her for Christmas as she’s always wanted a Pandora bracelet but unable to afford one. On Pandora’s website it guaranteed delivery by 12/24 for purchases made before 11:59pm on 12/17. I purchased the bracelet on 12/17 before 4pm and it is now 12/26 after 10 pm and she has not yet received her Christmas gift. I think it’s unacceptable to make a false guarantee to lure Clients to purchase. I was on a chat with Pandora for over 20 minutes and they kept giving me the number for USPS. I did not contract USPS for any shipment services, nor did USPS make any guarantees or promises on delivery dates. Pandora did on their website and and did not follow thru. I am extremely disappointed with a company that “sell” sentimental items and is dishonest with Clients and their feelings. I am done with Pandora and will never again purchase from them and will suggest my family members and friends never to purchase from them.

I just made a 20 minutes line to enter to the store, because in the entrance this lady dont want to answer me a sample question about cleaning my wifes Pandoras bracelets and charms .After we enter and my wife ask this youth lady is they can clean they jewelry, she say we dont have the machine to cleaned because we are TOO BUSY, but we can try to cleaned by hand, she reply and I dont know when can be ready.... For real!!!!Well before we drive 20 minutes to the store we have been calling the store for few days they answer but leave me on hold for minutes before hang out .This people is so unprofessional and rude .

11:36 AM, Christmas Eve...I walk into Pandora, or so I thought I was walking in! I hear this voice “can I help you?” As I am abruptly halted at the door. I say yes I’m just here to buy a charm. A rough crackle comes out of her voice, “ The line is over there”. I say oh OK and slide over 3 feet at the doorway, she says, again with a very harsh voice and no friendliness whatsoever or gratitude for customers, “out there!” Now there’s a line 50 people long and I say no thanks I don’t need it that bad!she could’ve easily said with a very nice voice I’m sorry sir but the line is right outside by the railing and we’ve been moving people along fairly well so it shouldn’t be that long of a wait! How Rude!

Usually a great shopping experience here. The employees are always very helpful to me and my wife.sometimes you may have to wait but its worth it, due to busy days.

My wife loves this store and Ive purchased a lot of product from them. Girls are friendly and helpful. Store is clean and bright. Actually I enjoy making purchases for my wife here.

One of the mangers has a very nasty attitude towards her employees, all the employees give great service but the only nasty manger makes the whole experience uncomfortable. Poor staff that get treat like trash every time they ask questions or need help finding something. She should be FIRED, she cannot handle the pressure and takes it out on her employees. I’ve been there many times, and is the same thing.

There was a mishap that cost me a clip. Called and spoke to Clara. Besides the fact that she was pleasant, polite and professional, she took care of the issue and handled my situation personally while I was out of state. Thanks for your help, Clara! It was a pleasure speaking with you. Will definitely go to this store again.

Was there today for 25mins trying to get someone to remove a charm from my bracelet that was stuck. After all that time the sales girl comes to tell me they got it off and to come back if it happens again. I asked to speak to the manager who then replaced the charm after I explained how unreasonable it was to expect a customer to come back instead of just replacing the faulty charm. When I got home, I noticed they had badly damaged my bracelet while removing the charm that was stuck. Now I have to go back. Terrible service!!!

This location has been my to go location for any Pandora jewels for many years and have always been treated amazingly well by all their staff members until today.. April 5 2019.. Employee named Oddesa was the most ruthless and unprofessional employee I have ever encountered at this location. Her attitude and low enthusiasm made me rethink and not purchased my so awaited Dumbo charm. Rushed, unprofessional and lack of interest towards the customer is what I received today. Her constantly clicking nails at the counter was so annoying, her “just pay and leave, don’t care” attitude was in the atmosphere in that store. I will refrain from going there if she’s around.

Had the worse experience at this location. I walked past a short blonde lady who just simply stared at me. She didn’t even greet me. After browsing for 10min I finally found the perfect ring. When I asked someone for help he told me that the shortBlonde lady was taking numbers. It would have been nice if she told me that. But I stayed calm and asked her when I will be next. She rudely said I will get back to you and proceeded to give the people who just walked in a number. Mind you I was already there for about 15 min now so I was aggravated. I said to her I have been waiting for 15 minutes now and when I walked past you you didn’t greet nor tellme that there was a line and all she had to say was I’ll get back to you. I guess Pandora doesn’t train their employees on how to treat a paying customer. I’ll take my money somewhere else where it’s wanted. Don’t waste your time.

I have been to this store many times, every time has been a great experience. From the way they handle the customer waiting for help to the check out. FIRST CLASS.

Jewels were beautiful. Got turned off with 3 months maintenance like a car. Not doing that for bracelets

This post is based on my visit today only. Today is the 1st day of their sale and every item I asked for, they were out of it; at least 12 items. No rainchecks, no offer to source at another location. My sales person was not very efficient and the other sales associates can see shes struggling and no one came to assist her. She was not well informed of the products but I assumed shes just seasonal. I just wish they published the sale items; it will save them the long lines and unhappy customers.

Never going to this location again!!! I was in the hunt for an engagement ring to propose to my girlfriend. I did my research online and found one that I loved and I couldn’t wait to go and get it. When I went into the store, it was empty, and the lady that “helped” me basically made me feel like I was not good enough to be in the store. After I communicated her that I wanted an engagement ring, she rudely reply “we don’t sell engagement rings” which I replied with “it doesn’t matter if you don’t, the reason why I’m using the ring for will give it its meaning”. Then I told her I was on a budget and she seemed to lose interest right away. Didn’t bother to ask what my budget was, or which ring I had seen online. Nothing.Rude & bad customer service.I work in retail too and I take pride my job and make sure customer gets what they come to get from me.If you don’t want to provide a great customer service, retail is not for you. Wish I could have written down her name so she knows who she is.After this horrible experience, I went to Zales and they kindly helped me. My girlfriend said to yes to my proposal so she’s now my fiancé and we already got our wedding bands from Zales too. Your loss, their gain.
