Took my daughters Chevy Malibu there after an accident, it needed a new front bumper, quarter panel, headlight, side mirror, amongst other little things… not only did we get the car back sooner than expected but they work they did was PHENOMENAL. The parts were perfect and the paint job was amazing.They made the entire process extremely easy and care free from start to finish.

I took my car to Caliber Collision after hitting a deer. They completed the initial survey quickly and had an estimate for the work before I left their shop. Once it was in their hands the work was done quickly and on time and they kept me informed every step of the way. I would go back again, but hopefully I won’t have to.

The guys at caliber collision did an excellent job on my 2006 Mustang GT convertible. Eric was in constant communication with me about what part of the process the car was in, about the parts that they had to get and when they would be there. I was very satisfied with the service and the friendliness of everyone there. I would definitely use them again.

I used Caliber on a recommendation and I was not disappointed. They were attentive to my needs, seemed genuinely concerned and interested when communicating with me. It didnt just seem like they were just doing their job. They cared. Very professional and friendly staff. They even set up my rental for me and it was so stressful free! They kept me updated through the whole process and never kept me waiting for any answers and were actually ahead of schedule getting my truck back to me (which was cleaner than when I brought it in). They were a pleasure to talk to and even were super friendly with my daughter while we waited. I have absolutely nothing negative to say about my experience here and will definitely go back! My car was rear ended and ended up with $6100.00 in damages, Caliber did a wonderful job on the body work/paint. I got text messages to keep me updated on the progress and phone calls for questions when necessary. I would definitely use Caliber (Wentzville) again if needed.

The staff at this location were beyond incredible, after I was rear ended in my truck I was devastated. The team at caliber did not skip a beat on getting me in the door, getting my truck fixed and back on the road. The manager Amy was so professional in every aspect. Definitely will recommend in the future!!!

After my truck was collided with and once Caliber received my truck, their customer service was excellent Amy and Eric called to even see how I was, they reported to me about all repairs and when they were on getting it back to me. Great customer service.

These guys are good just as good as taking your vehicle to the dealership the only difference is the price they do same quality of work but they give you a better price and they don’t take as long to get the job done

Extremely happy with the service and communication from this shop. Car was done more than 2 weeks before the promise date. My car now runs and drives better than before the repairs needed. Service was top notch, and the car looks just as good as new. Will be taking my other car there to get some small things done.
