Super great people. I knocked my rear view mirror off the windshield, and I stopped in to see if they could assist. The gentleman pulled the truck around back and five minutes later came back out with it fixed. Great place very professional and courteous.

My vehicle was finished 10 days after the scheduled date that I was told it would be done by. I left simple instructions to leave my keys in the side door when I picked it up and it was not where I told them to leave them.Granite, I was continuously informed about the progress of my vehicle but it was very inconvenient and paid a fortunate in rental fees. Definitely will look else where next time.

Worse than being not on time was the fact that I had TOLD the service manager that I wanted to retain the the rear bumper, that was only slightly damaged, but then Carstar DISCARDED IT anyway. I am seeking compensation for this failure to abide by my directive, which I communicated in writing to Carstar when I dropped off the vehicle on September 20. Furthermore, this business really sucks at keeping their customers informed. More often than not, I had to call to get updates, despite being promised regular updates from this business. In short, use any other collision repair facility than this one. IMHO, it is all screwed up.

CARSTAR did a fantastic job helping me through the insurance process, even when insurance made the process difficult. They were professional and friendly and went above and beyond. I will definitely use them again if they need should arise! I highly recommend!!!

Super friendly and professional shop! We will always take our vehicles to CarStar in Wentzville! They are always on time and somehow it comes back to you looking better than original condition. They communicated throughout the process and the final wash and clean was so great being able to come back into a freshly detailed vehicle.

One photo pre repair from the scene of the accident. Another photo post repair, after picking up the vehicle. Difference, the post repair is on the front wheel. The pre repair photo is of the rear wheel. They say its not the same hub. The identical tear in the chrome is not probable on any two vehicles, impossible, in my humble opinion, on two different hubs on the same vehicle. Asked to see the pre inspection photos that they have. Still waiting. Its not about the money. I bought this part on my own. I would rather replace it myself, to insure it is done.

Amber is great and the repair shop did a excellent job. This is the second time I have been there and will be the only place I would take my vehicle for repairs.

Body care, there was an accident and they were used for auto body. I so enjoyed. The customer service was out standing and above any other . Everyone was Pleasant cheerful and nice. I would so recommend them for anyone and will be back myself.

They are great at communicating and do everything they can to make sure they get your car back to you quickly. I was shocked to find my car detailed on the inside too! Jon and his crew are the best. They took care of everything from start to finish, even the car rental. They arranged everything. When I pick my car it looked like it just came off the show room floor. I couldnt be happier. If you ever need body work done you would be crazy to go some where else.

They originally told me it would take upwards of two to two and a half weeks for parts alone, but they finished the work in a week and a half. They walked me through not only every step, but also were courteous and respectful. Would return for any damage or maintenance.

They were very helpful with helping me navigate through the estimate and eventually claim of total loss when my car was hit by a deer. Thank you for explaining things thoroughly and your advice. 10/10 for service.

The experience was very good. It’s obvious from the start that this is a well run business. The staff is very friendly and accommodating. They kept me informed of the progress on my repair and got it done quickly. I will recommend this company and use it again if I need car repair.

Went here for an estimate on a door ding. Sorry but theres a better place right down the street that does much better work for less money. This place just wants to steal your money.Edit: How cute someone decided to reply to my review. Cant take a little criticism I suppose.

I had a tree branch fall on a section of my brand new 2020 Expedition which could not just be popped out. The Carstar team was able to work with my insurance agency directly and made the process incredibly easy. They underpromised and over delivered on their time estimate and had my vehicle back to me within a week! They even called during the week to provide a status update. Took my vehicle here after I was rear ended with minor damage. The staff was great to work with and willing to help wherever needed. They assisted in getting the car rental setup and did a good job of keeping me updated through the process. Once I picked up my car it looked like it did a year and a half prior when I first purchased it. Very pleased.

Very friendly and professional staff and great customer service!! I appreciated receiving regularly calls from Crystal, keeping me updated on the status of my repair. Also when I picked up my vehicle, Crystal offered to take care of returning the rental for me, which was a pleasant surprise and a nice touch, of which I appreciate. The only “less than positive” feedback I have is that it took 3 1/2 weeks to complete the repair which seems long, although Crystal had notified me upfront that they were backlogged and that I could expect at least a couple of weeks for them to get to my vehicle, which I was okay with since my insurance included rental coverage. Also when I picked up my vehicle there were two very noticeable (but what turned out to be superficial) scratches on the vehicle that weren’t there before. However, when I pointed them out, their staff immediately responded without question and pulled my vehicle into the shop and to my satisfaction, they were able to buff out the marks and I was on my way within a short, 10-minute wait. I’m very pleased with the quality of the repair and my overall experience was a positive one!

One of my headlights was out on my Cadillac CTS, which unfortunately requires the bumper to be removed. They got me in right away, ordered the replacement bulb locally and it was repaired within an hour! Everyone I encou ntered was friendly and respectful. Very clean facility.

Having a wreck in my new car was bad enough, but worrying about how it would be fixed was a double worry. However, CarStar was the answer to all by worries. What a really WONDERFUL job they did. It was finished much sooner then I thought it would be. When I first saw it, I could not believe how absolutely new it looked. They even cleaned the inside. The girls at the front desk were so helpful and considerate of how awful I was feeling. When Nick called, he assured me that everything would be fixed as good as new. He explained all that needed to be done--and it was! This is the only place to take your car when it needs body work. I would give it more than five stars for anyone to see.
