This salon is FAB-U-LOUS! My daughter went in with nerves about getting a new style and Maddie and the rest of the wonderful ladies in the salon were just so amazing and so personable and fun her nerves went right out the window. The salon itself is very cute and the vibe is very fun and friendly. I can tell that they treat everyone that comes in like a true friend. I cannot say enough how happy my daughter is! We will definitely be back ❤

Love that this location allows the customers to choose if the do or do not have to wear a mask inside the building since st.Charles doesn’t currently have a mask mandate. Everyone there was very friendly and professional. Will definitely come back.

I just started getting my hair done at The Color Room last month and I am so impressed with my stylist Amanda! She colored my hair and made my hi lights look so much more natural. I also love the cut she gave me. It lays beautifully without a lot of effort. Amanda is so sweet and a joy to talk to. I would highly recommend her!

I have been going to Blair for the past 7 years at The Color Room! She does an amazing job on my cut/color every time. She is always sure to ask what style/color I want and then is able to deliver far beyond my expectations! I am one who likes to change my hair style/color often and she is always up for it whether I decide to go from long to short cut or blonde to dark and then back again. She is always up to date with trending styles and techniques and I know that every time I leave her chair I am looking and feeling my best! Blair is the best stylist I have been to by far.

I got a hydrafacial from Olivia, by far the most relaxing thing I have ever done for myself. My skin was glowing for a month. She was well versed in the procedure and did a fantastic job. She took my lifeless over processed brass blonde hair to the most perfect pale blonde I’ve ever been. Not to mention how easy she is to talk to. I wish I could get my hair done more often because I love seeing her.

Amanda did amazing with my hair! I had gotten it done before and really didn’t like it then tried to dye it myself at home. I am so thankful she did such a good job fixing my hair and helping my idea come to life.

I love this place. Ive served the staff here from a nearby restuarant and they have always been kind to my staff and me. Today was my first time as a client and I couldnt be more pleased. From a single photo Jessica reproduced the exact rich and vibrant color almost effortlessly. From there she adjusted the application to better hide my new growth because I dont color as often. She answered all my questions, helped me create a new hair care plan specific to my needs, and reviewed products with me without pressuring me to spend more than I wanted. I have had hair and skin treatments at the Color Room and loved every experience. Jessica recently did my hair and made 2 suggestions and they transformed my look!The facials and Dermaplane treatments, again, have transformed my skin and made it look healthy and less blotchy.

I loved the color of my hair for the first two weeks after it was dyed, but the color only lasted just over three weeks. I called the store about 10 days after my appointment to tell them a lot of the color was washing out and THAT was when I was given information that I would have appreciated during the consultation Id had over a month prior to my appointment; that semi-permanent dye was likely to be used, that semi-permanent dye completely washes out in about six weeks and that red fades faster than most colors. It is what it is. They cant force semi permanent dye to last forever, and I did appreciate that the manager who called me back and explained all of this to me was very professional and informative. I just would have liked a heads up on these important details BEFORE I spent the money.I called back after some time passed to let them know that now less than a month later, my hair is back to brown; all the red is out. Their response was to have me come in and get my hair dyed again, and the woman on the phone said she couldnt tell me up front how much it would cost.No thank you.

If you need some pampering this is a good place to start. Previously I was going to Hair World but decided I could do better and found it a block away. Warm towels, hand massages, delicious Aveda scents on top of precision hair cuts and vibrant colors. The place is clean, there is always someone to greet you, no phones going off, or dirt and or hair accumulating on the floor or shelves. The place is classy, and prices are average for the area.They also do facials and laser, and sell a high end skin care and makeup line—spa quality. I currently use the skin care and it has made a difference in my face.

Much needed relaxing afternoon! I had my eyebrows waxed by Hailey. She is sweet and very helpful. Then I had my hair foiled, condition treatment and trim by Katie and love my hair!!! I had a great time just chit chatting with Katie. I will definitely be back!

First off I wanna say I NEVER write reviews! Even when I have the worst experience ever I just don’t. BUT I have to write a review for my hairstylist KATE! She’s amazing and I’ve only been to her once! Today was my second time meeting her and the first was my consultation for my color appointment! She was 100% honest with me from the start and seriously the sweetest ever! I came in brunette with old highlights that were super brassy and hair that did not blend! I hated my hair and really always have! I showed Kate a beautiful “goals” picture that was pretty blonde with a beautiful shadow root! Well Kate felt confident with my hair and her talent we could achieve my goal in one visit! Let me say I’ve heard that probably 1000 times before and no one ever delivers and the excuses we’re getting old! Well Kate delivered and went above and beyond! My hair looks AMAZING! Not only did she do an amazing job getting me blonde safely and on the first time, she has amazing chair side manor! She’s funny, personable and all around a good person! I just met her but feel like I’ve been going to her for years! Honestly all the girls were amazing and nice! If I were rich I would have tipped Kate 100%!! Also my husband loves my hair which has never happened! I can’t wait for my next appointment and to continue to be her client! Thank you Kate you killed it!!!

Ive been down here for 3 or 4 years now. Other than the fact of my hairdresser quitting to be a stay-at-home mother and having to get a different one I have had no problems.

My hair was a mess when I came in. I saw kaylee and she took her time making sure my hair was exactly what I wanted before I left. I havent been this in love with my hair in years, and I couldnt be happier with my experience.

I went to get a Hydrafacial after seeing such amazing results online. I should have researched this place more because after my facial I looked up reviews and I only found one mentioning the Hydrafacial and they had a similar experience as me. The process was relaxing and not painful but once I left I noticed no difference in my pores and blackheads. My face was just shiny from the serums she applied. She also convinced me to add on a stronger peel during the process to give better results. I have had peels in the past and know what they feel like, this one didn’t even tingle, so I felt it wasn’t worth the extra money especially since I saw no results. I know one facial wouldn’t clear all my pores but I feel like I should have noticed a difference. It was not worth the time and money for me.

Th os place has terrible service. I had been going here since they opened, yet, this year I had made my appointment in advance as I always do. I showed up 20minutes early, but had to wait 30minutes after my appointment was suppose to begin. Once the stylist called me over, she asked what I wanted, and I showed her a picture of the particial highlights that I had gotten the year before. She then said shed make a not that I want highlights and then told me to make another appointment because she didnt have time for me. Which whe. I made the appointment, I had told the front desk what I wanted done. After driving 45minutes to get there, and another 45minutes to get home after being turned away, I will never go here again.

I ask for 1 color ended up getting a dark color around my face that then blended into the color I ask for. They never returned my phone call. I had ask they not brush my wet hair. Which they did pulling unnecessary tangled hair out.Very disappointed and will not be going back.
