Staff was super friendly and they have a great supply of products for me and my skin allergies. Will be buying my products from here over Amazon from now on. They let you sample everything and see if you like it.

I went in to grab a few things and look around. The workers would NOT leave me alone! A billion different ones kept coming up to me every five seconds asking if I was okay or if I needed anything! Asking once was fine but it got so frustrating I couldn’t shop in peace. I spend a lot of money on good products and this did not make me want to give any more of my business they made me feel so uncomfortable.

Darcy was amazing!! She helped my friend pick out great products and really helped explained the purpose of each of them and how to use it! Definitely went above and beyond, this is what excellent customer service is about. Even when she was helping us out, she also made sure other customers were greeted and taken care of at the check out as well. Definitely will be back to get my makeup products updated!

Worst ulta i’ve ever had the misfortune of encountering. every worker was incredibly pushy snd rude. left without buying anything I felt so uncomfortable. the bathroom smelled worse than a gas station restroom. made me want to gag. DO NOT SHOP HERE!

Will be switching to a different beauty supply store after the HORRIBLE customer service received from Ulta. The last two shipments from Ulta I’ve received have had broken products. This time BOTH items in the shipment were broken when I received them. I purchased the Tula resurfacing gel and the NYX lip shine. The cap was broken on the Tula gel and the NYX lipstick was broken from the lid. I was told I could exchange the Tula product but would have to pay full price and couldn’t not receive a new product at the 50% I paid. The lip stick was ordered for my reception on Saturday and they had no way of replacing it before then. Very frustrating to receive products broken due to poor packaging and then be told in order to replace I would have to pay more.

The hours on the store said till 9pm and the website said till 7 they had all sort of mask papers on the door also guidelines if not feeling well I feel like they should maybe change the hours or at least put up a sign about them as big as the rest of the signs.

The staff was not that great. I feel like they hover and push products onto the customers. Also $24.00 for a eyeshadow is stupid

The salon staff and manager are absolutely amazinggg! Rebecca did my hair an she is so detailed oriented took her time to listen to what i wanted an the results were mind blowing! The salon staff made me feel so welcomed an at ease it was a great first time experience, im definitely coming back! Plus the manager of the salon was so supportive an helpful during my 6 hour hair transformation.
