Really nice phones for great prices. Been going there for 2 years and Jason (the manager) has helped out with the 4 or 5 iphones i broke and gave me a great deal to either fix or sell me a new one. Definitly my go-to for cellular services.

Worst place I have ever been. I just wanted to ask the man a question with my 9 year old present and he was vulgar and unkind. I asked him why he was being so hostile and he said he doesnt like being asked questions without a purchase. Couldnt believe my ears. I have heard complaints before but I didnt think it would be that bad. I am filing a formal complaint. Please try not to bring your business there,he doesnt deserve it.

PROCOMM/BUDGET MOBILE is a deceptive business. Really, $52.80 for a SIM card and the $19 plan. What exactly is the $25 set up? When I questioned the Procomm employee about the $25 set up, he told me it was for an additional month of Ultra Mobile service - current month and the month after. That was a lie, I only got one month of service. If the Procomm employee charged me an activation fee then he did it deceptively because he told me that there are no activation fees when I had specifically asked him if there are any activation fees. What a way to make a quick and easy $25 deceptively.
