Came for an upgrade was very helpful got me hooked up fast with new phone great prive come visit and I forgot to add they had the phone that I wanted that other locations didnt have they seem to be very stocked up and ready for service

Best store Ive been too

I went to this location to upgrade my phone and the 1st gentlemen I came in contact with did not set up mt phone correctly which caused me to have to make ANOTHER trip to the store just so someone else can fix my phone. Which means my whole phone had to be wiped out as new. I was so disappointed because it took me forever just to get all my old stuff from my prior phone to my new phone just to have to do it all over again.

The owner will rip you off. First off he took almost 2 hours to get my phones activated. During that time he kept taking other customers. Then he was going to give a discount on his activation fee ( thats right they dont have to charge a fee but they want to make extra money) in return for taking our higher costing phones ( so he can sell them for profit). Then he says i can give you a phone case 3 free cases....yeah $3 phone case. When I went to metro activation fee was 15 and i got three phones cases with free screen protector. On top of that another boost mobile on 76th and Oklahoma was more then helpful and will waive the activation fee. I would recommend anyone to go there instead. Lastly to top it off when I went to talk about his rip off behavior and get my phones back he had tbe nerve to not even care or try to make it right he ask for another $20!

The lady was helping me out at the stars very nice the services was good with her but the manager behind the counter had a different story he said she took too long with me trying to show me how to use the phone I share with him I have a disability and took me more time then others I sure with them I had a disability he started arguing with me about it it aint just selling a phone to the public its acting show you actually how to work it to and I started arguing with them too I try to share my disability but he didnt understand at first this is my story then we apologize to each other
