I have never written a review but my experience was so horrible, I feel it would be the right thing to do so others are not taken (and possibly put in danger), like I was. First I was told the Apple watch I was purchasing was only $100 due to a promotion and trading in my old iPhone X but then when the bill came, I found out the $100 was only a down payment for the $529 watch. At the time of sale, I wasnt super hyped about adding $10/ per month extra line but the store manager, Brooks, told me to try it for the watch was only $100...its a great deal. In fact he would give me three free months for the additional line...whata guy! I would have never bought that watch for $529! For crying out loud, I was nervous about the $10 a month line...and Brooks knew that! Brooks sold the watch completely understand FASLE pretenses...period! As for the danger part, I traded in my old iPhone X. Two weeks later I received an email stating my Apple ID was locked due to security reasons. I clicked on the link, filled out minimum info but stopped when the email was asking for my social security number. I knew something wasnt right, went to my phone settings and sure enough, my old recently traded in iPhone X was on my Apple ID. I took screen shots showing this and looked up the serial number, proving the old device was still on my Apple ID. My old device WAS NOT wiped clean and someone was trying to steal my social security number through my Apple ID. I do not feel safe with dealing with this store and the employees that work there. I will be contacting T-Mobile corporate to show my screen shots and to express my safety concerns.******UPDATED***********UPDATED******************I would like to post an update from my previous review. The area manager, Justin, was awesome because he took the time to care and resolve my Apple Watch issues. As for the Apple ID locked email and social security number issue, Justin also took the time to review the video from the store on the day I traded in my phone and assured me the proper steps were taken by the employees to wipe the old phone and that phone was properly sent to T-Mobile’s distribution center in Texas. Finally, Justin is following through with managers in Texas to make sure everything ran properly on that end. Justin truly cared about my safety concerns and I now believe all bases are covered. Thank you, Justin.

I never write reviews, but my experience at this T-mobile was horrible. A gentleman by the name of Daniel Bolka asked me how he could help. I asked him information in regards to a hotspot. I explained that I will be working remotely for a call center, his response was, you should go to Spectrum they are cheaper. I explained to him that some times I will not be home and thats why I was looking into the hotspot. He responded if you dont get good services its not going to work. At that time I realized that he wasnt having a good day so I asked him for his name, he replied Danny.Giving him some time to cool down, I walk towards the iphones to take a look. I asked him for his assistance on iphones, he provided me with the difference models. I then excused myself to make a phone call to ask a friend for the type of iphone model they had. When I hung up, Daniel Bolka asked me why I wanted to switch to iphone. I said all my children and my boyfriend have a iphones so I want to be within the family and his respond was, if they jump off a cliff you are going to do it to? I felt embarrassed and I told him I like the quality of the pictures the iphone provides. He replied you should do your homework in regards to iphones and then make a decision... I told him I will do that and left.I went in person to T-Mobile to get information on a hotspot and iphones, not to be treated as if I was a bother and to be embarrassed.

A good selection of phones and tablets. They do have phone proctors but limited choices by enough for the type of phone you buy. The staff there are very awesome and and very knowledgeable. They can help you out if you have any questions.

I used T-Mobile as my cell phone provider for many years. I chise pre-paid plans, they were cheaper than the monthly options that they had. Reception in the area was good, some times when I would travel there were issues, not too bad. My problem comes in when I was switching plans... the guys in the shop couldnt help they just took up my time and caused me more frustration. I ended up taking care of it over the phone myself, ugh.

Had an AWFUL experience at another store so came to this one to get my issues resolved. They are great when it comes to selling you something but absolutely suck when it comes to following through with things they promise. Its obvious all the employees are cut from the same cloth. Theyre all about the sell sell sell, but then screw you when you actually need service. A complete bunch of LIARS! Im so disgusted that I didnt switch carriers when I had the chance. Run fast and run far from T-Mobile!

Absolutely terrible!!! I went in JUST TO SEE HOW MUCH IT WOULD COST TO SWITCH from ATT to T-Mobile. They ended up signing me up to a plan without my consent, and now I’m constantly getting bills and having to call customer service because nothing’s being fixed. I don’t have a phone from them, and I’m not using their service. Absolutely, 100% do NOT recommend this store.

My phone had stopped working out of nowhere so I went in to this location to see what was going on. The employees didnt even look at my phone when I told them the problem. I couldnt remember if I had insurance on the phone so they looked up my account and told me there was nothing they could do and then tried to sell me a $750 dollar phone. I obviously, didnt want to have to pay for a brand new phone on top of a phone that is defective. One employee was watching videos on his phone during my visit, which I find to be unprofessional. Went to a different location (Mayfair Mall), that actually gave me the time of day and found out I actually did have insurance and could replace the phone for $5 under warranty. Good thing I didnt buy a new phone! Im upset because I dont feel like the employees even tried to help me out.

This store used to be amazing and I gave it 5 stars. Then DeAndre left (or at least I havent seen him lately) and it has gone down the drain. My last 2 visits they added insurance to a phone that I purchased without asking me if I wanted insurance on it. And they added a data line to a line that I had not used for a year without my knowledge. Luckily the 1-800 number (after 30mins) was able to fix the issues caused by the scumbags that work at this store now.
