This is my new favorite Cafe! The bakery is amazing (made in house), the coffee (Stone Creek) is great and you need to try the breakfast bun - its delicious! The Pork Bun and Roast Beef sandwich are also lovely. I tried a Buffalo chicken bun, which was a special, my first time there and I really wish I could get it again. The staff is super friendly (they already know our names), plenty of parking and easy to get to, plus within walking distance of MOWA and the River Walk. Highly recommend.

I bought an iced smores latte. I was very excited to try it..Staff wasnt very friendly... Kind of a weird vibe honestly...And drink was warm with melted ice.. Not good at all! :(I did however get a enjoy the chocolate chip cookies they sell.

So today at work my boss came back from his lunch break talking about how amazing both the staff and the roast beef sandwich he had was. It made me really curious about this place that until that point I hadn’t heard of. So I took my lunch and drove over to this place and ordered the roast beef and oh my lord! ITS FANTASTIC!I highly recommend this place and the the roast beef! I’ll be back to try more things on their menu real soon!

Cute cafe with great food. We love the Peanut Butter Acai bowl, the Toffee nut bar is unique and delicious, and the Pork Bun (with the BBQ cooked inside the bun) is awesome and different. Also the Roast Beef sandwich is good as well.

I should have written a review of this fantastic cafe long ago because I really enjoy it so much.Charming place, wonderful decor, talented bakers, creative and capable baristas, tasty food and an all-around welcoming feeling every time I step inside to enjoy whatever they have to offer.I highly recommend Cafe Floriana for drinks, sweet treats and tasty and creative sandwiches.Yum!

Great staff - always friendly! Coffee was good, but the standout is definitely the breakfast sandwiches, egg dishes and bakery! Would recommend for anyone looking for a good local spot for breakfast.

Awesome experience this morning at Cafe Floriana, I had a large order and Loved the convenience of ordering and paying right on line. I was even able to make special comments to each of my orders which were all taken into account. When I arrived for pick up all beverages were labeled and even placed in a box for easy transportation. I will only be coming here anytime I need to treat my office. Thanks for the great service and coffee!!

My interaction with the café was quite simple. I was a road-weary traveler from out of state looking for a decent cup of coffee. not only did I find it, I also got a delicious and affordable breakfast sandwich. the food was fast and good quality, and the brewed coffee was high quality, strong, and adequately hot for 130 pm.

Absolutely love this café, everything is made in house with fresh quality ingredients and SO delicious! The owner is there most each time we have visited and very helpful with knowing her ingredients and recommendations upon your taste buds.We stop in at least once a week for a treat and a drink, highly recommend this.

Extremely friendly staff, very clean, employees not wearing masks like chin diapers - all wearing them properly. Their home made bakery blows Starbucks out of the water,,, go and try them,,, you WONT be disappointed!!!

Did not realize that this is only a coffee shop. Not easy to find even with the GPS as it is buried within a very large apartment complex. Staff was quite busy talking to one another.

I had the most amazing lunch from here today! I placed an order online for pick up- I had never been before but have always wanted to try it out! I was greeted with happy and smiling faces immediately upon entry and the ladies were so kind!The taste and quality of everything I ordered went far above what one would expect. I had the caprese melt, an acai bowl, and an iced latte and my tastebuds are still exploding from how delicious everything was . I ate it way too fast because I just couldnt get enough! I will definitely be back! It will be hard for me to stay away whenever I come to West bend! Keep up the good work ladies!

A wonderful coffee and special breakfast or lunch stop near the Eisenbahn trail in West Bend. Try the daily special frittata or loaded oatmeal. They take traditional dishes up two notches for a great experience. Desert items are exceptional. Take a walk on the trail and plan a stop for brunch.

Fist couple times there the coffee was good however today it was Luke warm and didnt taste good...I had the light roast. My friends had the dark and they said the same thing. The owner and employees are all very friendly! The cafe is nice but it does get loud in there.

The service was excellent. I had the Caprese Sandwich. It was delicious. I also enjoyed a Beehive Latte. I had the apple hand pie at a previous visit. The crust was perfect and the filling delicious. I will definitely go there again.

I will definitely be going back. Best Chai Latte Ive had!! My daughter loved her smoothly and bagel bites. Cant wait to try more of the menu next time

I just stopped in for a gluten friendly Chunky Monkey cookie and it was the best decision Ive made all day. Wouldnt surprise me if it carries into tomorrow, since I have another. A+

It is a nice, clean, quite place serving hand-made food prepared on-site.Nitro Coffee is rich in flavor and foamy. I really enjoyed it with flourless, gluten free chocolate cake/brownie

Too much syrup, no coffee flavor. It was like drinking chocolate syrup from the bottle. Sandwiches were greasy and undercooked. They were luke-warm, and seasoned too heavily.

Good coffee, chocolate chip scone also was very good.

Everything I have had so far has been amazing!! Staff is very friendly!! Ill be back.

Great coffee and customer service! I’ve been here multiple times and have tried the chai latte, a few different mochas, the egg sandwich, the oatmeal, the frittata, and a few bites of their baked goods. Their chai latte is amazing! Their speciality creations are also fun to try as they’re always thinking up something cute to go with the season like an “Easter basket mocha” with a peep on top. Adorable and delicious!As a lactose intolerant coffee drinker, I also love that they have lots of alternative milk options.
