This location is always so sweet! (Just like the new drink that I tried today 😄) today around 12:30 I asked about the sweet cream cold brew. After she told me about it, I ordered the tall size. Once I got to the window, as I was holding my cash to pay, she said “don’t worry, this one’s on us! Just let us know how it is!” Totally made my day! And the drink tasted great! Just what I needed after a long workout 😃

Worst Starbucks in the area. This locations closes randomly whenever it feels like it. No warning, sign outside or information online what so ever. About 15 people were waiting in line at the drive thru for a very long time until someone(not an employee) walked around to let everyone know no one was inside. I have had this happen on numerous occasions at this location.

Smaller Starbucks, great to grab and go but can be a bit crowded

Didnt see the pink drink on the outdoor menu but asked if they could make it and they said no problem. Helpful, great price and they kept the long drive-thru line moving quickly. I really like how they have you insert the card into the machine instead of handling it.

Yummy as always. Tried the strawberry funnel cake coffee based and it is super yummy.

Typically pretty good. They can be bad at communicating when they are low on product. Got a refresher once that had no fruit and was pure water and another time that it had the fruit but no flavor.

Its Starbucks. If youre coming here to buy overpriced coffee to enjoy then just enjoy it and smile haha. Me and myself I love Starbucks

Always a pleasant experience. I didn’t clarify specifically how I wanted my drink and I wasn’t happy with it, they were so quick to offer me a new, corrected one without any hassle or questions. Always fast, always great customer service, fantastic cleanliness and adherence to pandemic guidelines and measures. It’s the only Starbucks we’ll go to in a 30 mile radius.

Really long drive through line so I went inside to order. I Waited inside for a long time for a simple order of a plain hot chocolate and a brownie. Great brownie and great salted caramel hot chocolate.

Its Starbucks...my wife loves it so thats why I go there...lol...im just a coffee with cream type of guy....so I dont really feel the need to go there myself. Overall the times Ive been there, they have been excellent. Friendly staff and prompt service.

Went there on a Saturday. Yeah I know its busy, but I stood there for 10 minutes at the register and my presence wasnt even acknowledged. Myself and another customer walked out. Dont go here unless you like long lines and to be ignored.

Stood at the counter waiting for like 10 min before I was helped. At least 5 employees behind the counter refusing to acknowledge me. Wouldn’t recommend

If there are more than 2 cars in the drive thru, expect to be waiting in line for a half hour. Definitely don’t expect your drink to be made correctly, though. They always mess up stuff I order straight from the menu (no substitutes). The customer service is also hit or miss. Half the time they are rude or don’t say one word to you when you get up to the window. And on top of that they are constantly changing their hours!! Found out the hard way after waiting about 25 minutes in line only to get up to the ordering screen two minutes after they closed. Sometimes they just decide to close for a whole day with no reason or warning. What kind of business is this?? Can’t wait for the Starbucks on 18th and 33 to reopen. They are always super quick and make their drinks very well.

I can’t say how many times I have come to this store hoping that it’s gotten better, and every time I’m disappointed. How many times can I order a peach green tea lemonade and not get the peach? Asked for a bread warmed and got it cold, and my sandwich had no cheese. The drink issue is a common occurrence, while the food issue could maybe be due to multiple similar orders. But still. I’ll go out of my way to avoid this store.

I am a loyal Starbucks customer, but the West Bend Starbucks is the absolute worst! Every single coffee I order from this location is disgusting and nothing at all what its supposed to taste like! Any other Starbucks I go to always gets the order right and tastes like it should. I would HIGHLY suggest against this location - it is awful.

My chai latte was good, but their new sandwich I tried was terrible. It was burnt and very hard. Super greasy too, I threw it away. I know it was busy so I try to be a little understanding, but I threw 5$ away.

Too often I order food items ahead on mobile and then when I get there, they are out. Had happened several times at this location. And today they seemed upset that I asked for a refund. Going to stop visiting this one and use the other location on 18th.

Poor quality in everything they sell.

No one in drive thru, ordered a white chocolate mocha venti, server was polite and I gave a generous tip, only to find out, after leaving the area, my cup was barely filled over half way. Starbucks is pretty pricey and then you barely get half your cup filled. Last time I stop at this Starbucks.

Visiting this Starbucks has inspired me to start making my own coffee from now on. Wow.

Not only was my drink awful, the two brown haired gals at the drive thru were so rude it’s unbelievable. Especially the overweight one with the face mask.

The cashier rushed while placing the order! I will say though after it all, she was apologetic at the close of the sale without even mentioning there was frustration! Good job

Slow service.Other customers, please utilize courtesy and common sense when waiting in the drive through line. If you line up in front of the other businesses and cars parked, you block people from leaving or entering their parking spots. There is a double painted line going in the other direction to help you line up in the direction that doesn’t park you in front of anyone while you wait.It’s easy to line skip at this location, so I’m no longer wasting my time. I prefer the Starbucks on highway 33 in West Bend.

Take forever! Why is this one always so slow?

The employees lately seem only in one pace, turtle slow. Always chatting on the headsets distracting the other employees from doing their job. Very disappointed with how this store has been managed for a couple of months now. Thought it would get better but nothing has changed. No motivation to get you in and out. Even when you have a mobile order

I waited at the counter for 10 minutes before someone took my order..there were five employees behind the counter, yet all of them failed to notice me standing there? not acceptable! There were three cars in the drive through and i was the only one in line inside the store. Then i found myself waiting a additional 10 minutes while i waited for them to make my coffee. there was one employee making drinks and one at the window while the other three did who knows what. not to mention the one making all the drinks(from what i saw and heard, was new) After i waited a whole 20 minutes for one simple drink...they ended up not giving me what i had asked for. Which then made me late for work and very very angry. needless to say i hope the new dunkin donuts runs you guys out of business.

Just a friendly and patient Starbucks! ALWAYS busy but we just know going in and go with it. For as busy as they are, the customer service is pretty on point.

My drink was perfect but when I went to order a cheese danish there were fruit flies all in the case and on the danish, so I asked for one that was still sealed in the package and they said they didnt have anymore.. kind of ruined my experience there but I enjoyed my drink however.

Today I waited 15 minutes with 4 cars in front of me. When I got to the window I received no greeting, no would you like a receipt, just an arrogant attitude from a guy who handed me my drink and said youre all set! I replied youre welcome and drove away. Where is the customer service? Need some retraining and an attitude adjustment!

You sit and wait forever for your drink to be made and i paid for extra espresso and it definitely doesnt taste like its in there. The starbucks on 33 is SO much better. Very disappointed every time i come to this one.

I end up going here more often than Id like because its the only coffee place on the way to my work. It is mediocre coffee for a high price. I usually thought the baristas to be friendly and courteous. Maybe its because theyre usually better about holding off any rude comments until the customer has actually driven off, unlike today.

Love this Starbucks. Sometimes I go in, sometimes I drive through. Either way it always goes well. Fast service, clean bathrooms, great food and drinks! Yum.

Wonderful coffee

Cream container empty, no raw sugar.Need to keep tea selection stocked customer ahead of me expected and couldnt get it.Simple items need to treat inside store with same service as drive up. These issues are not just this store but are universal for most stores visited....taking time to say it now.

Nice service in the Age of COVID

Ever since the new location opened on Hwy 33, this location has gone downhill!! So incredibly slow! The drive through this morning was a 15 min wait, with 3 cars in front of me!

I personally had a great experience but the people in front of me had their order messed up. The cashier was great and fixing the situation. The coworker who had to fix the drink order negatively put down the cashier in front of everyone. I believe the employees need to show respect to customers and fellow coworkers

We just went this morning sep/21/19. There was a fly in the container where they keep their bakery edibles. Thus, we talked to the manager and let him know about this nasty situation he however did not fix the problem. They started serving people from the same container even though we notified the manager. We will contact the customer service and let them handle this situation.

Nitro was flat and the drive through line is always super long.

Inconsistent service. If theyre having a great day the service and drinks are great. If theyre rushed or not having a great day, you can tell by the poor/rude service and garbage they pour into a cup.

Very disappointed. Used to work here about 6 months ago. Everyone seemed unhappy and that’s not the normal Starbucks I know. The store manager was talking bad about customers giving them trouble to other customers.. definitely not allowed, and not ok under any circumstances. DT going faster than cafe per usual.

I go to the other Starbucks off of 33 typically. At least three times a week. Went to this one today...never again. The same thing I always get (a triple white chocolate mocha venti size) tastes horribly burnt. I can’t even drink it. When I called all they said was, sorry about that. You would think when you’re paying a super inflated price to a company that makes millions a day, you would at least get a credit. Just go to Dunn Brothers down the road...don’t waste your time or disappoint your taste buds.

Went last sunday and had 2 Venti White chocolate mochas. Theys tased burnt and watered down. Chalked it up to a bad time. Teied again tonight same thing. It was horrible!. Trying the one in 33 tomorrow....hope its better

Use to love this store but my drink keeps getting messed up and at almost $8 a drink it should be right more than its wrong they will remake if I drive all the way back there though! Usually nice people.... christine is a rockstar!

I personally never go here. Not trendy to follow the crowd and say I went to Starbucks, look at me holding my overpriced product. I however was given a gift card :/ Went there with my 3 year old son. First thing I asked is if they had a vegan option snack or treat for him. The cashier didnt know. Asked another employee. She said, Oh, a vegan option, like beef jerky? And laughed. Listen, seriously rude and insensitive. Its lack of service or kindness like that Id rather drink coffee in my own home. Not that I ever went before, but I for sure wIll never try this chain again. Kindness is free people. Choose to be kind.

The girl who waited on us was kind, polite and efficient. She shared with me that - that evening was the first time she was on her own as a new barista. I told her I thought she did a great job taking care of me.However, prior to us ordering our Dragon Fruit Mango drink, we were sitting in the cafe that Starbucks shares with Targets food cafe. A young woman visited another Starbucks employee (I am assuming she was a Starbucks employee for she was working in a room adjacent to the coffee counter) and the young woman was very eager to share, some what loudly I may add, a social media message with the Starbucks employee. As a patron of Target and Starbucks Cafe, I was very un-impressed and quite annoyed with the loud narration of the message. In my opinion, I believe social media, text messages, etc should not be shared while working or in-front of or near patrons, at the very least. I felt this situation was very unprofessional. Whether you are working at Starbucks, McDonalds, Macys or at the corporate office of US Bank, take pride in the work you perform, be aware of things you say and do, save your gossip and social media concerns for when youre off the clock and remember, your customers are very important to your business. Plus, you never know who your customers might be. As a young 20 - something year old, while working as a hotel front desk clerk, the guest I was waiting on was so impressed with my customer service skills and work ethic that he offered me a job running a division of his company.

Employees are incredibly friendly and helpful. One time I had to wait in the drive thru because the car ahead of me had a huge order so they gave me a gift card and my drink was free.

Really disappointing when you walk into a Starbucks when it’s not busy and of the four baristas working your order is taken wrong and made wrong so you over pay for your drink and when you say it’s made wrong you get a dirty look from the barista slamming the tea containers and remaking your drink. I’m a barista and really don’t appreciate being treated like that and I know other customers don’t either.
