This review is for the service department.It is not a pleasant experience with this service department this time.I had to send my working van on Monday because it needs an oil change, and I also asked them to check the van because one of the emergency light is on. They got back to me saying one of the sensor needs a replacement, the sensor will arrive and get done on Wednesday. I had receive a phone call on Wednesday morning and told me the van will be ready in noon. That is the last thing I heard from them. I stopped the shop on Thursday Friday and Saturday trying to pick up my van, no one there is able to find my key. I called the next Monday to the service guy to see what is going on. he said the part was never delivered to them.It is my working van, I would really appreciate if someone can give me a head up when the van needs to stay there longer than it was told to be. If someone can communicate to me that the part won’t be in next few days, I can at least take my van, do my work, and send it back whenever the part come in. But they don’t communicate, just let the van setting there.
