The amazing people at Paul Miller Honda of West Caldwell, New Jersey, have been a pleasure to deal with. From the purchase of a 2021 Honda Civic Hatchback Sport, to now my fourth scheduled maintenance, everyone at Paul Miller have been professional, friendly, and courteous in the extreme. Its such a nice thing to have both the original sales rep, sales manager, and service department managers address me by name, without me telling them who I am, just shows the level of sincere courtesy I have come to expect. Seeing as though I am in once every three months, coupled with the fact that they see tons of people every day, the fact that they remembered my name really says something. I recommend Paul Miller Honda of West Caldwell, New Jersey to anyone and everyone looking to buy a new or used Honda. To say they treat you right is the understatement of the year!
Service advisors are all very friendly, honest, and helpful, which is why I wish I could give more stars. But I waited four hours (versus the quoted 2-3) for my car and ended up late to work as a result. Once one of the technicians got to my car, the service itself didn’t take too long (about an hour and a half). They’re just short staffed so the wait was incredibly long. Just keep in mind before coming: you will get good service but it may take some time. Still, I appreciate the work that was done.
If I could, I would leave zero stars. Overbooking their maintenance service calendar by more than 2 hours today. I informed the intake associate of the time I needed to have my car service completed by at the very start of the intake process. He made no mention of there being any issue with my request. 2 hours later when I went to check that my car would be finished at the agreed upon time, I found out that my car hadnt even been taken in for servicing yet. I was on premises the entire time and not once was I made aware of this extensive delay. I leased my car from this dealership, but that makes absolutely no difference at Paul Miller Honda. Save your time, energy, money and sanity by going anywhere else.
Taz was great to work with, he kept the transaction simple and listened closely to my requests and concerns. He was professional through the entire transaction, I never felt uncomfortable or like I was Just taking up his time. I also have to give a shout out to Victor the finance guy who did challenge some of my decisions but in the end accepted my explanations and did not pressure me to take something I did not want.Overall the team at Paul Miller Honda are professional, do not pressure you to make the sale, and make you feel welcomed. I highly recommend. So what did I buy?...A 2018 Black Edition Subaru Forester which I later learned was a limited edition for Subarus 50yr anniversary that also includes a few features found on the Limited Trim for that year. Love it.
Dont ever get your car serviced here.I dropped my car at 10 am in the morning and asked humbly if I can pick the car at around 2.30-3 as I have to pick my daughter from daycare. I was told they are extremely short-staffed (not a new problem-since pandemic) and will be hard but they will try.#There was a another specialist who mentioned regarding the shuttle (as if they are favoring me ) and asked me the car will be ready if I take shuttle .( now on shortage of technician)#Called at 2.30 and specialist said car is still in queue. I thought of canceling but due the day was alreadt waisted I kept it going .# kept calling after 3 to schedule my shuttle but no one picked neithee returned my call based on voicemail .# Took cab from home and finally went to Honda. Now at 4 the car has just started service and will take another half and hour#Spoke to manager and mentioned everything, he offered me some credit but still does not make me happy.Finally got it at 4.55 and that to without doing the multipoint inspection.
Your car is important to you. You use it for work and for play. We are all dependent on our cars for everything from grocery shopping to taking us to our kids graduations.When our cars require repair, we need a place we can trust to do a good job and return them to us ready to take us to wherever it is that we must get to next.You can reliably depend on this dealership to do a good job for you and when they fix your car, it will be fixed! You wont have to bring it back...
Terrible. They are price gouging here. I went to buy an Accord, cash, no haggling, and the sales manager drops a additional $5,000 surcharge on the total price of the car, over MSRP with no warning. Im very well off. I could buy 30 of Paul Millers most expensive cars. Today. The principle of what they are doing, profiteering in a market shortage, is not the business that I do. In fact, I was buying the car for an employee as a gift because a flood totaled her car.I understand floods and covid and other acts of God, but the Paul Miller Caldwell manager, the guy who looks like Mr. Burns from the Simpsons, chose a policy ofprice gouging for an extra, pitiful $5000, while not being willing to explain it, instead threatening Ill sell that car tomorrow! the manager of that branch, just taught the entire team how NOT to sell a car today. The manager lost the sale for his salesman. Because I could have been a customer for life, for that entire branch, hes now not only lost a customer for life not just for him, but for all Paul Miller locations. Whoever does buy the car tomorrow will not be as well off as I am. However, they will be forced to accept price gouging. I will never step foot in a Paul Miller brand building ever again, because in times of great distress for so many people, Paul Miller turns to profiting off misery and the misfortune of others with price gouging.
It was very a pleasant experience and Jose was very helpful. We had a lot of questions which Jose very patiently answered. Also we had a special situation which we needed an extra car temporarily, Jose arranged to have it delivered to our house personally by him. He also he spent a lot of time working with us on how to use the new functions in our new car.
I liked Paul Miller Honda of West Caldwell. They were very informative and prompt. Daniel Zamora was an excellent service advisor. I would definitely recommend this dealer to anyone I know. The 1st time and it was excellent.
Were in the market for a new vehicle. Went in found exactly what we wanted and then they mark it up almost $7,500! Thats 17%!!And when we said okay were leaving, they said how can we make this right? We said give it to us for MSRP and they said nope cant do it cuz the chip shortage. Okay well be back after the chip shortage is taken care of.They called me a few days later....my answer hasnt changed!
Ive purchased my last 3 cars (every 10 - 12 years) from Paul Miller Honda. Ive been very satisfied with the way they run their operation. The salespeople are friendly (of course) and knowledgeable.The service department is just fine, too. I cant really critique the mechanics because the cars are built so reliable, I havent had anything unobvious go wrong. I can say they are great at maintenance & service recalls.All in all, theyve treated me well and I feel no need to shop around. They even shopped around for me when I was looking for a specific color. 2 hours later, they had the car.
Domenec was amazing he took care of me especially without charging me a ton for the service.He was transparent with me, communicated with me upfront, and make the entire experience of having an exploded tire, quite enjoyable.Thank again for giving great service, and I would recommend this dealership to anyone!
While dropping off the car, after hours, there was no envelope in the drop off box for the keys. Just sheets of paper.Called next day to follow-up, but the service agent said they will call back. But no one returned the call.Once able to get them on line told them about one light not working. During the after service call they said there was nothing wrong with the light. But when the car was picked up the light was out, If something so obvious was not checked not sure what was not checked inside the car.
Although I love my Honda, I scheduled an appointment for servicing and was told at check in that it would take a while. I expected a couple of hours, but after 3 hrs I checked on my car and they were just bringing it in for servicing. I asked if it would be done within a hour and was told it might be longer. Since I couldnt wait that long, I was given my car back and was told they were short on help and the problems in world. I think they need a new service manager.
I have had my Honda serviced by Paul Miller of West Caldwell and I find them to be the best that I have ever dealt with and I recommend them highly.
The salesman and sales process was great however, we paid plates doc over $300 plus sales taxes as we live in NY so that we can get our plates mail to us. We got temporary plates and were told you will receive your plates 2-3 weeks. We called 3+ weeks since we had no plates and were told there were delays and should have them soon. 5 weeks in with expired temporary plates nothing... called again and were told the clerk was working on it and not to worry. 6 weeks plus and still no plates. Called again now upset because we cant move the car in NY and we were told the old clerk was backed up and this should be corrected. This is ridiculous... I bought the car with the purpose of commuting and now I will either drive a car with expired plates or my commute gets insane! This is Irresponsible, misleading as we were very clear and kept following with them. I still dont have plates or an answer when Im getting them.Unacceptable!
Just in a few words. Worst experience ever. I agreed to a certain price they put forward. And then they flipped it around saying someone else made an offer of 8,500 down paying 429 a month that day. I had my wife called two days later and they said the sell fell through. Indicating they did not have no other buyer. They tried to rip me off of 8,500 dollars with 429 a month. Stay away from this dealer
Domenic T was the best!!! He was honest and helpful. I was able to have my car serviced in what I thought was a reasonable amount of time, yet Domenic still apologized for the wait. I’ll be using Paul Miller Honda from now on.
Dominic is always great to work with and very friendly. He was nice enough to squeeze an additional oil change in for us for my fiancé’s car on the same day as my original oil change. Definitely recommend coming here.

I scheduled service for my Honda Fit through the Paul Miller website for an oil change/tire rotation, a concern over a check engine light related to the transmission, and a concern over extra cranking during cold starts. The car was dropped off early Thursday morning and I confirmed the services with the advisor and was told to expect text message updates. No messages through Friday so I stopped by and was told it was still being looked at but they would contact me. On Saturday I received a call saying they finally looked at the car and the part needed would be in Monday and confirming the work to be done. On Monday service called and said the car was ready. I picked up the car and drove off but at the first chance I checked the service minder and found the oil service reminder had not been reset. I called back but the service person that answered did not know how to reset the interval reminder and transferred me to an advisor. There was no answer.Communication should have been better and little things like not resetting the service interval reminder makes me worry about how well the service work was performed. I realize there are staff shortages everywhere but even a once daily update would have been helpful.
I am so happy and pleased with my new Honda thanks to Joel and Ronald. I’ve been shopping around for a new Honda since my lease is ending. Paul Miller West Caldwell was my last place to look. Thanks to them for making this process a bit smoother today #happycustomer

I just returned from Paul Miller for my first oil change for my 2021 CR-V. I made an appointment for 12 PM and arrived promptly. I was told by the advisor that service is running 2 hours, even with appointments. Now I fully expected some waiting time (15 mins or so) as I understand that things happen and there are others before me. However, this staffing shortage was not stated on their website. In fact, they allow you to schedule appointments in 15 minute increments. If they know that they are short staffed, maybe they should only schedule in 30 or 60 minute intervals in order to keep things moving in a timely fashion. While I was in the waiting area, I chatted with at least 5 others who were experiencing the same thing after scheduling online. One woman had been there 2.5 hours for an oil change....another over 3 for an oil change. They also DO NOT have loaner cars available despite what is listed on their site. One gentleman inquired and was told no. If you have a minor issue, find a reasonable local mechanic and skip the aggravation. They did perform the service as requested but I wont return to this location anytime soon.
They apparently don’t care about their reputation at all. I was shocked to be taken advantage of by their finance person because I thought Paul Miller was a trusted name in car dealerships. I was promised something that I never got but of course I have no proof of this so too bad for me. I’ve been leasing my cars from here since before Paul Miller owned it and I never had this problem before. Next car will probably be my first non-Honda in 15 years since I hear this about every Honda dealership in this area.
I had an appointment but still had to wait 1 hour 30 min but then the power went off and my car got stuck up on the lift. The manager was really helpful and was going to send me home with their shuttle service but then the power went back on. They are really helpful at this Honda but the wait is too long.

Returning customer. Lost our car to the flood, and the estimate we got for a down payment and monthly payment was just insane. I’d give one star if the sales rep wasn’t super nice and understanding. However the manager not so much. Will be taking business elsewhere, and it’s a shame especially after being a 2x returning customer.

This visit was different than the previous one, The sales wanted to mislead me with the required repairs and they told me the code will remain on the screen to push me for the repair, although i was willing to pay for the service but when i felt I am being mislead, decided not to and to do it some where else, and after requested repairs were done, I requested a full report they said the printer is malfunctioning! And refused to do the recall for my car while i was there, saying they are too busy! although i booked my appointment a week ago and stated clearly that i will need this recall to be done.I am giving 2 stars for the service tech that worked on my car and the nice people i met there, my experience with sales that day will make me change my Honda service dealer as they were unprofessional.

Customer service is not to be found at this location, which is pretty sad because I had ok buying experience. All they had to do was provide the registration. No plates are needed. Its almost 2mos now with no registration. Calling the dealership to get answers is like musical phone chairs. I now have to make a personal trip to this dealership to get answers. This is seriously killing, Im really upset I had to write this horrible review....

As always, service was efficient. The service rep, Morgan was kind enough to offer me a discount of 10% as a 4 time Pilot customer. I enjoyed the waiting area and was able to get work done in a comfortable environment.
I have not seen such a worst dealership, no customer empathy at all. I was there for a A service and told it takes 1-2 hrs while booking appt and when I was there after 1:45 hrs vehicle is still outside and service advisor told it may take more than another hour. Service personnel say the same thing to coming appointments as well instead of saying it takes 4 hrs as its already been the case and ask customers to wait for 4 hrs in dealership and does not offer any LOANER as well.this dealership gives LOANERS only if its a major repair and need to keep vehicle for 3 days or more. I have not had such a response in 15 yrs from a dealership ( Had Mercedes, never heard no loaner), got Honda as second vehicle first time and worst experience with Honda, i even provided same feedback to dealership.Looking for a different dealership...recommend customers to ignore.I called quite number of times to below number and nobody answered when selected option 0 .

Stopped in yesterday and was met by Jean, who was eager to help us. We expressed interested in a Jeep that was listed on the website as used, and asked if we could see. After watching the salesman go back and forth and have non-work related conversations with co-workers, it seemed after 30 minutes he was able to finally find the keys and pull the vehicle up. Upon further inspection the vehicle has numerous flaws that ended up shifting our focus towards a Honda Civic Sport (having purchased here 2 years prior, the Civic would be a no brainer for reliability).After another 20 minutes Jean, who seems to have more conversations with co-workers was able to finally find the keys for the Civic, and pulled it up for us to test drive. After test driving the car, my spouse fell in love with it, and we were ready to begin negotiations.Jean asked what we would like to get out the door at, and we replied 24k, with the sticker price of the car being 24500. Jean replied “let me check if I can do that for you today”. After a lengthy 10 minutes, Jean finally returns with his sales manager who is staring at us like we have eyes coming out the top of our head. He replies “who is giving you these numbers that you think you can get out the door at this? All of our cars are going for $10,000 plus MSRP currently”.At this point we stopped paying attention the man and stated we would look else where. If you cars are listed at sticker price, then you should be charging sticker price, not charging sticker price + 10,000 as this is a scammy way to get people in the door, and an extreme case of false advertising.As previously stated, my previous purchase of a 2017 Honda Civic EX-T with Newton in 2019 was a pleasant experience, this time, not so much. I will not be returning to Paul Miller again, after their scammy practices.

Brian was very helpful in resolving the outstanding recalls on our Odyssey. He had me checked in, settled in my loaner, and out the door quickly. Service was completed in a timely manner, and they performed a courtesy multi-point check while completing the recalls.Also always appreciate working with Morgan at the service desk. Top notch team!
Service team is okay - communication is acceptable, mostly friendly, prices are fair.Sales team is horrible - dismal communication, set an appointment to sell a car, when we arrived, they said they didnt want it. Why have us drive all the way there just to say they didnt want it without even looking at the car? Should have just asked us questions over the phone and told us their decision so we dont waste 1.5+ hours of our time. Also stereotypical salesperson atmosphere & vibes (rude, arrogant, etc). Just buy/sell/trade cars online...
They keep the cars on the website even though the car has been sold. MAKING YOU WASTE TIME. I came here from an hour away to look for a car that was supposed to be here, when j got here. The story was that the car was just bought 3 hours before then I asked for 3 different vehicles and one was sold in the moment to another person and the other 2 vehicles. One of the associate had them driving it and they were off today, that they will return tomorrow. HORRIBLE WASTING TIME EXPERIENCE plus they had no interest of me looking at other vehicles. They just didn’t care of me leaving without an offer. No customer service at all.

Service rep Bryan was very helpful professional and efficient. Service technician as usual did a great job. Multi point inspection printed report with suggestions always a great tool in order to keep you well informed with your vehicles health and performance. I only go to Paul Miller unless I happen to need service on a trip away from home.

SCAM ARTISTS. Do not give these people your business. I have been trying to cancel an extended warranty I no longer need for 6 weeks. I have spoke to 3 different people and left 5 voicemails over this time period for both finance and sales and no one will help me. The General Sales Manager Robert Serritella told me that his empty showroom was too busy to handle my request when I went in person with filled out paperwork in hand to try to finally be done with this. I only needed a signature. He told me that “I could sit as long as I want but I was never going to talk to the finance manager” Alejandro who could resolve my issue. He told me he “wasn’t interested in listening to the warranty police”. I have put 3000 miles on my car since trying to cancel and still have no path to closure although it is well within my right to cancel my extended warranty at any time. Although I was told for the 3rd time that Alejandro in finance would call me Monday to get this resolved, I’m expecting more of the same dodgy, unprofessional behavior. I never thought I would be scammed by Honda Motors, but leave it up to Paul Miller Honda of West Caldwell. I’ll be reporting this fraudulent behavior to Honda Corporate, the BBB, Consumer Reports and the local news.

I am shocked to see Paul Miller Honda to be charging bogus fee’s such as a $995.00 Dealer prep fee that is not even disclosed on the contract that I have to sign. In the state of New Jersey if you cannot disclose the information on the contract! It is not legal. As I wonder if MR miller is aware of this business practice. Super disappointed!!!I had visited your showroom on (4/23/2021) for a test drive and really wanted to buy 2021 Honda CR-V Hybrid touring based on e-Price.For your information, I have driven around a 120 miles round trip with my baby to buy and make a deal.I am really disappointed by the sales person with whom I had discussed the car.At first, I was not given any details of the car like what is included in the car such technological packages, Features of the car.I am not confident the way salesperson had calculated (Out-Of-The-Price of the car) on a simple piece of paper, Please use a simple software like excel sheet to calculate Out-Of-the Road price.He just gave me a car and asked to have a test drive however i was not confident on what is included in this car.I had made up my mind to buy this car if a proper deal was discussed rather felt like just accept and buy what he gives me numbers or leave.I do understand there is a shortage of cars in the market but that doesnt mean customers are not priority to discuss.After driving 120 miles round trip with a baby to buy a car from you was my super wrong decision.

I never bring my car to a dealership for service because of my apprehension towards their pricing. That being said, I was extremely glad that I did.My early model Fit had a serious suspension problem that required parts that were unobtainable through the normal Honda distribution channels. Paul & his team in the service department took the time to find the parts, keep me informed of the repair status and they lowered the initial, quoted cost. In addition, they loaned me a practically new, 2020 Honda Insight for 2 weeks, and at no cost!I highly recommend Paul Miller Honda of West Caldwell. Their professionalism & customer service is excellent. They really helped me out and Im appreciative. Taking everything into consideration, the cost was very reasonable too! Thank you.

Considering we didn’t even lease our car from this dealership they were so quick to help us out in a really rough situation where we needed a vehicle as we have an infant and need to get to and from work daily. Never in million years would I go back to this place. If I could give 0 zero stars I would. To allCustomers go somewhere else!!I was quoted $4100 plus tax for new tires, rotors, brake pads, and new rear calipers, and they added carbon engine clean on my Honda Accord. I went to different Honda dealership that was only 25 mins away and was quoted $1950 for everything above. - Paul Miller later said they could get the calipers covered under warranty (still charge me $1300 for it), but I still had to remove getting new tires done just to get price down below $2000 to match the other Honda dealership. Sure enough, I ended up going to the other dealership.Customers beware Paul Miller will over charge you for repairs as they over charged me by a huge amount, which is insane!!Brian Puyen, service Advisor at Paul Miller, did not care whatsoever to keep me as a customer. The only thing Brian did right was provide me free oil change after I declined their service, which it’s at least they can do with the horrible customer service I also experienced there. I was a returning customer for awhile there, but they lost me now. I will never go back.

The sales manager George promised me that the 2018 Honda Civic was going to be in perfect condition. He told me the car would be ready in 1 or 2 days. I waited 5 day until the car was ready. When we finally came to look at it, it was in poor condition. The body work had plastic in it. There was a dent or scratch in every single part of the car except the back left door. The paint did not match. The inside even had dents in the door. George promised us that he would put new tires on the car as well, which he never did. We measured the tread and he blatantly lied again. The hubcaps were all scraped up and he refused to change them. Even the hood didn’t line up. George was getting very sarcastic and rude. After proving that the car was nowhere near perfect condition, he finally admitted “the car is a piece of junk, let someone else buy it.” As a self-claimed perfectionist, it is strange that he would happily sell a car that he believes is a “piece of junk.” After that, he attempted to sell me the exact same car in better condition for $1002 more than the original price we agreed upon. I have never met someone so disrespectful in my life. The amount of stress, lying and nonsense my father and I were put through this week is ridiculous. I would not recommend this dealership to anyone.
I returned my off-lease car to Paul Miller recently, and decided to get an identical vehicle under a new lease. My prior experience with the dealership was the antithesis of what I experienced last month.Three years ago, the working relationship with the sales and financial teams was positive. The service department was uniformly excellent in several visits since 2018.However, times change. My visits now were filled with dishonesty and patronization, particularly from a sales manager named Newton.There are plenty of other Honda dealers in Northern New Jersey to choose from. If youre smart, youll avoid Paul Miller Honda.
If I could give this dealership a zero or a negative score, I would. Sales Manager Ron was deceptive, pushy and just a textbook car salesman / sales manager that everyone absolutely dreads. Derogatory, pushy, following us outside after saying we are free to leave whenever we want and saying we are making a terrible mistake not buying a car at MSRP... claiming there was only one left on the lot and then admits theres 5 more to choose from in the Back lot.Dares us to go to a different dealership where they would charge us more... said we would waste our time and come back for a deal where he would raise the price. Guess what we did? Drove 15 minutes away to Madison Honda and bought the SAME exact car for a much better price, with a million times better experience. Do yourself a favor and take your business elsewhere, and for management - consider a re-training on Sales Manager Ron - guy needs work and needs to realize we are a customer looking to buy a car, he isnt doing anyone favors by selling at MSRP. We love our new HRV - glad we didnt buy it from Paul Miller Honda in West Caldwell. 0 Stars for this place.
Quick service in the parts department, and friendly employees.This location was clean and organized, easy to find what you need.The downside for me/the reason I gave it 3 stars, was the insane prices on some parts/ items that you can acquire elsewhere for half the cost.
Dealership (Rocco) feels customers don’t have knowledge. If they don’t have car available or high in demand should communicate same but instead they played marketing strategy by which we step down asking deal or come out. When went to discuss on a Deal the response for that I got is with the deal will give for MSRP plus taxes and additional charges, without deal we are selling $2K more on the MSRP plus taxes and additional charges.Does any dealership give based-price more the MSRP sticker price? It’s basic knowledge any normal person will have I guess don’t ask deals if you ask ur gonna. And even unable to provide at least a printed price sheet as they know the are not doing fare price.
They are quick and efficient. Staff are very friendly, and the waiting area has a nice atmosphere. Facility is very clean
First, I make an appt to drop off the car and request a loaner. I needed an oil change and for the brakes to be checked on 2021 Honda Pilot. I get to the dealership and there Im told theres no loaner available. First flag, when they could had call me prior, so that I can make other arrangements. Second, I do another appt the following week on Tuesday, drop off the car, it is now Thursday and I have not heard from anyone. I sent a text on Wednesday as to the status and this is what I received in response - its still under investigation, jesse will follow up with you tomorrow. I call today Thursday and Im told my contact person is not in today, I then proceed to say - I still need my car! and she just hangs up the phone!! I call back and now no one is picking up. UNPROFESSIONAL!!
I absolutely do not recommend PMH of West Cauldwell. They are absolutely incompetent. I purchased a new vehicle July 8th, temp tags expire Aug 6th. Long story short, they never sent in my information to the DMV until this week - after I called to inquire about it!! And I mean every day calling! And they never told me I needed a car inspection until I asked about it today. So in short, DO NOT come here!

AWFUL dealership. I tried leasing another vehicle from them and three different people quoted me three different prices claiming they had no record of ever speaking to me and refused to meet the price one of their own salesmen quotes for me. Stay away from this place, they will only rip you off.EDIT: I wanted to give them anothers chance because I do love Honda and being an existing customer, I wanted to see if there was anything else they could do for me, when other dealerships are giving me great offers. I was accused of having a bad attitude and was told just go with the other dealership if they were giving me a good offer. 🤷♀️ Seems to me customer service has gone down since I first leased with them.

Terrible experience. The salesperson Narian Idnani is worst sales person I have ever met, he is extremely rude, never on time and completely unprofessional- all he cares about is his commission. I made a mistake of still buying a pre-certified car from them and I’m facing issues already within less than 8 months. When I called them asking about warranty- they are just transferring to several different people but I get no answer. WASTE OF MONEY Don’t go there.

We tried two models last week. And the salesman kept us waiting for at least 15min before driving the cars. And no one else there would serve us at that moment, though some staffs there were not busy at all. After trying the car, we had interested in one of the model but we just wanted to wait until our own car lease finished. The salesman expressed his ignorance and wanted to end the conversations. I don’t think we want to go back anymore.
I brought my car in with a trunk latch issue.Paul Miller service provider quoted 140 for a diagnostic fee. Then they told me the fix would cost a few hundred dollars.On a second opinion, it turns out they misdiagnosed my car. They agreed to refund me for the diagnostic fee.Instead I was able to fix the problem elsewhere for fifty bucks.After checking in on the status of the refund three times now, they have completely ghosted me.I don’t like publicly shaming a business, but this is terrible business practice.They agreed to a refund, never apologized, never offered me anything else. And the refund never came. And I haven’t heard anything else.Beware. Better off visiting your neighborhood mechanic— who is much more accountable.

We had seen the 2018 Honda Odyssey EX-L posted and called to inquire. Robert (online sales) informed us the car was available and would be ready to test drive at noon on the 17th. I drove an hour and a half each way only to be told upon arrival that they took the van into the shop to paint the scratches. This was after I had called to confirm a 12:00pm arrival with Robert. I was told I could see the car, but would not be able to drive it. This was a complete waste of time and a huge disappointment for me, not to mention a lost sale for Paul Miller. I will not do business with them again.
The service advisor was professional and gave me the details regarding my scheduled service . The waiting room was clean as were the rest rooms .My service was performed in the quoted time frame
Fast, efficient, and friendly service. Took my van to 3 mechanics who upsold me. They fixed my problem for $1500 - 3500 less than the quote from other mechanics. Not bad for a dealership service center!

Gratefully, I only had to wait about 40 minutes for the service and the service rep was very attentive. However, he was courteous, very helpful and professional both to me and everyone he helped while I was waiting on line. He even politely insisted someone get my car and bring it to the front since there was paving going on at their vicinity. That deed was deeply appreciate by me.
I was at Paul miller honda on a Wednesday and I was looking around at a few vehicles. The sales staff and what looked to be a supervisor or manager at the front desk were all crowding around not looking very welcoming to their guest that gave off a bad vibe as well as cursing among themselves. Overall very unpleasant place to visit
Left the car for one week for the repair in the serice and part department and no one take care of it. Call many times and problem not solve. It is really bad experience with honda. If I can gave zero, I will.

The 5-Yr Protection Plus warranty anti-theft security system included as well. I stepped out with a new vehicle and thats amazing!!
