Had my van for a week. I clearly feel my 2019 van has a hesitation. They said I doesnt. I met the tech on Tueaday morning (6 days after my appointment) to go for a road test together. I showed him my issue, he acknowledged it but said this is a 10 speed transmission and it is protecting itself. They kept it another day to see if the transmission had the latest firmware, which it does.They were very nice and lent me a 2020 Trax. I thought I was losing my mind because its doing the same exact thing. Therefore I cannot get mad at the people, they were great and professional.I have come to the conclusion that this is truly just the craftsmanship of the product.MY BRAND LOYALTY OF CHEVROLET IS GONE.I am now driving my van all day with my OBD-2 scanner hooked up to see if I can spot an anomaly.Off to road test a Tesla....

I had appointment and I left my car there my car stayed on the lot for 3 hours when I came back they havent even looked at the car they got lousy service and it was my first time there I had a terrible experience
While traveling for work, I had an issue with my 2019 Equinox. Adam answered the phone and immediately had a good idea of what the issue was. I stopped by and within 5 minutes he had me back on my way. I was extremely grateful for his knowledge and willingness to help on very short notice!
I had to get a sensor replaced on a brand new Car one day after they delivered it. Smh
