As a young female leasing my first car, I DREADED this process, especially coming to dealerships. This is probably the first one that didnt try to harass or scam me. I had been emailing Eric prior to visiting about leasing the new Chevy Trailblazer. He religiously tried to get me a good deal over the phone for a few days until we finally struck up something great. When I got there, the place was so comfortable: great coffee, no one breathing down my neck, and not freezing cold like other dealerships. Next came the paperwork, and boy was I dreading that too. Walter went over the papers one by one, explained them to me, and allowed me to read them. The process was so much easier than I couldve hoped. Not once was I overwhelmed. My car was sparkling all around before I took it home. I would highly recommend this place to anyone shopping for a Chevy.
Honestly the best experience Ive ever had at a dealership. Arthur was absolutely great. My husband and I live out of state and drove all the way from Michigan the car was everything I expected from the pictures, the vehicle was super clean, all of the paperwork was ready when I got there, the purchase process was quick but I did not feel rushed or pressured at all, and they were actually fair on my trade in. Definitely different from any used car purchases in my home state they even gassed her up and Arthur messaged us the following day to make sure everything went well on our way home!!!! Would 100% recommend!

2021 C8 went in for 500 mile service. Service department was outstanding. This is by far the best dealership I have ever dealt with, I drove 1 hr from Queens NYC so that I could experience their great customer service and professionalism. I was not disappointed.

This is my third purchase at this dealership. I return because of the service they provide. The service department provides excellent service which is most important over the life of the car. The sales team is respectful and straight forward.
Pleasant experience at the counter. However, I opted to wait while service was being performed. The waiting area is kind of small so I stood on the outside of the building. When I noticed that my car was finished in an outdoor spot, I went inside. I was told that someone was looking for me in the waiting area 10 minutes ago. I should have been called. Even better, an alert text could be implemented. If your time is valuable, so is mine.
Came here for an oil change. Service was fine, but we are still in a pandemic and there are very few precautions in place at this location. No employees were wearing masks. The seating in the waiting area is not socially distanced. Multiple people, employees and customers are gathering around the coffee machine/water cooler chatting and talking like it’s 2019. I mentioned that the waiting area does not have any social distancing precautions and was told that the *cars* in the building are socially distanced. Last I checked the virus affects humans, not cars.
I did not have a good experience!!! The two individuals at the service counter were not FRIENDLY at ALL!!! I don’t know Which one of them was worse! Let me suggest that you guys get people that are friendlier and want to be there to help us customers out

Agree to purchase an Equinox over the phone with the used-car manager Jeff, receive a Paul Miller Chevrolet management-signed buyers order of that agreement, go to our bank for a fee-based ‘bank check’ demanded by Jeff, arrange (2) paid drivers to go to W Caldwell to pick up the vehicle, only to get there & were told they sold it to someone else! Not even a phone call ahead to advise of a change in plans guys? Not a good business practice in our book...

Service has gone downhill ever since Adam left. I’ve been here numerous times for the same “check engine” light issue with no resolution. Management turnaround is ridiculous, and that alone says a lot. John and Brian both need coaching as they do not know the meaning of excellent customer service, nor how to speak respectively. I’ve also purchased a vehicle from Paul Miller Subaru, and had nothing but great interaction/experience...up until now! Unfortunately, I could not leave a 0 star rating/review! Paul Miller has to do better!

Do not come here, they always try to upsell you and they make it so obvious that because I am a female they think I do not know anything about my own vehicle. Little do they know I work at a dealership as well and I work in the service department. I took my vehicle to two other Chevy dealerships and they helped me out so much more and were actually honest.... The old ownership was so much better!!

Without delay and trying to renegotiate he took a quick pass to the manager and came back with the exact deal I wanted. I availed GM supplier discount, labor day discount and others close to 6k on msrp (and NO CAP/dealership premium due to COVID causing low inventories). The next thing was answering all my questions accurately and signing the deal. Result: A very happy customer leaving dealership. I requested John to try to get car ready by Saturday and he did. I came in on Sat finished paperwork And john did a walk through, in 30-40mins I drove out new Traverse. While Fernando Ortiz from Schumacher chev in Clifton let me walk out for mere nickle&dime ($5 / month) John made sure to secure a recurring chevy customer. I will be back for the Tahoe and looking forward to your all electric new cars.

After installing a Transmission Shifter on my 2010 Corvette myself, I started having the same issues as before but only worse. At this point I had to flatbed my car there. Joe Falliven took my info on the vehicle and my issue and quickly set up my appointment. I spoke to Dave the Corvette Specialist who was going to be working on my vehicle, to explain all I have done to it. WOW in a couple of hours they diagnosed that the shifter I Purchased from them was no good. Lucky for me all I had to do is pay the labor for the install the part was no cost thanks to the warranty. Brian the Service Advisor kept me in the loop the whole time. GREAT SERVICE TEAM ! ! ! ! ! Disclaimer: we did not end up leasing a car from this dealershipThis review is on their sales customer experience: My family went twice and on the second visit (I came) we waited 20min to talk to the sales rep we previously worked with, who then told us to wait and he would help us. In between finalizing another buyers transaction he kept asking us questions and we explained the price range we would be comfortable with to move ahead and sign. We asked that he try to work on getting us closer to the number and he asked that we continue to wait. Already we were at 40min. In total, almost and hour and 15min later and nothing, they would not work with us to meet us closer to our price (and it was not an unfair price point we were looking for) and made us wait all this time. Had they worked with us and didnt make us wait so long to only tell us the same thing, I would have liked to have returned for my next family car for myself but that will not be the case.The wait time was inconsiderate since we had a little one with us and they continued to make us wait. Thats a bad sales experience and I would not recommend them to colleagues, friends or connections in the future.

My experience was great, however although I know the car was complimentary, I wish it was more effort into it..the back & rearview window/mirrors were still completely dirty. I do appreciate the gesture but if it is being offered it should also be done with care.

Absolutely the worst service department, and mechanics have no mechanical experience at all. The service manager joe, went out of his way to not take any fault for his mechanics mistakes. They did an oil change on my brother in-laws car and stripped the oil pan and bolt. The oil leaked out while he was driving on the parkway and then engine started making noise. He towed it back to Ott Miller and the service manager (joe) said it’s not their fault. And said they would change the oil and see what happens. Then they called up saying. The noise was coming from the turbo. But wait they just happen to find out that there was a hidden warranty that was added to the car 3 months before. So they replaced it. Still didn’t fix the problem. Then they said it was the direct injection fuel pump on the motor. They replaced it. Didn’t fix the problem. Then they said oh it’s ac compressor, but they weren’t going to replace that for free so it would be 800 and some odd dollar job. My brother in-law said no and brought it to my shop which is way out of his way. I took a look at it and that clearly wasn’t the issue. The noise is indeed coming from the cylinder head. Worn out parts from lack of oil... Joe has said that they fixed the stripped oil pan bolt. Well my brother in-law brought his car to my shop for an oil change and when I pulled the drain bolt, I found that the bolt was not replace nor the threads fixed in the oil pan. They didn’t even replace the half rubber half metal o-ring. They just wrapped the bolt in Teflon tape and tightened it down. And it was still leaking. This is absolutely ridiculous. They should all be fired and the company should go back to the original owner (Konner Chevrolet) they were the best dealer. Unfortunately not anymore. They have lost my business and I’m going to make sure that everyone I know will never buy a car from there or have there car worked on there.
I really hate to give such a negative review but the car buying and also follow up I experienced with Nick was terrible. I came in looking to lease a Malibu I had negative equity from a total loss. They instantly came back with a price at least $100 over what I technically should be paying.I had been to previous dealerships and knew around what price a lease should be without my negative equity. Adding it in they were completely trying to rip me off. After breaking down the math Nick tucked his tail in and scurried back to Management. He came back with a deal almost $100 less and we finally agreed. These people will really try to clean you out if you let them.Fast forward 3 weeks to now, Nick was suppose to send a check for my negative equity to the bank for my other car loan. He has not and it’s been over two weeks. I’ve called multiple times and receive the same turn around. Or I get another sales person who coddles me with “I’ll look into it”. It’s ridiculous that now it seems they’re going back on their word. Places like this make the car buying experience seem so shady!
We recently found the vehicle we have been searching for! All in 1 day we were able to purchase and drive home my new car. The manager Anthony was so helpful and kept checking in with us on the progress and to make sure everything was going smoothly (even on a day he wasnt working). Juan was there and ready for us when we arrived (we lived 2.5 hours away), papers in hand and ready for us to sign. He made sure we were in and out since we had our 2 kids in tow. Juan even interacted with my kids! Our experience was great and I wish this dealership was closer to home so we could refer friends. Thanks again to Juan, Anthony & John!
Horrible service department, the mechanics here dont know anything...over the span of a year or so, i took my camaro here several times to get a squeaky brake and scratching noise coming from passenger side front tire fixed, was told i needed my brake pads changed, than brake pads and rotors, adding up go close to $1700, until finally i was told it was normal for the car and that nothing was wrong. The noise got louder and louder until finally i took my car to pep boys and turns out it was a issue with the bearing, cost me $800 and the problem was fixed. Will be going to the dealership soon, hoping to recover the money i was scammed out of,.... WARNING TO ALL

I have been nothing but disappointed with the customer service I have received since this stopped being Konner Chevrolet. My family has been leasing cars from this location nearly 30 years and I have now been driven to look elsewhere for a car. Ive been looking for information on leasing a new car for over a month and I cannot get a call back for whatever reason.I have even gotten emails about turning my current lease in early and when I call, they say I cannot. Clearly something is wrong and I do not know what.Its a shame really to see what this has turned into.
This dealership wasted 5hours of my time driving up and back from bucks county PA. I arrived for my appointment to test drive a 2014 Mustang at 4pm, that was confirmed with me by the dealership that afternoon, I arrived to find out the car was unavailable since someone put a deposit on it first thing in the morning. The sales representative told me that this is a very common problem at this dealerships and that I was the third person this happen to that day. I understand its a first come first serve business but letting me know the vehicle was unavailable would be professional way to handle the situation.They obviously dont care about wasting other peoples time and probably dont can about negative reviews but I wanted make people aware of the way they treat possible customers.
I have always had decent experience with the service here, but Adam the Service manager went above and beyond to help explain and make sure everything was taken care of. He is truly a huge and refreshing asset to your team

Amazing experience at Ott Miller with Juan Pablo Gimenez. Quoted me the lowest monthly payment compared to several other dealerships by a HUGE margin. With 4 kids at home, I appreciated that Juan was willing to work numbers with me mostly over the phone so I didnt have to spend hours in the showroom, unlike another dealerships sales rep who scolded me for shopping around numbers over the phone. Even got me estimates from the finance dept for warranty products I was looking for. Made shopping a breeze. Showed up, saw the Traverse, signed the preliminary paperwork, came back the next day and got the car.
