I took my 2018 Toyota Camry to be repaired after I rear ended a pick up truck. The people at 3D did an incredible job explaining the process, the repairs necessary and the timeline. On top of that, when I got my car back, it looked better than even before the accident! They did an excellent job fixing the car and even cleaned the interior for me. I highly recommend this place for quality, trustworthy work.

Although 3D did a very nice job on repairing and painting 2 doors, when I picked up my vehicle there was a rattle underneath when starting from a stop.Their explanation was the a dent in the exhaust system was causing the noise. I do not know if the system was dented before coming to 3D for service, but I DO KNOW the rattle was not there when I dropped off the car for body work. Very discouraged!
Terrible experience at this body shop! I brought my car in after I was referred by my insurance company. When I dropped my car off, the girl at the desk, Allison, said the paperwork from the insurance company said they had issued me a check that I had to sign over to them. I told her that I didnt get a check, the funds were direct deposited into my account. She apparently didnt believe me and kept telling me the paperwork said I have a check. Not sure why I would lie about this, but she wouldnt stop until I told her I would pull up the email proving the money was direct deposited. Then we went out to look at my car. I told her we only wanted to leave the car if they were going to replace the hood, not repair it. After we had to inform her that the hood was aluminum, she ensured us the hood would be replaced. After leaving the shop and paying for a rental car, she called and said they would have to try to repair the hood. After being advised by my insurance company to take the car somewhere else, I called the next day and said I was going to bring the car to another shop. I would think that maybe they would have asked the manager to talk to me at this point. Nope, just told me to come get the car. When I did go to pick the car up, I was ignored by Bridget in the office who was too busy playing with her hair to acknowledge my presence. After being ignored for five minutes, Allison finally came in and handed me my keys without saying a word to me. If this is how they treat customers before they even have your money, wouldnt want to see how I would have been treated after I paid them. I also emailed the manager, Dean, to tell him about this experience and received no response. Would not recommend this shop to anyone!

3D Collision were wonderful to work with. They were thorough in reviewing the issue’s with my car damage. They even pointed some things out that I had overlooked. Their communication was great. I prefer text messages. There were daily updates on where my car was in the process and what was being done next. The best was they estimated the date of completion and hit that date. I would recommend 3D Collision.
3D worked with our insurance company to provide an estimate for repairs. Ultimately our vehicle was totaled by the insurance company, however their excellent service and communication in a stressful time was much appreciated. We will definitely keep them in mind for future services if needed.
I searched several repair places in the Exton and Paoli area and I selected 3D as the repair shop to repair my car. They where very courteous and prompt with the proposal. It was not the lowest but the most reasonable considering the scope ( 10% higher than the lowest proposal). I am very pleased with the quality of the workmanship and the care they took to be thoroughness to provide a very satisfactory repair.

3D recently repaired the damage done to my car in a fender bender. The body and paint work were immaculate. The car was done a week sooner than anticipated and their customer service team kept me informed throughout the entire process. It was such a painless process and I HIGHLY recommend their business.
Do not go here if you want to pay yourself. Not that it’s expensive, they just won’t even talk to you. That’s the first question I got asked on the phone call and when I went in she treated me like I was not worth her time. It was hard to even get the technician to look at my car since I was paying out of pocket (I have plenty of money). The point that turned me off is she would not be willing to even talk with me. I understand she said no to fixing one part and not the whole job. But the fact that she wouldn’t be willing to discuss the job with me and what it would entail was rude. Then I asked to talk to the manager to report this is not how you treat customers. His exact words were “what do you want me to do about it”. Ridiculous, there are plenty of other good local small business shops

Very professional. My Yukon XL needed front end body work including head light replacement, grille, bumper, parking sensors, paint etc. When I got it back I swear my car looked better than even before the accident! Car washed—tire shine—smelled good.My favorite part about working with this business was the communication and updates. At some point my car had to go to the dealer. I was informed on every step via text and phone call. When the paint was done, front end was done, when they scheduled for the car to leave the shop, when it got there and returned, the different costs and repairs. Jeff really put my worries to ease. This was my first experience with 3D collision and in my opinion, they went above and beyond. The pictures speak for themselves.

I was initially not going to share my experience as i put off all the things wrong as me being over observant and i would be the only one who knows there there but after washing the car today i will share my story. A little over a month ago we had a hurricane roll through and i was driving and incurred some pothole damage to the underside of my 2016 gti . mutiple panels were replaced and i cant be made at 3d for only using the cheapest parts geico provided. You did however fail to properly communicate with me and where the damage was located the bumper was painted for scraches that were on it previously and you did a horrible job orange peel and contaminates throughout the finish. In the process you removed the ceramic coating i had specifically applied from a professional shop to protect my paint, you also damaged the hood paint when you set your detailer to polish it and removed my cermaic coating (no damage to the hood was in original estimate and was not communicated verbally). 3d made no mention of this. Both front wheels were removed to better access damages, And both front wheels were scrached to bare metal where the lugnut holes are from using a metal socket with no plastic sleeve. Multiple fender screws were missing or left loose, Also the lower grill piece was still broken when i received the car back and the fog light housings do not properly meet the grill on the driver side. Car took 2 weeks to fix and it looks like you gave my car to the new tech and had him bang it out in a day. If you have any doubt do not come here if you care about your car.

My Jeep was recently involved in an accident and my insurance company suggested 3D Auto for the repair work. I looked at their reviews and noticed most people had left negative comments. I’m new to the area so I decided to risk it because I didn’t know anywhere else to go. I just want to let everyone know that 3D Auto does GREAT WORK! My Jeep looks brand new and flawless. The work was also completed very fast. I dropped my Jeep off on 10/01/19 and it was ready 10/07/19. I will recommend 3D Auto to my friends and family.

Everything went smoothly. Although I missed my car very much, it was worth the wait. 3D detailed my car and it was like the accident never happened. Very professional, would definitely recommend.

I had been on the receiving end of a car accident and the 3D staff and service were a preferred shop. I came to the shop, waited in the waiting room for a few moments and someone greeted me and took my information. (Waiting area has an awesome assortment of free refreshments and free Wifi!) Jeff helped walk me through the process of documenting and writing up my repair. They had enterprise arrange a pickup and drop off to get a rental car seamlessly! Tony, another member of the staff, got my car into the shop and repaired like the accident never happened. Great service and great staff - 3D keep doing what you’re doing!PS Always take the less than 5 star reviews with a grain of salt, as they are often tainted with matters that are out of the business’ control.
I have had 2 vehicles repaired by 3D recently. Both times the quality of the work was excellent and actually completed before it was promised! Jeff Schwartz was extremely friendly and professional. He and the others texted me regularly to keep me posted on the progress of the repairs! They’re heads above any other repair facility I have used in the past. This place is fast! I dropped my car off on a Saturday and had it back by Wednesday. The work was excellent. By far the best auto body shop Ive ever had to take my car to.
3D did an excellent job with my hail damage repair and the repair of my bumper (which was damaged when I got rear ended). Other than the actual repairs, Im not impressed. I took my car in on a Thursday, was told Id hear from someone Friday or Monday. I called Tuesday, because nobody called me. I was told it would be done that Friday. I call Thursday to see if everyone is on track, they hadnt even looked at my car yet. Im wondering why they took my car for a whole week when it just sat somewhere, I could have been driving it. Once they finally looked at my car, it sat for a few more days before they did the repair. Then they fixed my bumper. All in all, they had my car for about 5 days short of a month. I understand hail damage repairs take time, but at least by upfront about it. And dont tell me to drop my car off a week before youre actually going to look at it. I asked for updates every day, I only got them when I called. Oh, and my Baby On Board magnet is missing. WHO STEALS A BABY ON BOARD MAGNET?!?!?!?!?!

Trying to save couple bucks to get more profit for them self by charging full price of Left fog light lamp and they installed functional broken Left fog lamp. Not only that they used completely rusted materials. I had to use different collision center to fix all these issues.People in this company are honest and polite however their craftsmanship arent.
I had to return to 3D Collision 4 times, in order for them to readjust my bumper since they installed it incorrectly after my repairs. After the third time showing up they began to make excuses saying it wasnt going to fit perfectly flush with my fenders because of the type of bumper that it was, which is false because it fit flush prior to taking it to the 3D collision center. 3D did not readjust my bumper the last time that I made an appointment (middle of January) for them to install it correctly but instead I was told that it looked decent and to return in the SPRING if i wanted any further adjustments made to it. I must add that the staff is very polite and friendly but the workmanship is nothing above average.
3D Auto is awesome!! I was in a accident and even with the back up from all the hail damage cars had gotten a month back, they did my car remarkably fast. They updated me with calls and emails on what step my car was at and when they estimated it to be finished. They also detailed the whole inside of my car!! When my rental insurance ended, they offered to take care of the bill for the rest of the days i needed my rental. All in all I will never go anywhere else but 3D AUTO!!!
I took my car to 3D after another bodyshop did a terrible job on my car. My insurance agreed and we had a list of issues that needed to be addressed and the insurance agreed to pay. I met with Jeff and we went over all the issues, I dropped off the car after 3D agreed to do all the work...I got a call 3 days later and was told they would only do half the work. I was told that the shop manager Dean made the decision after speaking to the other body shop that did the terrible work the 1st time. I never gave permission to speak to the other body shop, of course they disagreed with my decision to go elsewhere to have the issues addressed. Dean took it upon himself to form the option that I should have taken it back to the shop that did the terrible job the 1st time to have it re done. Sorry Dean, not your call, and for him to tell me that’s what I should have done after agreeing to do the work and call me 3 days after having my car to tell me I was a “problem customer” direct quote! Why? Because I wanted my car fixed right? Because I didn’t want to take it back to a place that didn’t do it right the 1st time! This guy Dean is COMPLETELY unprofessional and frankly doesn’t deserve the job he has. I couldn’t believe what I was hearing. So I had to go above his head and speak to a gentleman named Pat Mcready. Pat was very apologetic and agreed that this should NEVER have happened. In the end the car got fixed and Pat earned my respect by treating me like a customer. If you do use 3D I wouldn’t go to the West Chester location.
This company is DRP with Progressive and they will do whatever it takes to use cheap after market on your car for more profit. How do I know this because my car got repaired at here and already causing the issues. They installed all rusted materials and functional headlight but broken bolt and so much more!They told me that they only use OEM but they only use after market for more profit. Now I have go through another collision center to fix all the issues. Thanks 3D collision center for installing rusted materials on my car.
3D is a Geico authorized repair shop. They have Enterprise right there on-site as well. Granted, GEICO seamlessly set everything up but 3D was very efficient and well run. Everyone was personable and friendly. I was given timely updates on the status of the repairs. They were very accommodating when i put in for a separate claim and the paperwork and the logistics were handles with great efficacy.
I found the company to be very thorough, I got some form of communication everyday. Even when there was a major delay they kept in touch with me and made sure i knew exactly what was going on and how long the delay would be. They are an A+++ company and i would definitely recommend them to anyone that has to have body work done

Oxford location did a wonderful job with hail damage (from what I can see) but the next day I realized that there was clear coat paint spray all over every window. I took it back and they cleaned it. Drove to West Chester for some errands and realized my back windows did not work. Had to drive all the way back. What else is wrong with my car that I have yet to discover? When they were fixing my windows, another customer said that when they picked there car up, the lights didnt work and the horn was not working. My dad used them about a year ago and had the same problem with the paint.

This is a little late in coming, but my experience at 3D was excellent. Friendly people, excellent work, and they even stayed open a little late to accommodate my work schedule.
For the 1st time Im quite disappointed in 3Ds lack of progress on my hail-damaged car. I took it in on Oct. 20, it was supposed to be ready by Oct. 31, so I called a couple of days ago to ask to pick up Fri a.m. To my chagrin, the repairs had not even begun!! Seems theyve been waiting nearly 2 weeks for my insurance company to approve the final cost; meanwhile Im out-of-pocket 2 weeks of a rental car, and looking at another 2 weeks. (Geico wouldnt honor my rental reimbursement added to new 6-mo policy after damage claim - another story). So my question is - why didnt 3D just let me keep my car after they examined it for repairs, until Geico paid them for claim? Instead it sat in their shop, nothing being done to it, and Im paying $25/day to rent a car! Not a very efficient system in my opinion! In the end, Ill be out of pocket not only the nearly $600 for car rental, but also the $500. deductible Ive yet to pay 3D!! Seems like there should be a better, faster, more efficient way to have repairs done.

I was terrified after my accident, my insurance company recommended 3D so I thought Id give them a try. COULDNT HAVE MADE A BETTER DECISION! There are many other body shops that are close to home, but Ive heard such awful things from people I know about their car not being fixed properly when they got it back. I can tell you that my car worked better when I got it back from 3D than it did before the accident! The office staff was so helpful, personable, and keep me updated throught the entire process! My insurance company has a feature where I could see photos of my car daily while it was being fixed, that was great, I could see my car every day and know it was safe! I would tell anyone who is considering 3D to go there without hesitation, you will be satisfied! I was suprised when they told me they have lifetime warranty on their repairs, not to mention they detailed my vehicle when it was finished.
