Had a great experience with Caliber Collision. The staff was very friendly and informative. My car was fixed in a week and I’m so happy with the results. It can back to me washed and looked cleaner inside than when I dropped it off. Would definitely recommend!

Caliber did some work for us as part of an insurance claim. We had used them in the past with great results and didnt hesitate to use them again. There were some challenges with the claim that created a frustrating experience for us. These challenges were largely on the insurance companys part and outside of Calibers control. Lance and the rest of the Caliber team stepped up BIG TIME to do what they could to ensure we were satisfied with our experience. Were extremely pleased with not only the quality of the work, but also how their willingness to go the extra mile to ensure customer satisfaction. Highly recommended.

The customer service at this shop is outstanding. Lauren makes you feel so welcome, and I immediately trusted her to take care of it. She followed through with everything and took care of the whole process. Lauren made a potentially stressful experience very easy and I am beyond thankful to her for that. She is very knowledgeable and the whole office staff is too. What a great team! I highly recommend them.

I had my car worked on at Caliber Collision in May after getting rear ended. This was my first experience with Caliber and I was so impressed with everything from start to finish. I cant remember my technicians name but he was really friendly and professional and the work was completed way ahead of schedule. Highly recommend!

They are very professional, communication is excellent and their workmanship is outstanding. This is probably the best auto body repair episode that I have experienced in all of my driving days. I slid down a driveway in ice and hit a tree which caused my back windshield to shatter. This was upsetting and overwhelming to me. I called Caliber the next day and they handled everything and made my experience pain free!!

Youngs - I mean Caliber - is a fantastic operation. They know the ins and outs of the insurance claim process, and were able to walk me thorough. The repair job was phenomenal - hail damaged vehicle looked brand new! The work is quality, and the experience exceptional - well done guys at Caliber.

Great experience with this shop. First pass wasnt quite right and the GM Lance Gorton quickly got involved to make it right. He spent a lot of time on the issue to make sure all was good. Turned it around and Ill go back for sure. The work was great, experience was great.

The collision center management is friendly and takes the time to talk through the repair process and set expectations. They got my car expedited when I needed it to be repaired for for my son to take to college. The shop communicated the status of the vehicle and met expectations on the delivery date. When a part broke in the repair process, they ordered another one and informed me of the reason for the delay. I recommend the shop. I also recommend taking pictures of each side of your car so you will know if any damage occurs in transport to the repair store.

I came from NY and had no idea of where to even look to get my door fixed. Thankfully I read the reviews and trusted these guys because I am so happy with the updates they provided and how amazing my car looks now. They even vacuumed and wiped my interior down. Hoping to not return but if I do, I’ll definitely choose this place again. Wish I could give them higher than 5 stars

Caliber Collision is THE PLACE to go! They kept me informed, did fabulous repair, and even detailed my car inside too! Looks better than new. Car was ready on time at a very reasonable price.

I had a great experience here. Quality work at a fair price. They were $100 cheaper than the other quote I had gotten for the exact same work and quoted a faster turnaround time, too. Speaking of the turnaround time, they said it would take 4 days and were done in 2. I hope I never need body work again, but if I do I know where Im going.

I have been a long time customer of Caliber Collision many years before it was Caliber Collision. I stand with Caliber on Bolmar Street in West Chester PA because they not only do fantastic work, but because their customer service is excellent. I have had many vehicles repaired here and sometimes more than one at a time. I have had accidents out of state and I will not let anyone else touch my cars. I say the customer service is so good because Lance, who has been there 20 plus years, takes the time to know each customer. He already knows the cars but treats the customer. He is top in his game and I have referred many friends to him and all those people are happy and still my friends. A body shop is not where you typically want to be bringing your car, and there are many other flashy places you can bring it, but if you want it done right I’m only going here. Thanks again Lance for another big project done right. I hope I don’t have to see you soon but will swing by for coffee.

Ive taken my truck 3 times now. 1st time they didnt do all of the work i requested and when i brought it back they took care of it no questions asked. I believe there was a miscommunication about what needed to be done. The second time i took it they completed the work fully with no issues (dent in the passenger rear door) and my truck was detailed. Smelled and looked very clean. Jack is the only one I have really worked with and hes a good guy. I would go back there again/recommend it to someone.

Our 2009 Subaru Outback was repaired by Youngs this week. Great people to work with. Repair work was excellent and done quickly. Jack was always ready to answer any questions. I would highly recommend this business and will use them in the future.

I had a wonderful experience at Youngs Auto Body when I had some body damage to my passenger side door. When I went to Youngs for a quote, they quoted the repair at half the cost of another auto body location. The staff was very friendly and knowledgeable, and if I ever need any other repairs I will definitely be going back!

Was surprised to see Youngs sold to Abra but the people were wonderful and the work was done well.

Called to get a rough estimate to paint a bumper. Very ignorant and not help, ended up denying me as a customer and said they were not interested in painting it. Young’s was fantastic, Do not get that confused with the new owner.

Just dealt with ABRA/ Youngs for the first time after they changed ownership. I wasnt sure what to expect but I must say it is still the top notch work I expected and the same friendly staff. Life has been hard on our cars these last ten years. Weve been at Youngs at least half a dozen times. They repaired a surfboard for us once (You cant see where the hole was). They do a superb job, they are prompt, and they make the insurance side as hassle-free as possible under the circumstances. A+

My friend was driving my car and got into an accident in West Chester. It was still driveable so I had him take it to Youngs nearby. The service was great. My battery was on its last legs so they helped with that as well. I just got my car back good as new and they even cleaned the interior. Good body shop.
